Hi Lbc, would like to complaain having a very long line ng very long time waiting.. could you have seperate lines for those customers who have so many items (online sellers) and for those who only have single document or item. I only have one docent to sent but it took me more than an hour to waut because the first one in the line had so many items to sent. It sich a waste of time to wait just because the first one have many utems to ships in one transaction. Can you please fix it. Thanks
the parcel I received isn't mine
So we received our parcel with ²weeks delayed. And the ²nd packed item is not ours. I would like to question the delivery boy who got from the seller i bought this. Instead of clothes of a baby boy. We received bag and the seller said that he didnt provide bag like we received. I am hoping for your response and immediate investigation about this or else we will sue YOU!

I write this letter to report my complaint regarding the condition of the package I have sent last March 11 thru LBC with Tracking No. [protected]. As of today, the said item is not yet delivered to the recipient.
In line with this, I request that an immediate action and follow-up regarding this complaint be made since this was not the first time I have encountered incident of late deliveries. Similar incident was also happened to the package with Tracking No. [protected] I have sent last February 7 and was only received last February 23.

i received a text message yesterday that my order with ref # :[protected] will be delivered that day but it was not delivered...as i track my order the status is we tried to deliver your shipment but the recepient refused to accept..i did not refused it...because the delivery team did not inform me if they are ongoing in my adress..when will be my shipment delivered? i need an ASAP response
super late delivery
Package sent thru lbc branch in commonwealth to be shipped to tondo manila only. It's already March 14 and still, package was not delivered with last update on Mar 4th! Poor customer service too when we called hotline.
I should have used Grab express or Lalamove. I sent docs thru grab express the other day and we received it within 30 mins. Lbc's shipping fee is way more expensive than grab's and lalamove's
delivery of passport
I was expecting a delivery within March 8 to 11 for my passport. But until now I haven't receive it. I also paid for an express delivery but when I track the tracking number on my receipt there are no details available and I keep on callin and calling their hotline but no one is answering, how am I suppose to know the update for my Passport. And it's really frustrated because it's an important document that needs to be delivered and I've paid for it already. I need an update and probably a refund for that express delivery charge. Worst service ever, I will understand it it's just a simple document or item but it's a Passport, atleast do something about your hotline, no one is answering! WTF!

very slow processing/ poor customer service
LBC peso padala encashment at LBc Mactan Marina Mall Branch, Lapu Lapu City, Cebu is very very very slow. Customer service is very poor. Employees keep on chatting with each other while at work! You should value your customer's time also! I have waited for one hour, and currently still waiting for my money to be encashed. Will this took that long? Unbelievable! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
delayed delivery
Please improve your services. I was expecting my parcels to be delivered a day or two, but its already been 4days past. I checked online and track it down. Why does it take too long to be transfer to one place to another when in fact its only local places. Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible 'coz I really need it for my son's medical needs. I wont mentioning details so that not only my issue can be solve but for those also experiencing a problem like mine. Stop delaying. Be on time. Thanks alot!

