I have two pairs of these jeans that tend to rip apart near the back pocket. I tried to get by putting an iron on patch from the inside but the opposite side ripped apart. The material appears to be defective or unusually thin in the area they are ripping in. A refund or replacement of the jeans would be appreciated.

About 3 months ago I purchased 2 pair of lee relaxed fit jeans. Lee being my preferred brand! I was very happy to find them in my size which is seldom in my area as I am very common so they always sell out. Anyway within 2 weeks one pair developed 2 belt loops that became unsewn or torn out. Then shortly after the right rear pocket tore out. I am not sure if the denim was bad quality or too thin or what. I was pretty annoyed but wasnt going to say anything. However my second pair have now ripped out or really I guess its more frayed at the right rear pocket. I do not carry a wallet, my cell phone is never in my pocket either. I do not use these for construction or active type work. I only walk around and spot check things at work. I am really let down by the quality of these jeans. I ordered these jeans from kohls and picked up at store.

I ordered a pair of jeans, had to return them and ended up having to call customer service 4 times, still matter unresolved. 1st and 2nd times I called got told the holiday's was the reason I couldn't get help the 3rd time I was told I had to wait till they received the jeans and I asked the person named joy to check and see if they had the jeans and after a 15 minute hold she confirmed that they had them and I would receive my refund in 3 to 4 business days. I waited till jan. 5th and called I got a person who finally gave me her name after saying they hadn't received the jeans back I told her joy said they had the jeans, she then said it will be after the holiday's, I said can I have your name was put on hold for 20 min. Then told she would find someone to talk to me after another 20 min. I asked who her boss was she said it will be 2 to 4 weeks for a refund. I asked for her name again after asking who her boss was she finally told me 59 min. Later her name is jackie (imbecile) and her bosses name she said is tammy greeno. I probably won't get my $41.73 back but maybe you won't loose yours don't shop at lee's

I bought my son a pair Lee jeans from Kohls for his birthday and they have only been washed 2 times and the left back belt loop is tearing away from the back of the jeans already. I don't think this should have happened after only wearing them two or three times. I used to buy him Lee jeans all the time and didn't have this problem years ago. We have been buying Levis and haven't been able to find the ones he liked so, we decided to try a pair of Lee's again. We are very disappointed that this happened with only a couple of times wearing them. I have seen other complaints about this same matter. Please respond and let me know what can be done about this. If nothing will be done about this, I will no longer be buying anymore Lee jeans. Please respond. Thank you.

I have purchased Lee jeans in Amazon India for Diwali. I worn it on Diwali day with much greater expectations.

While I am wearing itself it starts bleed. I have kept an handkerchief inside one of the packets and the hanky itself turn blue because of bleed. Also, my hands also turned blue.

Kindly do the needful.

back pocket tears.
The denim material develops a vertical tear 1"-6" in length next to the back pockets. This starts on the inboard side of either pocket (mostly left) about 1/4" - 1/2" from the edge of pocket.
The last two incidents of this has happened on the first wear day of brand new jeans.
When you hold the material up to a bright light you can really see that this is pretty thin denim/material and no wonder it is splitting open.
These are the most comfortable, best fitting relaxed fit jeans and I have been using them for years.
I appreciate Lee trying to keep the cost down for the consumer but I think the material thickness or density needs to be upgraded.

I bought two pairs of Lee jeans from kohls about 5-6 months ago- mind you they are almost $60 each for these.
Both pairs are shredding apart by the mid section and it has happened to both pairs now. I usually buy Lee jeans for work and nice ones for outside of work and I can say I am very disappointed in the material and why they are coming apart in that region of the jeans. For $120 on 2 jeans that are now almost unwearable after maybe 20 times each is very disappointing as they are the most comfortable jeans I have purchased. The jeans have held up great and that is why I continue to buy them but to have to replace them this soon because of this issue makes me not want to buy them anymore. Very upset

I ordered jeans may 2021 they got lost by fed ex was promised refund june 11th item was found by fed ex and returned to lee jeans june 23 rd. I still have not received refund for this order. They say 6 8 weeks no to get refund this is nuts. I want my money back I have contacted them many times just get told I have to wait. Hold times on phone are ridiculous. They feel its ok to hold your money 6-8 weeks before doing refund.

