Last Saturday, 14 Sept 2019, around 6:30pm, your employees at your SM Hypermart Antipolo City branch, Evelyn P Madlos (Employee No 117760) and Paul Arriz Reyes (Employee No 115117) has been accepting in advance bulk courier packages even without payment causing long queues of customers. The bulk packages were accepted in the morning and were processed only in the evening at the time where single transaction customers are coming. I just knew that these customers were friends of your two employees and they were given special treatment in expense of others.

I'm filing this complaint because it wasted my time waiting for my turn. I have to leave your store after waiting for useless 30 minutes. I want these employees be given sanction for their corrupted behaviour. Your employees are arrogant as well.
