LBC Express prepaid service

Im going back so many times already at different lbc branches in signal and hagunoy taguig city area and 3days already they said that the prepaid services was unable to do the service... my reply/prepaid documents was urgently needed and until now i havent send it becos they said that the prepaid service/app was updated or change to different i dont know wat they r saying and the sysytem is always prompt error.. so how do u settle this. i always and everyday send prepaid docs and my docs are all delayed! If ur going to upgrade or change ur system pls do it properly or tell ur staff how to do it! Noy like this they having trouble with ur system we are very affected!

LBC Express irregularities in ability to ship pointed objects / knives in its original packaging

According to PD No. 048 (https://www.lbcexpress.com/uploads/media/downloadable_file/0001/01/c9c1cadf25ae77e3f9a68c1e1572af6389ee080f.pdf),

Knives, kitchen and construction tools with sharp edges (i.e. Chisel, Rasps, Hand Saw),
and other sharp objects that may be used as a deadly weapon are acceptable as long as it
is in the original packaging or use proper packaging material that will cover all the sharp
edges.

My complaint is about irregularities in different branches that will allow knives, kitchen and tools with sharp edges to be shipped via LBC despite being in its original packaging or properly packaged that has a sheath or a packaging material that covers all the sharp edges. I have experienced this personally when I sent a package of unopened and in its original packaging (came from the store directly) knife and I had to open the unopened packaging in order to be allowed for shipping. Although I was able to ship this, it was unfortunate for me because this was an order of a client and client was expecting to open the packaging herself.

Friends who are in the industry of blademaking or related to knives have been having a hard time with this ruling because of the inconsistency. There are branches that allow and branches that do not allow for one reason or another. A reason we heard was that the employees who were part of the Union will not do it because they are protected by the Union so they can't be fired for this.

As someone closely working with the blade community in the Philippines, I would like to have clarification if knives in its original packaging (meaning, bought from the store) and even has a sheath covering the knife, or properly wrapped that nobody will get stabbed, is allowed to be shipped. If it is, then ALL stores, regardless if employees are part of the Union or not, should be able to ship the knives according to the required packaging.

I have attached a sample of the knife I sent which the employee asked me to open to put the knife in the sheath that's included in the packaging. In case the plastic covering cannot be seen, pls refer to the corner first knife (the orange color) to see the plastic.

LBC Express shipment not delivered.

I thought my parcel will be delivered on they day as it was stated on the site. To my dismay, I didn't receive any. It says that the shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area but it's just half kilometer away from my house! I also didn't receive any call or message regarding my parcel. If I didn't track and trace it, I wouldn't know. I've been calling the office many times but no one's answering.

LBC Express credit card delivery not received

I still did not received my shipment all of you guys same reasons and reasons that you cannot locate my address, out of delivery, unknown persons, no consignee available! Reasons and reasons but your not taking actions! I been in my house everyday and always and I never go out after work I stayed in home all the time! No one no lbc come and walang kumakatok sa bahay namin para merong magdeliver! This was already 2 months now and I still did not received the package I wanted to have! I already send you a sketch of my address the pic of the sketch but nobody tried to look for it!

I have already an appointment from my local dti office here in cebu I already called them and have already an appointment and I will file a complaint about this! This was taking too long!

LBC Express undue delay in package delivery

On July 24, 2019, I sent a long brown envelope containing a motion to Allan Valencia in Cebu City thru LBC Padre Faura St., Ermita, Manila. The tracking number is 1496 4061 2328. Up to date, or after the lapsed of 7 days, the package I sent has not yet been delivered to the intended recipient.

As per verification with the LBC tracking system, the recipient's address cannot be located, thus, it instructed me to coordinate with LBC customer care channels. It further directed me to inform my recipient to claim the shipment at Cebu Claiming Team 2.

LBC system will certainly disclose that I've been sending package to Allan Valencia in Cebu in many occasions since 2018, thus, there is no valid reason for the LBC server to state that the recipient's address cannot be found. Assuming the address indeed cannot be found whatsoever, the LBS server should have called the recipient's contact number in the duplicate official receipt to trace the address. Why the LBC server did not call the recipient's number if he/she cannot locate his address?

Further, I paid for a door-to-door delivery of my package so it is improper for the LBC server to instruct the recipient to claim the shipment at Cebu Claiming Team 2.