I ordered 4 pairs of Capri pants, called customer service for an "exchange" which was not an "exchange" it was to initiate a return and purchase 2 more pairs. Lee promptly sent them to the completely wrong address not even close to my address, by their admission their fault, never did they offer to send me another package considering it was their mistake and I had paid. They confirmed receipt of the 3 pairs of Capri pants I had already returned. It has been over a month. I have paid for 5 pairs of Capri pants and in possession of ONE pair! I have called and messaged several times to no satisfaction whatsoever. "System upgrade" they have had possession of my money for over a month. I am completely disgusted with this company and their obvious disregard for their customers or their money! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After consulting I ordered a pair of capris in my usual size. When they arrived they were too tight and I can't wear them. The instructions inside the package said to use the enclosed preprinted shipping label, but no label was enclosed. Moreover, I didn't have any idea what address I should use. I tried several times to contact the company by phone but their call volume was so large I couldn't get through. I left messages but received no response. I also sent messages through a message box that I found on the website, but I received no response.

I bought a pair of Lee trousers flex fit. I love love the fit. Perfect length and comfortable. I like that they are lighter weight than jeans. The color was indigo wash. It has a terrible odor to the dye. I have washed them a few times and the smell will not go away. Do you have any suggestions on how to wash them to get the smell out? Thank you.

I ordered two pairs of jeans, two different colors, same size same length. The one color fits perfect the other is quite a bit shorter. I would just like to exchange them. In their returns it states you have to call them to do an exchange. I have been calling which you are then on hold and no one ever answers, they state to leave a voice mail and they will contact you in one business day, no call back. I have emailed them in the contact section of their website, got an auto reply they received message and will get back to me soon. That was a week ago. I will probably just return the jeans, both pair and get a refund. Will not purchase again.

I have purchased 3 pants from chennai tnagar Lee showroom for Rs. 7097. Then yesterday I went to phoneix market city showroom over there they are selling buy 2 get 2 free. Why there is difference between Lee outlet. Same in lifestyle store also they are selling for buy 2 get 2. I felling like cheated. Even for alteration they got Rs 300 from me in tnagar branch. I am using Lee brand for many years. I had never given alteration fee at all. I was very worst experience. Please help with it.

Love your jeans but two pair I bought recently have the dye bleeding onto my leather car seat, velvet chair, and canvas shoes. Washed them in cold water and dried on lowest setting several times. Product number is 2009541.

I've tried calling customer service several times which, after 90 minute+ waits, requires a call back number. They called me back on Saturday! When I tried to return the missed call, no one was there, of course, it's Saturday!

Terrible customer service experience. I expect better of a company like Lee.
I would like help with a return too but can't spend my day on hold or waiting for a call back on the weekend.

I'll get it out there, I love Lee Jeans.

However, recently purchased two pairs of Jeans, one from Debenhams and one from Amazon ( Either retailer had both I wanted ). The jeans ordered were the same product, same size but different colours and I expected them to both fit as I was replacing old ones well past their best!

However, when they arrived I was shocked by the size differances. Although both LAbels say 36x30, the Debenhams came at 30.5 leg, but the Amazon came at 29 Leg.

Is this normal, I expect a slight differances of mm however 2.5 Inch is excessive. The 29s have had to go back to Amazon as really way to small, the 30.5 from Debehmahs i did keep. Can not get these now after all the sales and stock being low everywhere so although I will hopefully get a refud from Amazon, I really just wanted what I ordered.

I have purchased two pairs of Lee relaxed fit jeans, which I love wearing, but the last pair that I purchased about a year ago split next to each of the rear pockets. Usually, you get numerous years out of jeans but not these. I am either looking for a replacement pair size 38x30 that can be mailed to Scott Glass, 100 Long Avenue, Hamburg NY 14075.

My husband bought a pair of your jeans in December of 2017. So he was wearing them just the other day and he ripped them out around the back pocket while he was leaning over. The jeans was like they were rotten or something. I have NEVER seen any jeans ever do that. This was only the third or fourth time that he has wore them. So I was just wanting to let you all know that he will NEVER buy another pair of Lee jeans just for this reason. The tag had this on Hy-Vee RN130273 and 2008934. Also Jim-z671-029. I've been wearing these jeans for the past two and a half years here lately they only last about month after purchasing them. I purchase three pairs and all three pairs ripped next to the left pocket. I think I'm gonna find a different brand if this is gonna happen to every pair I purchase. At $40-$50 a pair its not worth it to only get less than a month wear out if them.

My husband has always worn lee jeans, I bought 3 pairs of lee relaxed fit from kohls at christmas all three pairs ripped straight down the back pocket. These jeans are not cheap and now I am out of 3 pairs! Please tell me what you can do! If we can't resolve this we will not purchase lee jeans again! He wore each pair 2 or 3 times definitely not wore out! Video attached.