Im wendy costalesmarch 7 2019 10:00am they recieved my dogs papers, sopposedly they need to deliver it in my designated address.. But then no delivery again, its my 3rd time got nothing when I choose this courier, its door to door u know, u need to take my item here its been 5 days that my item was in their delivery hub almost a week.. I bought a product online and accdg to the seller it was placed for shipment Feb 21. And it arrived Tarlac (My location) Delivery Hub Feb 22. According to the tracking website, they tried to deliver it the same day, Feb 22 also Feb 23, to our house but it was closed. I am confused about this because there is always someone in our house so I went to LBC Cut-cut branch Mar 1 to report the incident. I was given the number of the delivery hub in Tarlac and told that I was supposed to be the one to call them. I understand if that's the policy but one thing I noticed is that they weren't even apologetic in behalf of their company. Anyways i let that one slip. I called the delivery hub Mar 2 and some girl(I wasn't able to get the name) answered and I told her my issue and they might be delivering my parcel to the wrong address because our house is never empty and she just agreed with me, just to dismiss the converstion I guess and told me that they will deliver it Mar 3 monday. I was also told to keep tabs on my fone that day for delivery updates. I waited all day on Mar 3. No text, no call. When I tried to call the number again, it was unattended. I mean, how unprofessional is that? Mar 15 I went to another LBC branch, the one in City Walk, Zamora St. San Vicente, Tarlac City, to again raise my concern. I was entertained by a certain Janine Soriano and colleague I wasn't able to get the name. They did the same process as the other LBC branch I went to earlier and gave me another number of the delivery hub. I am a little irritated this time because my parcel is more than 2 weeks late so I asked them if it could be changed for branch pickup instead and if they can be the one to contact the delivery hub because in the first place it is the company's lapses . And I was told, rather unpolitely and dissmissively, by janine's colleague that it is not in their authority to do that and if that's what I want I should have chosen that option in the first place to make sure I get my package. They don't even recommend the companies services themselves. And, how rude is that? I am the victim here of delayed shipping and I am being blamed on not choosing for pick up option? I am a very patient person and I should have understood and respected their policy if they have expalained it in a nice way, this is even my first time to file a formal complaint. I hope the management can do something about this and I hope I can receive my parcel which is ALMOST 3 WEEKS LATE the soonest possible.
cash on delivery transaction
i had my first cash on delivery transaction last december 2018, the item got delivered to my costumer, he paid the lbc personel but i havent received the payment in my bank account yet. please do make an action about this its been 3 months, here attached is the receipt of the transaction, i really need the payment its for my business, the amount is 2, 455php
handling of package.
Last March 6, 2019, my brother send me a package thru LBC it was a document. Official Transcript of Records and Certificate of Transfer Credentials. It was in Gaisano Grand Mall, Tagum City, Davao del Norte Branch. Our trust in confidence for the care of the package by your team is high.
But it was a big disappointment when the package arrived like a trash.These documents are official and highly important. Upon asking my brother, He told me it was in an envelop when he hand it in to the personnel of the branch. But when I received the package today it was just in a pouch with some burnt or melted part.
I can't even submit such document at the Philippine Women's University to continue my studies, I can't even recognize some area due to trash like documents.
rats ate through my lbc box
I sent my package via LBC in SM Downtown Cagayan de Oro on March 7. [protected]. It was labeled perishable/urgent since the package were baked goods. When it arrived in Talamban, Cebu, there was a hole on both the LBC box and the cookie box. Apparently from a rat. LBC even taped over the hole on the LBC box which means LBC was aware that the hole wasn't there initially. The receiver (my cousin) took photos. If possible, may you please refund value of the item and shipping so I can send a new batch.

I requested for an NBI clearance to be delivered to our house and for more than 2 weeks, still no NBi delivered to our house. I was informed by NBI that per LBC our address is undeliverable which is so impossible because thay already delivered couple of things to us. Maybe the culprit is the delivery people of LBC, because they propbably dont try harder to look for addresses. NBI should have not asked your service for this kind of transactions. By the way the NBI that I need will be used abroad for employment and because of the delay I was not able to be filed by my employer. LBC sucks. No wonder the comments about your service on this website are no good.

Bulok ng LBC, may nagpadala sa'kin ng package na di dinedeliver sa address namin kasi raw hindi sila nagdedeliver sa'min, pero may nagdedeliver naman sa'min kaya naguguluhan ako,
kinontact ako ng sender at sinabi na kung pwede for pick up kasi di raw nagdedeliver ang LBC sa area namin, kaya pumayag na ako na pick up nalang sa branch.
Ang tagal na pala nakatengga yung package sa branch nila pero di man lang ako kinocontact na ready na for pick up, para san pa at may contact number.
Buti pa sa ibang courier like Ninja Van ipapaalam pag magdedeliver, real time yung tracking number.
Nung pumunta ko sa LBC saka lang sinabi na return to sender na yung package, nakakaloka. Bulok na bulok ng sistema, ang tatamad, di man lang magawang magtext para mapick up yung package.

I am asking because I want the accurate answer regarding the shipping rates because I will told our customer the exact shippingcos t of the item. but I didn't get the right answer.
I don't care if she is busy, she has so many customer, I am a customer also she should approach me in a proper way even though she has so many works to do.

Hi, since feb. 10 pa naforward na sa lipa city delivery hub ang parcel ko from ifern compny, til now di p nadedeliver sa address ko. Paki hatid na ito s lalong madaling panahon at importanteng bagay ang nilalaman. Imagine almost a month na sa inyo, panu naging express ang lbc ngayun?