The motion contained in the envelope could have been filed with the NLRC Regional Arbitration branch VII on July 26, 2019 (Friday) or latest on July 29, 2019 (Monday) had the same been delivered on July 25, 2019 following the transaction status that the package is "Ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day" on July 25, 2019. The motion is material for the execution of the judgment rendered by the NLRC in a labor case and should have been urgently filed.

On July 30, 2019, I was able to talk to certain Jon thru 8585-999 and advised me that the package will be delivered in 2 days, or until August 1, 2019. As of this writing, however, no delivery of the package has been made to Allan Valencia.

LBC should explain this undue delay of seven (7) days and counting in the delivery of my package in Cebu. Otherwise, I will be constrained to resort to legal action to protect my interest and demand for payment of damages.

Please give this matter the preferential attention it deserves.

LBC Express I am complaining about my package

To the Management of LBC:
I am writing this to express my concern regarding of the delivery of my package. The online seller of the online shop where I ordered my package paid for a door to door delivery package just like how I wanted it to be. The package arrived on July 30, 2019 at my exact address since it's a door to door. But, I couldn't claim my package because the delivery guy is asking for a two hundred and fifty pesos and telling me that it was a cash on delivery basis. I explained my side and told him that I've already paid my seller for the package and for the door to door delivery cost. He told me that he would return it to their hub and check if there's an error because he doesn't also want to pay two hundred and fifty pesos for a charge if it's their error. He even mentioned that I might receive it on Monday which is July 29, 2019. And now, July 31, 2019 I decided to tracked my parcel since it's already taking too long, Only to find out that it is ready for claiming on their branch at Pulilan Delivery Team. My concern is, I have already paid for a door to door transaction because going to their branch is really a hassle since it is quite far from my home. And yet, after paying for a door to door transaction I still need to go to their branch and waste time and money for a fare and probably need to pay again for another transaction.

Maybe there's also a problem with the seller or the other branch. I hate the fact that they told me I can get my package on July 29, 2019. I thought they would actually fix the issue and inform me through text but I had to track it by myself instead and the fact that they didn't give an exact address is so irritating, I have no idea on that location so I have to google it. But all in all I just hope my package is still okay. I'm just really nervous because I have read so much negative comment, poor rate on that branch. Nevermind the hassle and other issues as long as I can still get my package I'm already okay. Thank you!

LBC Express tender love baby wipes pack of 3

Hi good day to you guys, I just have complaint again with the same product that I was complaining before, I'm sorry to say this but I am so so disappointed with your delivery team, I know that the address I was provided is out of LBC service. Someone called me from your delivery team that they're going to deliver my order, I really appreciate that coz even my address is out of your company service you still try to deliver it, sadly I'm not at home when they called so the man asked me where I am I gave him the address and he said that he will going to transfer my package to the delivery team that was assigned in the address where I am staying now, I've been waiting for them to call me, I've been waiting for that package for how many weeks . I tried to track my package using your tracking system and [censored] you know what I saw? There's a message there that really drive me mad, it says there that THEY TRIED TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE BUT I REFUSED TO RECEIVED IT. F**k I didn't received any call from you guys how come I refused it? Can you pls do something? If those folks need to be fired pls do so they're not helping your company.

LBC Express late or undelivered package

Hi lbc, why is it taking too long to deliver a package from manila to puerto princesa city (ph)? An acquaintance sent a package to me (tracking # 1731 4606 0257) last july 24, 2019 from manila but has yet to be delivered to me at the address specified by the sender (puerto princesa city), btw, as of the time of typing, it is now july 30, 2019 12:30pm (6 days after the package was sent). What is causing the delay? Maybe you should audit your personnel here, they are doing a terrible job and giving your company a bad rep..

LBC Express excruciatingly poor service

Good day!

I would like to complain about LBC's convenient excuse of not delivering and just stating in their report 'unknown recipient'.

The address is correct and I was in the said address the whole time. They also have the contact info of the sender and recipient. So, how can it be 'unknown recipient'? No one came and there was no delivery

Example: On July 17 it says in LBC website " We tried to deliver but recipient is unknown..."

Huh!? I was here in the house the whole day waiting for the delivery to arrive but none came

In this case, placing 'unknown recipient' when the recipient is present in the correct address is false reporting and becomes a convenient way of avoiding LBC's responsibilities and duties. The delivery man can always pretend that he attempted to deliver and after 3 'pretend deliveries', ask for the customer to pick it up. I hope there's a way for customers to be protected from this kind of excuse and lies.

