Legit bambanani mall diepsloot
On the 27 september 2019 I went shopping at legit and was disappointing at the service I received, there was a floral two piece outfit I wanted and when I required assistance to check which store had the size I was given attitude by the mpho diale the store manager, was rude and not interested. She has no customer service, when I informed her that I will raise the issue she just looked at be and said she isn't interested. Kindly address this as her tone was very undermining as well and her body language wasn't welcoming.

kindly note that am speechless after being abused by 24/7 supervisor by saying am not allowed to stand in mall after spending 2500 if you not take this issue resolve this issue as soon as possible i will take this issue to Diepsloot social media. and please make sure that those security officer know their stand in the mall and must stop abusing customer

I am writing today to complain about paying to use Bambanani mall toilets.
I just want to know how possible can it be to pay to using toilets at mall because am concerned about that.
It breaked my heart to be denied to use toilet at Bambanani mall just because I was not having R2 to pay for using toilet from the woman who collect or demands R2 to everyone on the entrance of Bambanani toilets.
