he is a loan shark agreed to fund me 5 years at 8.5% interest only ...my purchase agreement would end june 15th he came over sunday the 15th to take the actual check to escrow here in vegas.. monday morning on the 16th when my contract had run out the night before then at 10 in the morning after visiting mortgage broker decided not to_fund the loan ... he did not notify my broker or myself at 11 am monday he then directly contacted my seller telling him he would not fund the loan but he can buy the property in his own name THIS GUY IS A CROOK HE WILL FIND A WAY TO TAKE YOUR PROPERTY FROM YOU STAY AWAY FROM HIM

the investor that was going to do the mortgage for you was not trying to buy the house out from under you. the property was NOT INVESTMENT as you said it was. you are living there and trying to say you don't with an arizona driver license.
The property was in such dis-repair that the investor was not willing to do a loan because the house is not worth the value, the only item that is worth anything is the land. You need to check your facts before you just start saying what ever you think is correct. Nevada state will not let anyone do a loan for owner occupied at the rate that you are stating so check your facts. No one would do this loan the way you say it is
