false report by lbc tarlac city (main hub)
I have items ordered from Shopee Philippines, in fact there are 4 items and 3 of this items were already delivered to me via other courier. And just learned now that the remaining One (1) item with LBC Tracking Number [protected] is on its way BACK to the seller for LBC reason that is NOT true. The transaction status report last June 25, 2019 - "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient was not present at the given address... etc" and last June 26, 2019 - "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient refused to accept... etc" are NOT true. Who ever reported this is a big LIAR! Just to inform you the delivery address that I declared (on Shopee-Philippines) is my work address. And how this LBC reported reason to be true if I am present on the date/s they claimed they deliver it? This is NOT the first time I experience this with LBC - Tarlac City (Main Hub), their services is really BAD! I am disappointed because of this poor service from your team, my shopee-Philippines will be put into Bad review. I am hoping in good faith that thru this report, sanctions should be given to those irresponsible staff of LBC Tarlac City (Main Hub)!

cash on delivery
I sent an item to my customer through cash on delivery transaction last December 01, 2018. But until now it's been half a year i haven't receive the payment in my bank account. I call a lot of times and they're just saying the same old damn thing that i should go to the origin branch which i already did a lot of times. If you're service is like this you will lose your clients.

Goodpm.. I've been in the 2 branches of lbc at balanga, bataan to ask about my parcel bec it is in the tracking details that they were not able to deliver my parcel bec my address is not on their service area. Then one branch told me that the sender (ellana cosmetics) is the one who should send email to them that I will pick it up on their branch instead of delivering it.. And the other branch told that I should take it on their warehouse which is a little bit far from their branches.. My point is, if they were not able to deliver it then they can just call me so that I can pick it up instead.. I hope you can do something with this on how I can get my items.. Thanks..
undelivered parcel
GOOD DAY! I'm Donnavie Mesa of Tacloban city my contact number is [protected], I was expecting my parcel to be delivered last June 22, 2019 but until now I haven't received it yet. I tried to track it using the reference number provided in the text message of LBC express but the parcel now is already returned to LBC x logistics due to the delivery issue according to your customer service representative. That according to the courier that I have no have available cash during his attempt of delivery, which is I think a lie because in the first place I will not order that item if I don't have the capacity of paying it and there is no LBC courier appear on my doorstep up to now. And what's worse is that I was told that I should contact the shipper. I think you should be the one to return that parcel and have it delivered to me because it is not my fault in the first place.
I HOPE I CAN receive FEEDBACK on this matter.
the delivery is taking too long
My package with the tracking number [protected], is taking too long to be delivered. I have been waiting since last week. I have been tracking it every day, it says the same thing, "Ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day" since June 21. It was supposed to be an express delivery but as I am seeing it, it's not. Any action for this? Thank you.

hello good day my wife went to lbc capas on june 6 2019 she send a package to my friend to bring it here in saudi arabia but the lbc courier cant deliver it on time june 7 2019 the courier try to deliver it but the report is they cant locate the address.they try again to deliver it on june 12 2019 at night. my friend is coming back here on june 12 2019 @ 6 pm, how can they dont locate the location if there is mobile no. written in the receipt of lbc? why they dont try to deliver it on june 8-9-10-11? why they dont locate the location on june 7 2019? but they locate it on june 12 2019? we pay for the charge! now we try to call the customer service 1st they answer the call after that they dont answer anymore ? my wife go to LBC capas to follow up and to be return to sender but they said that we need to pay another charge why? its not our mistake so why we need to suffer another charge? hope you will make an action for this matter have nice day thank you
lbc ayala malls marikina branch incompetence

I purchased an item online and the seller tried to ship it via LBC yesterday, June 25, 2019 at Ayala Malls Marikina Branch. The branch told the seller that my place is not reachable by LBC when in fact, the town where live in even has an LBC branch. I've been availing services from LBC since (may it be product shipment or money transfer) and this is the first time that I was told that my place is not reachable by LBC. This caused a delay on my order and their lame excuse is so unacceptable. Can you please let the staff in that branch know that they are not doing their job very well? I thought LBC assured a hassle-free transaction. Every LBC staff needs to deliver that assurance to satisfy customers.

parcel delivery
Package with tracking number [protected] remains undelivered. I have not received any communication thru text or call from the rider, but LBC has posted in the tracker status that the package has not been delivered because "HOUSE CLOSED" without even contacting me. This happened twice as indicated in the tracker and in both instances, I have not been contacted. What kind of service is this? There should have been proper coordination.

