Kelly O'Neal = Bernard Madoff! Kelly O'Neal is just as responsible as ### Bernard Madoff for ruining Dallas artists' lives and finances...just ask any of the craftspeople he's swindled hundreds of thousands of dollars in merchandise, samples, designs and fees out of over the last twenty years! If you buy anything from this scummy con man or his scam operation, Design-Legacy Theft Company, know that you are supporting theft from artists! Thank you for letting any artist you know about these vermin!

STEPHI COLE SUPPORTS THEFT FROM ARTISTS! Design Legacy has a new con woman and her name is Stephi Cole. In our opinion, anyone who works for Kelly ' I Steal, And I'M Good At It' O'Neal or his scummy partner Rene 'I Steal Too' Gutierrez is a thief and swindler. This company continues to use illegally obtaines (STOLEN) designs that it has not paid for or pays royalties on. IF YOU WORK WITH STEPHI COLE, YOU SUPPORT THEFT FROM ARTISTS!

'Dirk Lemke' is the computer technician who sets up the system that Design Legacy uses to cheat and steal from clients! He is as evil as his employers, Kelly 'O'Steal' O'Neal and Rene 'I'm A Thief' Gutierrez...that Dirk lists himself as a 'vendor' to mislead readers is a great example of how anyone connected with this criminal company is a sociopath and con artist! Nice try, Dirk (you swindling loser)!
have been a vendor for these guys for about 5 years. never a problem. never griped about a price or had any collection problems. and generally good people. would truly be surprised if any of the negative comments left regarding them were true

I can verify that Kelly O'Neal at Design-Legacy (or Legacy Design or whatever he and his thief of a partner are now calling their con game) is a liar and a thief and a con man. They commissioned designs from me, accepted delivery, were given an invoice and I haven't heard from them since (it's been about six months). Surprise, surprise! My designs are being shown in their West Village den and at their showroom (Daryl Jenkins) at the World Trade Center. Their showroom has to be in on the scam with them... I complained to them and they said it wasn't their problem. These thieves need to be put out of business! I'm considering suing, but it costs a LOT of money upfront. Since they scammed me I've heard from at least three other artists who they've done the same thing to. If I'd known what lowlife ### they were, I wouldn't have worked with them. Let anyone you know - artists especially - that if they're approached by these parasites, they should run as fast as they can in the other direction!

This complaint has NOT been resolved. Kelly O'Neal and his company DESIGN LEGACY (and its many aliases) continue to profit from STOLEN DESIGNS, MATERIALS AND ILLEGAL REPRODUCTIONS OF DALLAS ARTISTS' WORK. O'Neal and his scam company and the con artists who who work under him are criminals and thieves. They gave not repaid one cent of that which they have stolen over the last fourteen years.
Hey, it sounds to us like if O'Neal paid all the artists he ripped off the money he owes them, they wouldn't need to post his sordid life on the internet and he wouldn't have to respond like a mewling little baby! Just a thought!
