it is about the cash on delivery items
The receiver waited for the item at their house. There is a text message to her that she will expect delivery within the day but nothing came. The second day, there is a notification on the tracking that she will expect delivery again but no items delivered. Then suddenly there is a lbc notification stating that the items have arrived at internal mail dispatch. Seriously? The receiver waited for two days just staying at their house and waiting for a call or text. But how did this happen? Maybe the delivery guy was so lazy to look for the receiver address. I'm so disappointed. What will happen now to my items? It should be return to the point of origin because its not the sender nor the receiver's fault.
undelivered item since november 2018
I'm maria norielle andaya. My father, felix andaya is scheduled to receive a parcel from bdo numerous times. Everytime, we are informed that lbc was not able to deliver because we're not at home. This has been happening since november 2018. Recently, my father is supposed to get the package yesterday, april 22, 2019. My parents waited the whole day, and even left a note at our gate, with the message for the delivery guy. And even if they already left a note, they were still waiting the whole day. And again, we were informed that the item was not delivered because there's no one at home? What's happening? My parents provided the correct complete address and waited the whole day because they don't want to miss it. This has been happening for many months now. We need that item delivered asap. We need this fixed.
untraceable package/customer care number no answer
What's the point of having a customer care "number" when nobody answers the call? What kind of a business does not have a person available to handle questions/concerns of their paying customers?
I sent a package via air on april 15, 2019 and I was told the package will be shipped out later that day. It is now april 22, 2019 and the "tracking number" states it never left anaheim branch. I cannot talk to anybody and inquire because, surprise, surprise, nobody answers!
Why do better and business bureau allow such business to run without proper customer care representatives?
I am filing the same complaint to bbb.org!

Sa lbc paramount po.. Nakakainis po talaga ang mga staff dun.. April 22, 2019 6:17pm pumasok po kami nag fill up ng form tas sabi antayin nalang ang tawag s pangalan..6:49pm biglang sabi sa mga mag cash out balik nalang bukas o punta s ibang lbc outlet dahil cut off na daw ng 6:30. Pagdating palang dapat sinabi na para iwas hassle tinry namin humabol sa malapit na lbc dahil 8pm pa ang sara pero nag cut off narin daw.. Grabe urgent yung pera napa ka importante pero ganun ang nangyari..2times ng nangyari sakin to sa lbc paramount kaya nag comment nako.. Unprofessional ang mga staff dun hindi niyo alam kung gano ka importante ang masasagip niyo sa buhay kapag nadelay ang pera na kaylangan..

Good day.. Please notice march 15, 2019 i've cash out the money from kumu app through lbc it was about 1000 peso including the fee (23 peso) so I was suppose to received 977 peso - the transaction code was to be e-mailed 3-5 working day then 5 days later I got the conformation code and then when I was about to encash the money the staff of lbc told me that they would not be able to process encashment (the transaction type was smart padala / smart money encashment) but I insisted and showed them the emailed transaction there was support and trouble shooting section there that says
"if the agent cannot find the transaction, please tell them to check smart money encashment, smart padala encashment, or paymaya encashment. We are aware that some lbc agents have not been informed on how to properly handle this transaction type. If the lbc staff member has issues or isn't aware of how to service the transaction, please call our payment partners at ayannah and they can guide the lbc staff
Through the process: [protected] (globe); [protected] (smart); [protected] (landline)." after that the staff told paymaya was block in lbc therefore they couldn't process the said transaction and told to contact the sender of the money which I did but no reply at all. Yung hinihintay kong documents is schedule for deliver last April 16 pero wala akong na-receive. Nung chineck ko sa tracking nyo ang nakalagay is Out of service area tong lugar ko. Pero nakakailang padeliver na ako dito samen and palagi namang napupuntahan ng delivery man ninyo ngayon lang pumalpak kung kelan kailangang-kailangan.

cash on delivery delivered to the destination
I sent my package 2 weeks ago and until now my receiver didn't get it. It was Cash on Delivery. My buyer cancelled the order, so basically I didn't earn I even got loss money for the shippment. So frustated service. This is something to be resolve. The shipment back of the item should be free it was your employees fault no one contacted my buyer even a call or a text and didn't even try to find or contact again. I even follow up the package and they told me they're going to call but they didn't. Totally bad service you got.

I was supposed to send money po sa philippines. Naka break ako sa work for one hour. 2 lang kami nakapila yung nasa unahan ko po ang nag inaassist nila. Nakapila po ako for about 30 minutes pero hindi parin ako na assist kasi nagkwewentuhan sila about their life. Puro chismisan lang sila. Pati sa kabilang counter. After 35 minutes ako na ang sunod. Habang nasa counter ako, inuna nila ang chismisan nila. Gusto ko mag complain but it is better na idulog ko dito to clarify po ang mga tauhan niyo. Salamat po.

complaint regarding service and missing items
Please be informed that we have sent a box via air cargo through LBC Bahrain Tracking No. [protected] on 02-April-2019 to send in La Union Philippines. But, unfortunately, we are having a hard time to receive it. First, we have received a message that shipment was not delivered since the recipient's address is out of LBC's service area, then your staff should inform us at the beginning, as we paid for delivery, not for pick up, secondly we continuously calling the LBC customer service in Bahrain seeking their help instead of contacting us to inform what to do and lastly when we received the package there are some missing items gone.

Description of the incident:
We have a delivery that was missed for pick up because no notification was sent regarding its arrival. When asked to have another schedule of the delivery, we both agreed for it to be delivered today, April 15, 2019. However, after missing the time of delivery, I have contact the number above to ask for an update. He replied that he arrived and was told that there was no one in the unit. I woke up at 7AM and made arrangements with my work schedule to make sure this delivery will go smooth. So when I heard that excuse or reason, I felt very disappointed. I told him I was in the unit waiting for him the whole time. But, there was no knock nor doorbell to be heard. Then, I asked series of question to know what really happened. I asked if he went to the right address. He confirmed that he did and that the guards told him that there was no one in the unit. He also told me that it is our building's policy to not let the delivery man go directly to the customer's unit without the guards go-signal to bring it to the customer. So I asked him why did he not tell the guards to check if indeed there was no resident in the unit and tell them that I scheduled the delivery. He kept on saying it is because the guards said there was no one. So I asked him why did he not contact me and inform me that he was downstairs. I could have gone down and pick up the delivery from him. He had all the means to contact me. And yet, he didn't. He replied that he did not have my number. And yet, when I texted him this morning, he knows what delivery I was talking about.
See, I admire your staff who are dedicated with their work in delivering goods. But this kind of service is heartbreaking. Your ways of working is not helping the customer. I honestly do not feel taken care of with your services. I felt stressed and disappointed. I had to do a lot of adjustments just so I can align with your delivery man's schedule. In fact, I was not even aware when will it be delivered which is why I missed its 1st delivery. The lack of communication between the delivery man and customer is simply unbelievable. It was never my wish to escalate this. But this kind of service is very concerning. Even your hotlines are concerning because I have been calling so many times and waited so long for an agent to answer it, but none did.
Please, look into this. I do not wish to lose faith in you.
