LBC Express services "shungaling na tamad pa" esp. subic branch

Bakit napaka pangit na ng service ng lbc. Kesyo hari ng padala pero laging out of coverage area nila yung idadahilan sa iyo kapag tamad silang magdeliver ng cargo. Ilang beses na kong nakakakita ng lbc delivery man sa area namin. Napaka selan pa ng mga customer service sa subic branch. Hindi na daw pwede yung regular pouch sa mga dokumento kahit naka mailing envelope lang pero pagdinala mo sa ibang branch tinatanggap nila for regular pouch. Ano yun? Pra lang lumaki yung kita ng branch nila?

LBC Express delivery

Last feb 28, I received a notice from lazada that my item has arrived at ifugao-vizcaya delivery team. It is already march 4, and yet there is no updates about the item. What was that team doing? Why don't they deliver the item as fast as possible. Are they waiting till march 9 until they will deliver the item? It's annoying that other sellers take the blame because of your unproper behavior in delivery time.

Last august 30 i recieved a notice that my parcel is recieved by the ifugao-vizcaya team and until now there is no notice when should i recive my parcel. It should be delivered door to door but i don't have any idea when. I just want to know when will i recieve my parcel. Can some one notice me please. Thank you

LBC Express the lousy & lazy staffs of lbc barrera st. branch

Those staff of LBC Barrera St. Santiago City have no respect on the value of ones time & the procedure of queue. They said that I needed to fill up the form to have LBC Card. But when I finished the form, they put my paper at the last one to be processed but on the first place I came first among the others who came next to my papers before they give me another form to fill up for LBC card! I asked them to entertain me first because I feel very dizzy that time but they argued with me and declined from my request. I felt so annoyed and regretful that if not for my customers that sent me their payment thru LBC, I would have chosen Mlhuiller or Palawan Express to recommend to them the remittance service providers who has much value in customer service and faster transactions.

LBC Express delivery of items

Pasuyo nmn po... yun items po n pinadala ko lhat ng customer n ng aantay ng deliver yan ng back out na.sa sobrang tagal. Feb 25, 2019 ko po pinadala anung petsa na ngyon March 2, 2019 syempre sunday bukas walang deliver aabutin n ng monday ang tanung madedeliver n kya? Nkakainit ng ulo kase ini expect ko n mabilis kahit mahal shipping fee kaso pending ngyon mga product ko. Nakakadala pki ayos nmn serbisyo nyo. Kung di sana kya ng 4 days para madeliver sana khit mg txt man lng sa reciever n pick upin na lng sa branch kysa antay ng antay walang dumarating.
I hope my sumagot dito. Kc nka ilng email nrin ako at txt ubos n pasensya ko kase ni isang reply wala akong narrcieve.

Expected nmin 2 to 3 days yun ang binigay na asurance samin na darating hindi po 1 week. 3 lang pinadala ko sabay sabay. Bicol at dalawang sta rosa pingtataka ko lng bakit yun isa nakarating agad kinabukasan at yun isa inabot na ng 5 days wala pa din. Samantalang sabay lang yan dumating. Sana kahit txt man lang kapag ganyan magkakaroon ng delay sa deliver magtxt sa rciever para kung sakali yun rciever nlng magpick up para di na mag antay.

I have not received my package with tracking number 139648266363 but the tracking status indicated it was received by me. It was sent from LBC Amberland Plaza branch on November 9, 2018 and to be delivered in Luisiana Laguna. The tracking indicated it was received Nov 10, 2018 by me but I never received any package from you. Please help me track who received my package.

LBC Express cargo delivery

Good day, ive sent my cargo last february 22, 2019, expected delivery must be feb 22, 2019 according to their receipt provided w/ tracking#: [protected], the cargo arrived in tagbilaran delivery hub february 25, 2019, see how fast they are. They been out of their limit the items should be delivered. As of today the status is, "ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day". Today, february 28, 2019, the receiver didnt receive any items from lbc.

LBC Express delivery guy

One of your people acts in a way that shows disrespect to me. He gave the product in an unprofessional manner. No respect, etiquette, or even basic discipline at all. He won't even listien when I was talking to him to clear things out. This attitude of his made him the ugliest delivery guy. I am fond of using LBC since it is useful and great but this occurance made me doubt the quality of its staff. I hope that LBC will be able to improve their people someday. Teach your delivery guys proper manner.

LBC Express delay in delivery courier (pouch)

Transaction date: 2/21/2019 (2pm)
Delivery date (as promised) - 2/22

Consignee haven't received the document on date expected. Its a legal document that has to be received on delivery date. This delay in delivery could affect the case.

