LBC Express order [protected]

I have not received update re: status of my package. This package was sent for delivery on June 12th. I have been trying to contact LBC customer service to ask for status but they kept saying that they have not heard from their assigned team yet. What is taking this so long to be delivered? I asked Lazada to reach out to LBC too and they said they're investigating. Investigating for what? Why can't this package be delivered on time? If this is lost, you better replace this asap! This has already gone too far. I need this delivered before my father's birthday! Someone needs to be responsible for whatever has happened to my package! I cannot accept an incompetent excuse! Deliver my package THIS WEEK!

LBC Express perishable food from bacolod

The package that I will bring abroad was supposed to be delivered last Monday (June 17, 2019) but it was delayed for 3 days, we picked it up instead, at June 20, 2019 at around 10am . We saw that the package was slit opened. Some of the goods were missing (2 piaya original, 1 piaya ube, 2 butterscotch, 1 biscocho). We are very disappointed with your service. The manager/supervisor was very unprofessional. What can you say about this issue? Please resolve this immediately.

LBC Express delayed delivered and unable to provide information of the parcel

Reference to our order no.[protected] on 14 June 2019 at 15:49 to be delivered to OGX [protected] Metro Manila~nMakati, Makati City, Magallanes for 5 bottles of OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Conditioner 385 ml (13 FL. OZ) which was expected to be delivered on the next day, 15 June 2019.

The item arrived at MAKATI DELIVERY TEAM 2 on 18 of June 2019 which was delayed, and remains undelivered as of late (19 June 2019).

The non-delivery of goods has caused delaying my refund process. I spent and have wasted much of my time calling LBC Hotline for the update of the product since the online tracker do not show much.
The delay has certainly put me in a very distressing situation.

I demand a clear explanation of the delay and compensation for the time wasted that could never be brought back.

I long this complaint to be escalated and thoroughly investigated to know who is responsible for this negligence in order to prevent similar things to ever happen again.

LBC Express wrong accusation and giving my number to others

Hi. Good evening. Just to report you what happened last night june 18, 2019. Around 1845h, I arrived to your branch to send our employees' documents to our head office. Our office is your client for years, fyi. And I assisted by mr. Melchor guico jr. Twice for different dates. But last night is worst day ever! After my transaction with mr. Melchor guico jr. And got home safe, I received 13missed calls and a text msg from our office reporting if I get a package from other client. Text says that from lbc san pedro if I got a package from their client and put in my bag accidentally give it back of else they gonna sue me. They have my identity captured from their cctv. Then lunchtime today I got a call from mr. Melchor guico jr. Ang told me that he accidentally gave the package from other client that was first in the queue. He also told me that he was not the one who texted me last night. To make the story short, he gave the number to the other client I wrote on the info sticker which is our company phone number for heaven sake! And take note the message was read by my superior. My dignity and credibility was lost. Ido hope you gonna do something for my this to avoid wrong accusation and will not do it again to me or to your other clients. Thank you

LBC Express service

Business hours is until 9pm but the one incharge tonight, wednesday refuse to accept my package. It is frustrating because I was told that they only accept package until 8:30. While on the sign board it says business hours is until 9pm. I hurried to get in time before 9pm and only to be inform that operation is until 8:30. Frustrating experience and false info if you intend to serve client until 8:30 then change your schedule details!

LBC Express I am complaining on the delay delivery of package intended to my father

I send a parcel to my father in your LBC express in Regalado, Ave last 6/15/2019 @ 8:15 am address to Matasnakahoy batangas. under tracking number [protected] zand charging me 190.00. the associate assure me that it will deliver if not monday or tuesday this week. up to now, the parcel in yet yet deliver and the customer service representative tell me that there is a problem in manpower. how, now is your name LBC Express? LBC Bagal... Why are your accepting transaction when you cannot do it on time? I call two time one in the morning and this pm and there is no assurance that it will delivert today.

LBC Express delayed documents

To whom It May Concern,

I dont know how to start my complain, What I know is you really have a bad service. I am very disappointed for the delay of my important documents from UAE thru SKYNET and until now it is still not delivered in the designated address due to LBC ‘s failure to deliver on time and unreliable service!

Attached here is the tracking number from the skynet, which was promised to be delivered 4-5 working days. LBC tracking is [protected].

