I did not received my shipment
I want to received my shipment but it has a issue what should I do
Cop encashment
2 weeks ago my buyer recieve the parcel but I did not recieve any text message including the reference number of my cop thats why I cannot get my money, please resend my cop refence number so that I can get my money, I ask tje lbc staff but they are not answering me, pakiayos naman po yong pamamalakad ninyo kasi anlaking abal na po sa amin andami ko pong di nakukuha na encashment ko
Delivery of box from SG
Ive been waiting for my box to be delivered from singapore. My box has been received at mundial caloocan last 12 oct. I called customer service on the same day to check. I was advised to give a call few days later for updates. I tried but to no avail. So I just monitored my box thru tracking number.
I receuved an email last monday, 19 oct that tgey attempted ti deluver my vox but unabke to locate the address. So I replied the same day to deliver on 21 oct, wednesday to the given address with landmark as requested. I even requested to reply to my email as proof of receipt. The email was from roni reyes, custimer service specialist.
Today, 21 oct I called customer service hotline to check and spoken to jackyline de juan. But upon our conversation I noticed that she will not be able to satisfy my queries because everytime she will answer my question, it makes me angry. I dnt think she can handle the irrate customers whens she is the one who triggered. So I asked for supervisor instead (indirectly telling her that she cannot help me), but she said the supervisor is in tye meeting😂 oh come on! What an obsolete reason... Then she said the supervisor already send an email to me that they already forwarded it but anable to deliver. The persob is monathel borrel, anothe customer service especialist😂
Jackylibe didnt mentioned tgat I have received an email last monday, 19 oct from roni. Im still asking fir supervisor still she cannot pass me on. Until I told her that she is not helping so I need a supervisor. Tyen she said a merela ramos will give me a call. So make sure that I will received a call I asked for merela's number or email also so atleast afyer an hour that I didnt received a call, I will definitely call or email. Then she put me on hold again to wait. I dnt know how many times she asked me to wait. Then she told me that lovely alla will call me within an hour. So I waited, but jackyline told me that my number is out of coverage area. So I asked jackyline back of tye number she gave, true enough she gave a wrong number. Instead of 0926, she gave 7926.
To cut my complaint short, lovely alla told me that yes my email was received but no confirmation. For me is until when you will hold my box? Just abproof that the service is getting bad. If there is a communication/updated or a reply to my email, I will understand. But nothing!
So lovely alla will give me a call withing todau, 21 oct for updates. Accdg to her they are communicating with the delivery personnel.
For you jackyline, I dnt know how long youve been working there but it sounds like you are new. You dnt know what you are saying or doing. And you made me very very very angry.
Practice more if you want to last on that field.

At nun last Oct.7, 2020 na received ko na po ang 3boxes pero un isa hindi pa dumating, hanggang ngayun hindi pa dumating. I claim it late at oct. 19 2020 coz the information from the sender. When i ask your crew mr. Ernie V. Pacot and other crew the reply not their duty and reponsibilities to inform or txt the receiver. Delivery of packages shipped from metro manila to lbc nueva vizcaya ifugao
I ordered 2 samsung cellphone units from a samsung store in manila and already paid via credit card. According to the company it was already shipped sept 28, 2020. It was received by nueva vizcaya ifugao lbc september 30, 2020. Until now I haven't received my package yet. Not even informing of the tracking tracking number. I haven't received any calls. I haven't complained earlier because i'm giving them consideration due to the pandemic.. But it's more than 2 weeks already. This is the second time lbc did this to me..
This is for LBC malaria branch upper caloocan. Ung pina COP sa inyo na pick up na pero wala pa kayong txt for reference number sa encashment. Kayong branch lang ang ganyan. Sa ibang branch naman upon receiving the parcel nag sesend agad ng refno.
Credentials delivery
A big disappointment for lbc for not delivering and not even contacting the receiver f*ckin wasted 1 month of my life and very poor costumer service