Below is the tracking info:
Feb 21 - Accepted at Robinsons Cebu
Feb 22 - Arrived at North Luzon area; forwarded to San Fernando delivery team
Feb 23 - Arrived at San Fernando delivery team
Feb 25 - Ready for delivery; not delivered due to holiday.

This is a 24 hour express delivery service right? What happened?

Hi. Good day!

I just want to write a complaint about the worst service of LBC Bago City Negros Occ.branch.

I have called their numbers but no one has ever answered. I've been calling almost 20x each number everyday but lines only kept ringing.

The reason of my call is that my package for COD is still not yet delivered. On your website, the item already arrived on Feb 22, 2019 but it's already Feb 26 but no update from the warehouse yet. It's supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days.

I am 7 month pregnant and still recovering from an abdominal surgery that's why I prefer to have my package delivered to me because I can't travel and my condition requires bed rest.

It's so disappointing that this has not happened just once. I have experienced this 3x already. The first 2 transactions I have waited for 6 days but the packages were not delivered to me, I ended up going to the warehouse and pick-up the items myself. They said my address is not complete. How come, other couriers can reach my address without any hassle, we are a small baranggay, like everyone knows each other, I even have put my mother as c/o person so they can easily ask and locate my address. All my major IDs have the same address.

I checked reviews online and I discovered that they really have poor service. Pls check link below.

I am writing you this email because I want to let you know that this is not good for your business. You might as well forward this to the right department so they can do something about it. I know you are a huge company and maybe you dont care losing one customer. But this is not right. You are not Hari ng Padala but Hari ng Kunsumisyon!

I have paid for delivery but I am not getting what I paid for! Do you expect me to spend more for transpo and time and energy getting to the warehouse and pick up the items?

What are the delivery men doing in Bago branch? Or even the person in charge to supervise? Dont they reinforce it to their subordinates? Please act on this! You are paying incompetent and lazy people in Bago City branch!

I need the package to be delivered today. I hate to expect that they will tag me unknown consignee or address because I receive packages from other couriers on time. Again, our baranggay is so small everyone knows each other.

This is causing me too much stress considering that I am pregnant. I hate to bring this up to your corporate office or DTI. But I will if this is rectified asap! Act on this, please! Call them if possible if you have a direct line to Bago Branch.

LBC Express delivery issue

Super tamad mga raider ninyu dyan sa talisay! Shipment issue lahat ng padala ko. Hindi pa nga nadedeliver refused to receive or payment issue na agad. Nag babayad po ako ng tama sana gawin nyu serbisyu ninyu ng tama, wag kayung mangdaya! Hindi lng ito ang shipment ko na hindi nadeliver. Sana gawan nyu ito ng paraan lbc! Halos lahat nalng ng shipment ko sa cebu pag sa talisay delivery team napupunta hindi na dedeliver

LBC Express lousy and lazy staff at lbc branch mariveles, bataan. and sending to wrong pick address of lbc branch in bacolod city

I would like to complain your lousy staff at lbc branch mariveles. I try to send my package last february 24 from mariveles for pick up at lbc citimall mandalagan. Instead of sending to lbc mandalagan they send it to lbc golden fields bacolod city as ive checked on your online tracking. Not only that they very lousy employee. Instead of attending to their customers they spent more time talking personal matters. They act as if they dont like the job. They are most [censored]ing lazy ive seen so far as far lbc branch is concern. You should replace these two female staff on duty that day. It will be a liability to your good company in the long run. LBC Express poor service

Tracking # [protected], After several follow ups, walang nangyayari, di ngmomove yung items, wala din update.. Feb 16 pa shinipped saken yung item, until now wala pa ko narereceive, hindi namen alam kung nasan na yung item.. Yung mga staff ng lbc please pakibgyan pansin ang reklamo namen, Kasi order yun and paid na ng customer namen.. And paid na din namen ang service nyo.. Kaya please pakiayos.. & magupdate po kayo ng tama.

LBC Express lost parcel... and their online tracking is a lie!! worst delivery experience ever!!!

Okay so I ordered from Shopee last Feb 5, 2018. Xpost/LBC is the only courier that the seller has so I have no choice. To get my item quickly I even paid the full 'express' delivery. According to Shopee, I should receive the items within 5-9 days. Since Tanauan Batangas is just a 2-hour drive from Manila (where my parcel is from) I knew that it would only take about a few days for my parcel to arrive... BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.