A quick action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

LBC Express photo frame

The frame was broken despite its good packaging. When I went to LBC Bartolomew Catbalogan branch and ask fir assistance the staff was not accomodating. I approached them in a nice manner but the staff did not give a direct instruction on what I'm going to do and she just glared at me. Bad service. They don't know what to do with my complaints. Bad!

LBC Express I was complaining the item phone xs max that I ship out to the forth lbc branch on june 10 2019

June 10 2019 when I ship out item iphone xs max with the tracking number [protected]. June 11 2019 lbc express texted me about the parcel that its already claimed by heidi yap in lbc the forth branch and the payment is ready for claiming at lbc siniloan. June 13 2019 I went to lbc siniloan to encash/release the payment but then the agent of the lbc siniloan says that the transaction is already invalid and they dont know why it happened. Suddenly someone texted me about the parcel that I have a delivery from heidi yap in newton heights. I dont know if its true cause I dont live in newton heights. And until now I still dont have any update about the payment and shipment. I need to know what happened to my shipment and the payment. Pleaseee give me real information. I need answer.

LBC Express lazy staff

I arrived at lbc tayuman at exactly 6:45 pm. The store closes at 7 pm so definitely I still have 15 minutes to do the transaction. But the staff told me that she would not accept my cargo because she would not have time to clean her area. She even blamed me for not coming earlier than my arrival. Does she even know that I also have lots of work to do and I still finish the important cargo to be sent?! She even told me that she's been receiving lots of cargos while the morning shift was a slack time. For goodness sake that's her job! Quit if your tired!

LBC Express service delivery

I'd like to complaint on this! It has been almost 2 weeks and yet still haven't delivered to its destination. This was transacted June 6. My client was so disappointed already! When I went to LBC Waltermart Tanauan to follow up just this afternoon, one of your employee even ask me to seek a number and fall in line just to follow up on your poor service... Talaga lang ha? pipila pa talaga ako para ma follow up yan. Galit na galit na ung customer ko.. Do something on this matter! After this, I will file complaint on DTI too

LBC Express process for return of parcel is too long @2weeks

Hi, gotta parcel [protected] that unclaimed by our recipient, thus last June 6, 2019 we told the staff to return it back to us with charges of course..staff told us that 5days will be allotted for us to claim..but as of now June 17, 2019 we dont receive it yet..it cost us money time and effort to follow up this one..can you please process it a little bit faster?! Until when will we wait?

LBC Express school requirements/ documents

May parents send my documents last week which is thursday. I went to lbc para kunin yun pero ang sinabi nila sakin nabigay daw nila sa iba which is not me, so binibigay lang nila yung pinadala without looking the id and the name na nakasulat doon? Ngayon sila pa ang naiinis kase pabalik balik kami, kasalanan naman nila yun e bat parang kami pa yung mali sa ginagawa nila.

LBC Express mail

I have sent a document a letter to my sister in Manila from your Branch in Makati. They processed and accepted the letter without any issue. But until now nothing has been delivered. That document is very important for her employment. Now I think not having that document might cost her job. I am sending this complaint to the management of LBC for immediate action and to let those involved to face the consequences of their being incompetent and ignorant.

LBC Express encashment

I was here at 9am and literally one of the first three people here and its nearing 10:30a-[censored]ing-m. Does it take that long to process the money im suppose to receive? Maybi mind you that there were 2 staff then the 3rd finally came. They lack customer service! Theyre suppose to be helping me but instead if any [censored]ing person walks up to them, they attend to them first! This will be my first and last [censored]ing time using LBC!

LBC Express delivery issue/naga delivery team

Hello good day.

I just want make a full complaint regarding the negligence of who ever is the in-charged on the delivery. I have an order with this order number [protected]. This item was supposedly delivered last week Thursday(June 6). I keep on sending emails, sending txt to the number that lbc-sipocot representative provided we're I could verified the status of the order. But No RESPONSE at all. I ordered items again beforehand of this order but it arrived earlier than this order. What I'm pissed off about is that regardless of countless emails and txt messages the item was still sent not to me but to the sender. Just so you know also that those items are for business, My customers are already complaining because of the prolonged delivery. I asked the delivery man whose always delivering in our area about my order but he said he doesn't know anything and he doesn't have any contact from the Naga hub. I really wanted to escalate this matter because this is not just a simple negligence. I'm really mad and pissed off right now. Kawawa eung lady representative sa sipocot branch at xa napagbuntungan ko nang galit. Sana maaksyunan nyu nman ang mga ganitong problema.