LBC CARGO was sent from Australia on May 07, 2019. I am aware that it will take between 6 to 8 weeks before the delivery.
On June 22, 2019, someone texted me (his number 0928 541 2528) asking where we are in station 2. I texted him back straight away and gave him instructions on how to get here, with no reply.
According to the tracking record ( attached picture), the cargo should have been delivered on June 22, 2019. I checked the tracking record and it says there that we have an incorrect address.
June 24, 2019 at 8:31 am, Monday, Posted Status: Out for delivery. I even rung the customer service and spoke to someone and stated that it will be delivered on June 24, 2019.
Again, the cargo did not get delivered as stated. No messages received from anybody. Later on, I checked the tracking again, June 24 at 11 am, Posted status: Incomplete address. No phone calls, no messages.
June 25, 2019 Tuesday, I checked the tracking- Posted status- out for delivery again.
I rung the custoer service and assured me that it will be delivered today.
I am wonderig why they keep asking what is my address. I always packed my LBC Cargo and I always write the correct address. I have provided contact number. I had been a customer of LBC cargo in Australia for a long time. Please check my records and you will see how often I send Cargos to the Philippines.
cash on delivery payment is not remitted to account
I have a parcel shipped via LBC and the consignee paid using Cash On delivery amounting P5755.00. According to them, Remit to Account only takes 1-3 days after parcel is received. The Parcel was delivered Jun 10 and until today, Jun 25 the payment is not remitted to my account. If I did not check this payment was not remitted, I wouldn't know that I lost P5, 755.00. I have called LBC hotline 6 times, but they kept saying that they will need to Check. My last call was Jun 24 with the OIC named Michelle Ardalles, even promising to call me back the same day to update me, but no one called.
a letter to be delivered from makati to taguig
Our house is just nearly at the back of LBC Waterfun, in Taguig MRT Ave. The delivery of the said important letter was suppose to receive on June 19, 2019 and JUne 20, in the morning I called LBC why there is no delivery and per your customer representative the said letter was returned to the shipper due to shipment issue of incomplete address and no telephone # but upon checking with the CEMI and provided me a copy of the addressee they provided complete address including the celfone #. Nobody contacted us it just mean nobody delivers. I paid P80 for the delivery from Makati to Taguig and you will cause me this damages. I need that letter very badly on June 19. Check the tracking #[protected] it said that on June 20, 2019 it was returned to shipper and I checked it now, nothing was returned to them. How irresponsible LBC doing this to your customer. items missing from 3 boxes sent via lbc - [protected], [protected],[protected]
LBC Manila called my sister in Cebu the week of June 16 stating one of our boxes is wet and delivery will be delayed.
The 3 boxes were delivered in Cebu on June 22 and none of the boxes were wet. However, the following items were missing from the 3 boxes:
35 cans of Spam,
7 bags of chocolates
9 jars of coffee,
2 big cans of coffee creamers
2 boxes of garbage bags
2 boxes of disposable gloves
I had been sending boxes through LBC for the past 15 years and this is the first time items were missing from the boxes.

Going to Ms.Kathleen Javier of #0120 Rodriguez St. Camaya Mariveles Bataan the Package is not being delivered untill today June 23 and tomorrow is June 24...I have a lot of text messages from my buyer Ms.Katheleen Javier asking about the product she ordered to me since June 19, I made a lot of call and inquiry to LBC Branch and LBC Toll free Hotline to complain this matter why they cannot bring the package Ms. Kathleen Javier did not Leave the house just to wait for the package to be received... Now she want to cancelled the product. Now what will happen I spend for shipping fee I might be lost my customer and my credibility as a seller.
books delivered was damaged
I sent two books to be delivered in Aklan (Visayas area) last week. I put the books in a plastic to protect the cover from scratches. However, when it was delivered to my sendee the LBC pouch was torn and the front cover of one of the books was heavily damaged like it was dragged on a rough cement. The sendee is asking for a replacement. How can I charged the cost to LBC?

money remittance
June 18, 2019, I made a transaction through LBC (pera padala). It's suppose to be a payment for an Iphone 8 plus buy the seller/scammer who's name is "Jessica V. Lopez" but using "Albert Lopez" as the recipient of the payment. We both agree that day to send a picture of the receipt as a proof. I shade the part of my tracking number so he/she can't use it to encash the money. The day after we transact I didn't receive any updates nor I can call the phone number he/she provided [protected]). Then, Thursday June 20, I went to the store where I remit the money and found out that it was already encashed.
Now LBC, my question is:
1. How come you allowed to process the payment w/o the consignee providing the tracking number?
2. Is it possible that he/she used only the barcode?
3. Why is it, when I ask the teller in the store she can't even track where the transaction was made.
4. The sender should receive a notification once the money has been received, right? But why in my case I didn't?
Up to now June 22 of 2019, I didn't receive any item at all. Also, i found out that the FB account this scammer is using was hacked. So, the picture that is showing in our conversation is not who he/she really is.
I am hoping that my money will be returned and my case to be resolved. Help me to arrest the scammer Jessica V. Lopez but using Albert Lopez as the consignee for payment transaction.

I am a business owner and we send our customer orders thru COD via LBC. Everyday we have 15 to 40 transaction in your New york E rodriguez cubao branch. every afternoon this branch only have 1 staff duty. So whenever we transact our items to this branch, the number of the customers waiting is around 15 to 30, waiting for their turn. Customers are angry to us because we have a lot of transaction. But the problem is not us, the problem is on this branch. Why only one staff every afternoon, you need to add a staff to this branch. Where planning to try J&T express, because of everyday situation in your branch is not good.

Iam expecting a very important document from the bank that contains a very sensitive information that involves money. When i checked on its status it was given to a person that no one knows. It seems they made up a name because even all of our neighbors doesnt have any idea who is Angel Delmo. If they gave it to someone is there any proof that i authorized that person to claim it in my behalf. Or why they did not make sure about the info of that person. Because of what happened there will be a delay on my monthly dues and loans and i will pay for the penalty which should not happen if they are doing their job.