Checking the online tracking, As soon as my parcel arrived at 'LBC YAKAL' warehouse that's where the [censored]ty events started. For a full week, my parcel did not move an inch. And then for the next 2 weeks, I noticed that my parcel got forwarded to different areas like South Luzon, Then Lipa, then back to Central Luzon? I was puzzled as to why they keep missing my address, so I finally emailed Shopee and inquired about the true whereabouts of my parcel.

And so after 3 days, I got notified by shopee that my parcel got lost along the way. Uggh! So the online tracking is telling me it's in this certain 'area' but then it was in fact, LOST already. (or probably someone from LBC took it?) What I can understand from this, is LBC is probably lying about their online tracking and they input whatever data just to show you that your parcel is still there when the reality is, it already disappeared. And the worst thing is, LBC did not even bother to notify me about what happened. WHAT A [censored]TY SERVICE! And for the one who stole all the lingerie I ordered, I pity you 'coz you can't even buy your own!

LBC Express undue delay in the delivery of package in violation of their declared no. of days that the package will be received by the addressee

On february 19, 2019, a package was delivered to lbs express malabon city square branch, malabon city containing 1 pair of nike sandals, nike polo shirt and 1 pair of adidas rubber shoes, upon payment of the delivery charge the staff informed the sender that it will take 2 days to deliver the package. But on february 22, 2019 or three days had lapsed, no package was shipped to lbc gaisano butuan city branch. When we inquired and traced the package using its tracking number, it was still in lbc hub in pasay city. Worst, when the sender called the lbc malabon city, no one answers the call, and when the sender personally follow-up the package at the said branch, they cannot get a definite answer. So the shipper/sender decided to retrieve the package because we are suspicious that somebody might have been interested on the pacckage contents.

Lbc express please take the necessary action on this and we want to get back our package, claim refund of our payment and if possible, a compensation for your undue delay and discomfort caused to the parties

LBC Express worst delivery hub

Good morning. We would like to follow up a package that has not yet been received by our recipient. The reference number for the package is [protected].

This package should be delivered via cash on delivery to the below recipient's details:

Recepient name: del rosario, heide liza
Address: talavera central school, maestrang kikay, talaver, nueva ecija
Contact #: [protected]

Multiple attempts of delivery from your end has occured. The latest one was dated yesterday (february 20) around 6pm. However, it was tagged again as consignee out as it was delivered beyond school hours so the receipient was not present upon the time of delivery.

Please note, that if possible, the package should be delivered within school hours (between 9am to 4pm) and within school days (between monday to friday) so the recipient would be available to receive it as she is working as a teacher on the said school. Lastly, please contact (call or text) the recipient before and during the delivery so she would know that the package is already being delivered. According to the recepient, she did not receive any single notification or message from the delivery personnel when the said attempts failed.

Ps: need your updated contact number so we can contact you regarding this issue. Also please reply to confirm that you have received this email. Thanks!

LBC Express lbc puerto princesa palawan branch; prestigo 3-axis gimbal

Hello po. Goodmorning po. I have a huge concern po regarding my friend parcel here in Puerto Princesa, because our item was already arrived here in Puerto Princesa, Palawan last Feb. 15 pa po, and up until now po they hindi pa nila dinideliver yung item ng friend ko, COD po un and they don't even update ahead of time yung mga customers nila. Gimbal po kasi un, malaki laki din po ung item pati yung price, actually pang 7 days na po ngayon. I even go to the branch ang sabi idedeliver na daw pero wala prin, pati ako at friend ko naabala na ng husto, then pagtatawagan po ung LBC Puerto Princesa, wala pang sumasagot agad. Tapos pag ideliver yung item baka sira na, edi kami yung nalugi diba dahil sa ang tagal nyong magdeliver. Please take some actions naman po. Lagi nalang po ganito yung serbisyo nyo sa tao nyo. Sobrang nakakadissapoint na po talaga as in. Prestigo 3 - axis gimbal yung item na hinihintay namin ideliver. Nakakadissapoint na yung paghihintay na ginagawa nyo sa customers nyo, lalo na kailangan na namin ung gimbal for our vlogs. Nauna nyo ng ideliver yung case nyan, ito lang talaga yung matagal. Ni wala man lang text or update yung LBC kung idedeliver na ba today. Hindi na po nakakatuwa talaga.

My package has not been delivered to Charmine I. Ronquillo of Mandaue City, Cebu. It's been a week since I entrusted that shipment to your company. Your desk agent can not provide significant update about my complaint. They're saying thay they can't find it at the storage facility. If I receive no update for 2 weeks I will file a lawsuit/formal complaint against your company and I must be compensated for the damages.