While I was tracking and waiting for the delivery, my emails and effort to chat with the customer service were all unanswered.

After that, LBC wants it to be picked up.

In my frustration and since I need to work at home I want to have it picked up by Lalamove or J&T express or Transportify. I discovered these couriers in google because dealing with an unreliable LBC is so exasperating. But even that, LBC failed.
Here are two conflicting replies on the pick up destination:

"our warehouse is located at LBC CAINTA WAREHOUSE, KM 21 ORTIGAS EXTENSION, SAN ISIDRO, CAINTA, RIZAL. As of now, we are waiting for the update from our team for the re-delivery schedule. Thank you. - Mai, LBC Customer Care Associate"

"Hi Lisa Santos, apologize for what happened. But the address is located at BOSS GAS STATION ALONG ORTIGAS AVE. EXTN., BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, CAINTA, RIZAL. Thanks- Riza - Cust Care"

Also, in LBC express FB page, it says Lisa liked this page. When actually I didn't. So disappointing.

Dealing with LBC has become a traumatic, exhausting experience.

LBC Express unethical behaviour

I am regular sender at LBC. Every week i send parcel thru this delivery agency.

Last July 29, 2019 at LBC Branch in SM Bicutan, I got my queuing number at around 7:30PM, way earlier than their cut-off time of 8PM. However, I had to wait for more than 1hour and to even call the attention of the staff for them to notice that I am still waiting to be called. The monitoring screen/notifying screen was not working, so they were just calling numbers depending on whether they like cargo or money transactions.

When they finally noticed me (because I was the last person there, though I was not the last to arrive) all they had to say was that it was cut-off and I should just return tomorrow. I understand the cut-off period because I've had this kind of transactions many times before, what i am complaining is the lack of due notice from the staff, that I had to wait for one hour for nothing. It seems like I wasted my time there!

Now, I don't want the same experience again. Actually, I have had this experience not only once but I let those other incidences pass. Seems like I should have lodged my complaint earlier because it's becoming repetitive, costly, and more than annoying.

If LBC cant handle the influx of customers why not make an earlier cut-off notice to ensure those who got queing paper wont wait for nothing? Or why not hire more people during peak periods?! The common ethical standards is to let your clients know if you can't serve them way ahead, rather than to let them wait there for nothing.

More than efficiency of delivery of parcels to recepients, everything starts from the acceptance of parcel at the drop off site. If this continues, might as well change courier rather than continue wasting my time.

How to resolve this?
1. Improve the system of queuing. It became so messy and disorganized when the notifying screen went off. People were asking, who's next? What number? It's like a wet market.
2. Train the people well (especially handling client influx when peak period)
3. Train the people well (I should repeat this for emphasis)
4. Have an earlier cut-off if necessary. Dont provide queuing number if you won't honor it!
5. Hire more people.

Im Jenefe A Baula may pinadala po ako na parcel sa koronadal south cotabato kay Hanna Mae Sukan nung isang araw pa po nya na received pero hanggang ngayon wala parin ung text ng LBC at yung payment ko hnd padin na itext sakin, COD po un, ito ung track number 1731 2453 8179. Please gawan nyo ng paraan at ibalik nyo sakin ang payment dhil akin nmn tlga yun ang pangit ng service nyo ayusin nyo, lalo na ang COD at pera pinag uusapan dyan nakaka agrabyado kayo ng business ang hirap nyo na pagkatiwalaan kya pla sabi ng mga tao pangit ang LBC, dont be a scammer okay, kya pala lht ng number nyo di matawagan cuz you're trying to avoid customer complain 😠

Nagpadala po ako ng documents from Siquijor to Davao city but when I traced the remittance may "shipment issue" comment. What should I do? Idedeliver po ba ito o madedelay lang? LBC Express documents local shipping

