On the 20.01.2017 friday I bought a black dress and a Brown dress that was on sale for R90 at legit in Balfour Park Shopping centre. So the lady that assisted me only packed the black dress and didn't pack the Brown dress. I only noticed that the Brown dress was not in the packed when I got home. Unfortunately I couldn't go confront them on Saturday or Sunday because I was out of town for the weekend. On Monday I went back to the shop with my till slip to sort this mess up. The lady that assisted me was the same lady who didn't pack my Brown dress. She refunded me but then I said I don't want the money, I want the dress. And she said unfortunately I can't get the dress since it was the last item and its sold to another customer. So basically somebody else bought the my dress that I paid for. How does your inventory system work? I then asked the lady if there's any other branches close by that can have the dress she said it's Alberton. I then told her Alberton is too far, can't they transport it here. She said no that won't be possible. So now I am not getting my dress due to her negligence.