No further follow up after the first call on 8th september .
Im now running out of time to solve the problem . The deadline for this auction is end of this month, which mean almong 10 days counting down . I will lost my deposit because of your company fault and matter .

Saya telah membeli sebuah rumah yang dilelongkan oleh bank ocbc di mahkamah tinggi di kl persekutuan malaysia
harga rezab bagi hartanah tersebut ialah rm252, 000. Saya merupakan pembida yang berjaya dengan harga rm280, 000. Sebelum menjadi pembida, kami telah membuat title search di pejabat tanah galian yang menyatakan bahawa tiada kaveat pada hartanah tersebut. Lepas sebulan peminjam ocbc kaveatkan rumah tersebut dengan alasan berikut :
1.Tanah saya tersalah lelong .
2.Peraturan dan undang-undang lelongan awam gagal dipatuhi .
3.Saya tiada tunggakan bayaran bank .
4.Tiada notis lelongan yang sempurna diberikan kepada saya sebagai penggadai .
5. Saya ingin membawa tindakan mahkamah untuk mengenepikan lelongan awam tersebut .
6. Kaveat dimasukkan untuk melindungi dan menjaga kepentingan saya sebagai pemilik hartanah tersebut .
Dengan perkara ini, saya telah melaporkan kepada pihak bank pada 7 haribulan ogos 2017 sebelum pembidaan .Saya juga memberitahu kepada mereka bahawa peminjam ocbc menunjukkan saya resit yang telah membuat pembayaran pada 25hb mei sebanyak rm10, 800 sebagai bukti. Namun begitu pihak bank berkata peminjam tehutang rm1000 yang tidak mampu untuk membuat pembayaran lagi.Saya berminta mereka menyelesaikan masalah antara mereka supaya saya dapat menukarkan hatartanah atas nama saya. Lepas beberapa hari waktu kerja, officer bank dan lawyer bank telah berjanji membuat pampasan untuk kos batal kaveat dan legal fee kepada kami untuk membatalkan kaveat tersebut melalui telefon .Mereka meminta saya menghantar sepucuk surat kepada pihak ocbc berkata kami meminta beliau untuk menanggung kos batal kaveat atas peminjam ocbc mereka .
Namun begitu, lepas saya berjaya mendapati seorang lawyer untuk menulis surat kepada mereka . Lepas 2 hari, lawyer saya menerima balasan melalui telefon daripada lawyer ocbc berkata mereka tidak menanggung kos kaveat yang dikaveatkan oleh pihak peminjam ocbc .
Saya berasa kecewa dan sakit hati terhadap pembuatan mereka yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Bolehkan persengkatan antara mereka ditanggung oleh pihak yang ketiga bagi saya . Begitulah saya berasa tidak adil atas masalah mereka yang perlu menjadikan saya mangsa dalam kes kaveat ini. Kos yang perlu dibebankan atas kes kaveat ini beranggar rm8, 000 . Kos ini bukan satu anggar yang susah saya menanggung dan tidak sepatutnya ditanggung oleh kami sebagai pengguna. Dengan ini, pihak bank ocbc menyuruh saya menulis surat kepada mereka untuk meminta deposit 10% dan cukai yang kami dibereskan untuk peminjam ocbc jikalau membuat keputusan untuk membatalkan bidaan ini . Lawyer saya telah menghantar sepucuk surat kepada mereka bahawa
a)total deposit sum of rm28, 000.00 paid to your client through the high court;
b)quit rent of rm182.00;

c)assessment of rm3, 914.40;

d)legal fees and disbursements of rm689.00.
Bayaran yang telah kami jelaskan ialah rm32, 785.40 belum termasuk laywer fee yang perlu dibayar untuk menghadap dengan ocbc dan juga cancellation fee maybank rm2000 .
Manakala pihak bank enggang membatalkan pembidaan mereka yang bermasalah antara peminjam dan juga menanggungkan kos pembatalkan kaveat .

Untuk membereskan tunggakan rm252, 000 yang tidak dipinjamkan oleh pihak bank yang saya mohon, saya terpaksa meminjam dengan saudara mara . Dengan kes ini, saya berasa tekanan menjejaskan hubungan saudara mara, menjejaskan pekerjaan sebagai seorang guru dan psikologi untuk membimbangkan masalah yang berpunca daripada mereka.Saya berasa bermalang dan dipermainkan oleh pihak yang yang tidak menuraikan perjanjian untuk menanggung kos pembatalkan kaveat.

Saya tidak ingin menjadi kambing hitam seperti orang yang dalam suatu peristiwa sebenarnya tidak bersalah, tetapi dipersalahkan atau dijadikan tumpuan kesalahan.