Good day.
I Just like to complain about your customer service representative at LBC SM- SAN LAZARO BRANCH. Last July 9, 2019 we send our documents bound to negros and ilo-ilo but your CSR printed wrong delivery receipt both receipt was named to negros (as you can see attached file) . I go to the said office to complain last July 10, 2019 early morning and Ms. NASH told me that your delivery man was lazy to look at the receipt so as long as the sticker was correct the documents will be sent properly. yet both documents was bound to iloilo, and one document was refuse by our client because of wrong delivery. last July 26, we follow up Tracking Number [protected] and saw the status was "July 22, 2019, Arrived at INTERNAL MAIL - PENDING." so we called your customer representative and they say that they will make a report that we want the documents to be back and said that it will be two to three days. Today July 29, 2019 we track again our documents and saw that "July 26, 2019, Arrived at INTERNAL MAIL DISPATCH." your CSR at SM san Lazaro (Ms. Nash) said that "kung gusto nyo mabalik yan agad itawag nyo sa Customer service nalang pero gagawin padin namin ng report" again if you can't delivery properly just please please just return our documents.

LBC Express my package

Nagantay ako whole for my pacgae to arrive, kasi ang sabi sa text is "07-26-19 Ka-LBC, your shipment with Ref# 173152157164 is now ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day." Now, I've waited whole day and then sasabihin lang sa tracking is "Shipment issue"? Let us know naman kung gusto nyong ipapick up na lang! 😒

LBC Express 139665178352 package

I am badly sick since Tuesday and I ask our HR from Quezon City to rush my helthcard so it may help in my check ups. They shipped it last July 24 and in your tracking system it arrived last July 25 in Cebu. But until now July 26, 2019 7pm. It has not yet been delivered.

I think LBC has no sense of urgency. Called up NRA Cebu and said it will be delivered soon and they will text or call once near my place.

I am having a very high fever suffering and waiting for my health card.

LBC Express declared value big amount to the said contain documents

I'm the receiver of documents [protected]) from manila, I send a complain with regards to the Declared Value is big amount, its around 50 times multiply to the value of my documents.

Please check this issue, because as of now your tie-up company not release to me the documents because of Custom Fee.

How I pay this amount Custom Fee too high from the value of my documents.

LBC Express parcel with tracking no: [protected]

The parcel which was sent to me from Sta. Maria Bulacan last July 17, 2019 arrived in Pulilan Branch by July 20, 2019. We have been tracking the package seriously. It's not usual to take a week for LBC to deliver parcels, but this time it has been a week. I live only in Malolos, so I was wondering why it was taking that long. No one has ever contacted me (to the mobile number provided) regarding the parcel just in case they could not find the address provided since it was declared that there's "Chicharon" which is perishable good inside the package. But still, I waited patiently since delays are inevitable sometimes and I truly understand that. July 22, 2019, I contacted the sender to track the package and it was still in Pulilan Branch. So they went to Sta. Maria Branch and paid for another shipment fee just to reship the package to LBC near BSU so we can just pick it up from there if they cannot deliver to the home address provided. July 24, 2019, I went to LBC near BSU to claim my package assuming that it was already there. But then to my disappointment, its still in Pulilan Branch which ended in me writing a complaint to the said Branch. The personnel there in LBC near BSU gave me their number and asked me to expect the parcel in 1-2 working days. July 25, I contacted them and the parcel remained unmoved from Pulilan Branch which has been my biggest concern. The sender ended up picking it up in Pulilan Branch and delivered it to me by hand which made us feel really unsatisfied with the service provided. Shipping fee was paid twice for nothing and so much time has been wasted. As consolation, the sender was promised to be refunded for the reshipping fee.

These are my concerns to LBC Pulilan Branch:

1. Why did the parcel remain unmoved from your site since it arrived there July 20?

2. If you cannot reach the address provided, why no one has ever attempted to contact the mobile number provided by the sender? It was declared that there's a perishable good inside the package.

3. If reshipping payment fee has been made July 22 or July 23, why did it remain in your branch for 2 more days?

I have written this complaint so that it wont happen again to other customers. I used to be satisfied with LBC's service not until LBC Pulilan Branch. I was just a phone call away but they did not bother to let me know why it was taking them time to deliver my parcel.

LBC Express passport delivery/no tracking number found

I have been expecting my passport to be delivered on the tentative dates DFA provided. The tentative delivery dates are from July 23-26. I called DFA Manila and Cebu and someone from DFA Cebu told me that my passport arrived yesterday, July 23 in LBC but why is it that until now, I can't track it online? I need my passport before Friday since I have an appointment for visa application scheduled on the said day. Please don't let us wait too long. We paid you. Supposed to be my passport should have arrived by today.