To resolved the concern, please expedite in sending back my order and refund to me the shipping fee. This is very tiresome. Ang tagal ko n e2 pinafollow-up pero parang ang bagal ng action ng Lbc dito.

LBC Express no one gives attention to the customer concerns and complains

LBC you're such a disappointment! What kind of training and service do you have?
You don't give importance to your customer? Your staff from store sucks! your customer service sucks! your customer service hotline sucks! you don't have managers and direct contact person to address thousands of complains from your service. Or you intentionally did it on purpose para less hassle in case may mga customer complains. Hindi rin nagdedeliver ng maayos yung mga tao nyo.
There is a contact # sa receiver but your delivery staff didn't bother to call para madeliver ng maayos yung shipment. Ang tatamad lahat ng mga tao nyo from all department. Even this site no one is monitoring to check all the frustrations ng mga clients nyo.
LBC SHOULD BE BOYCOT! PURO LANG KAYO PROFIT, YOU ONLY FOCUS ON THE INTEREST OF YOUR COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE IMPORTANCE SA MGA COMPLAINTS, CONCERNS, GALIT, INIS AT LAHAT NA NG NAPAKAPANGIT NA SERBISYO NASA INYO.
YOUR COMPANY WILL LATER ON DROP DOWN BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WILL JUST LOOK FOR OTHER COURIER WHO GIVES IMPORTANCE TO ITS CLIENT…

LBC Express air cargo

Hello, to whom it may concern;

This complaint is regarding the 18 boxes that was dropped off to LBC Delano (aka Edmyr) on May 6th 2019 for shipment to Philippines. Attached are some documents with the tracking numbers. 18 pcs was dropped off but only 1 arrived. Where are the rest? Myrna (from LBC Delano) is unable to provide a real answer to where the packages are. It seems that shes lost and she keeps giving me a number to call and when I call that #, they dont have any information whatsoever to where my packages are. She cant provide me a manifest #, no airway bill and no load info when the LBC customer care is trying to trace the packages. Even the customer care department is sending me back to Myrna to ask for a manifest #.

I've been contacting the LBC express via email regarding this matter but to no avail, not even once they have responded to my queries. I'ts frustrating because the receivers of these packages have been waiting and none of us know where are boxes are and what the status is. Is it at customs? Why cant we get a straight answer?

If the packages can't be delivered to its destination, just please return it back to the sender. We paid exactly $828.18 for those boxes and it can't be track or trace its current whereabouts. where are those packages and please return it back to me, thank you.

LBC Express damage on item delivered

i just want to share my experience with LBC of Glorietta 3 Service court Basement level Ayala center makati city, I have been with your company since day 1 of my business and ever since i entrust the safety and delivery of all my items with you. its just that on June 11, 2019 when i delivered another item the "Jordan wings frame" going to Laguna. Nag ka damage yung item ko eh naalala ko na sobrang mahal na ng ibinayad ko na shipping para sa kanila at nag add pa sila ng sobrang daming bubble wrap para daw mas secure. (This means add nanaman bayad sa ship fee) Buti nalang mabait ang customer ko at maganda ang pag kaka approach saakin. Hindi sana ako mag rereklamo sa company niyo pero yung point na pinag-antay pa ko ng sobrang tagal sa Landline hanggang ngayon hindi pa din sinasagot.
i'd like to know kung ano ang remedy na pwede ninyong ibigay as soon as possible id like to request a refund and a monetary value for the item i have been shipped.

LBC Express delivery guy

I never and did not receive my item yesterday june 11, 2019 with the tracking no [protected]. We've waited all day then a text came in that they'll be delivering the item but later that time receive another text saying they've attempted to deliver the item but there is no one in our house which is way too impossible, then I've heared the same story with other people, and that's the time that I knew they never tried to deliver it that's the message they use when they don't want to deliver the item. I don't know if it's stubbornness or what but it is very frustrating. You have a great name in delivery services but over time it will get eaten by your stupid and stubborn delivery team especially in toledo area and I can assure you that if that keeps up you'll end up as one of the most untrusted delivery services. I'll just pick the item myself and will never use your service again, will also share this experience to everybody.