I sent a package through LBC Cerritos and paid for an air shipment on October 2. I was informed that it will not ship until October 5th and will take 7-10 business days. I followed up with the recipient on October 17 to check if they have received the package. When she contacted LBC General Santos, she was informed that the package arrived in Manila on October 13 and was shipped by boat to General Santos. She was further informed that it will take another 13 days for the package to arrive. This is not the service that I paid for. I paid for AIR shipping not by sea. Please rectify this issue by changing the shipping charge as you would for shipping by sea. My tracking # is [protected].
Box shipment missing food and clothes only half empty box x
Box tracking number [protected] two boxes were ship together at one time boxes were separated and this box arrived one month later. My sister open this box yesterday and it was half empty. Half of food is gone the vacuum bag is only one sheet left in it was full when we packed the vacuum bag and put it in the box sister has the pictures of the box. Your boxes are of poor quality and miss a lined not square missing a lot of clothes from box packing slip was missing from the box. We would like for you to compensate us for or loss.
Pick up
My box was scheduled to be picked up on the 13 Oct and suddenly they cancelled. Telling me that they are too busy. They reschedule on the 14 Oct from 5:30-11:30pm. It was 1:00am already and no one came. Such a hassle! I tried to clear out my day for them and they did not come! They wanted me to wait half an hour more at 1:00am but it was too late since I have work the next day. This is not a good service!
Money remittance
I sent money through LBC Kahului branch on October 14th at about 4:33pm. I called them the following day to tell that I gave them too much that I miss counted the money. I asked them if they had CCTV so we can verify but they said they don't have CCTV. I was sure I gave them over. The guy who helped me said that he did not have overage but how would I know if he was telling the truth? LBC should be prepared for this kind of scenario. They should at least have CCTV. We've been using LBC for almost 9 years now. And it is very disappointing that they tell you they can't do anything.
Failed to deliver my return item to seller from lazada
I returned the item to lbc and it prompt that there's a failure in delivery. I returned the item so that I could a refund from lazada for the wrong item delivered

I am complaining that this item is not delivered to us and yet the LBC Gingoog Branch declared it received.As we track the said item is receive by the Branch last Sept. 25, 2020. We went there to follow up that why it takes long to delivered. They said that they will find it due to many deliveries arrived. As promise they will deliver it by Monday October 5, 2020. But days passed, there's no feedback from them. We called them to follow up for it last October 7, 2020 and they said that it was ready for delivery we just have to wait for the delivery man to come to our office. we hope and wait for it that the said item will be delivered on that day, but unfortunately it does not happened. On the following day we called them to ask why is not deliver as what it expected. They said, it is being received by the recipient we told them that its not true or it happen that we already receive it. We asked for a receipt or any proof that we receive it but they don't have any proof to show to us. As we asked the in-charge why is it the in the system they declared it receive by the recipient they said that they just updated it. How come that they just updated it well in fact it is being shown to the system that it is being receive to us. I hope that you could help us regarding this matter. Thank you.
Payment
I sent a shipment to my customer (payment via COD) and my customer received the parcel and paid the amount to LBC on the 29th of September.
My disbursal mode is Bank Transfer as an option provided by their online platform to receive payments.
I've been passed on to different agents from LBC which I can tell, has lack of knowledge regarding their process or I don't know if this is intended by the company to save money and give their customers a heart attack every time they want to follow up on something.
Until now (12th of October) I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what the status of the payment is and when will I receive my payment.
For every one doing an online transaction (online selling) and want to use a courier, I DO NOT RECOMMEND LBC AT ALL!
It says on october 5 that the delivery will be on its way, but still the parcel is not yet being received by the customer.

lbc customer care email no reply and no specific information
I sent a parcel last september 18, 2020 with a tracking number 3132 0330 9477, since it was 3 days already that the recipient was unavailable due to mall is close, I did changed the recipient information after 3 days of unavailability of the original info of my supposed to be recipient and that was last september 27, 2020. Everyday we went to the origin branch and asking for an update, and they are just telling us that they have already emailed the courier of my parcel there at manila. But just this last oct. 06 I received a response saying I need to pay for the reforwarding fee, so we went to our origin lbc told them about the email I received and they informed us that they (the courier of my parcel at manila) have returned the parcel at pasay warehouse without reading the email from the origin branch and that we shouldnt have to pay for the fee and I must email again about it. Sent 50 emails but still no reply. I only want a specific information and update what happened to the parcel and what I need to do so that may parcel will be asap sent to my recipient. I am fckng pissed.
unethical/unprofessional behaviour
Date of incident-7 October 2020. The LBC (tel no. 8125-7047)coordinator informed me to pick-up the balikbayan box from 1pm to 6pm but never follow their commitment. This is not the first time happen this unethical behaviour. It happened also last 16 June 2020.
Penshoppe tees
On september 15, 2020 I placed an order of 6 tshirts at penshoppe's website. I put my complete address and according to there website it's serviceable. They have provided me with this tracking number [protected]. Time to time I always checked and tracked my order and last september 21, 2020 the lbc people texted me that my parcel had arrived already but they instructed me that I am the one to get claim it on their warehouse. But their warehouse was to far from the address that I put on my shipping address. So I tried to contact them and ask if what could be the alternatives. I texted them if it is possible to deliver my item on the lbc branch near on my shipping address so that it will be easy for me to claim it but they are not responding. But now when I checked your tracking website, only to find out that it was the status is this
