LBC Express Delivery issue

I would like to complain my package sent to lbc annapolis branch last aug.20, 2020 suppose to be going to south luzon particularly sta. Rosa laguna. They told me package will be delivered 6 to 9 days. But after 11 days I follow up with them, still the package is not arriving, worst they cannot track it or went missing. They told me to call me when they find out whats the status of the package but on. The 13 days no calls from lbc I follow with them again they just show me a documents that the. Package was pick up by their courier guy. But the guy is not coming to work yet so they can't question him yet. Until 17 days my relative from laguna sent me a message that lbc annapolis asking her to pick up the package on the same branch where I sent it. I was so shocked and pissed off... At last the. Missing package shows and still it is on the same branch where is send it. What kind of service I am getting here? Im really disappointed by this kind of services...
I hope you do something with this matter. I hope I will get may package. Tomorrow with full refund. Before it went missing again. Crazy transaction it is with lbc annapolis

LBC Express Damaged / extremely wet parcel

[protected] - It was last received at your Pulilan Branch, Philippines.

I received the package little over 20 minutes ago and was excited to open it without disinfecting because the items inside were fragile. All items were extremely crumpled and my poster actually melted due to wetness. TO be honest, it didnt even smell of alcohol. This is really disappointing, your courier is the most expensive one and I doubted there will be a case like this so I trusted the company. Well, here it is. It's not even acceptable as a display.

LBC Express Package not delivered

Good day,

I sent a package last august 26. And I requested for it to be delivered in Pagadian City. Yesterday we just got a message that our package is ready for pick up at Ipil branch. I already paid for the delivery fee. Please do something about this. I want it delivered to the exact address not in Ipil. The tracking number is [protected]. I already did track the package at your website and it really says package ready for pick up at Ipil.

LBC Express I am complaining about the service

I book online last aug 31, 2020 pick up sept. 1 here in our house. In the next day no one comes to pick up. I thought its just they dont see it on their system so I book again on the nigh before sep. 2 the pick up date. Again there is no sign of a rider. Of course I book again 3rd time to be pick up this day no one come! Now I book again? Pwede ba wag na kayo mag online kung hindi naman pipick upin. Siguro nag hihintay ng tip e isa lang naman pick up nya and trabaho niya yon? Kung ganon pala ang rider pangit naman. Ang dami ko nang pending na for pick up na tracking!

Good day!
I am here complaining the service of your rider that there is no sign in delivering the items. Hope this will be given your immediate actions since this happened not just only once but several times already. Supposedly the items were delivered yesterday September 3, 2020 here in Blk6 lot 8 Springwood Subdivision Minglanilla Cebu. And we are bothered that the seller send us a message and mark us "bogus buyer" because of the items we did not receive and this is not our mistake but the mistake of the rider. And here is our tracking number :LBC [protected]. Hope for the immediate actions to the management as a business owner.

LBC Express Wrong shipment country

I would like to make a complaint about my transaction in the lbc-robinson lipa branch. August 27 I went to lbc and inform the teller that I want to send 2 employee id to macau and he asked me which country because he cannot find macau in his system so I told him that macau is part of china and I have written the complete address which indicates macau, china. I've patiently waited for him for about 20 minutes because he said his a newbie and not familiar with the international transactions. He kept asking his colleague beside him and his manager whos on a meal break. He also has an issue with my recipient because he mentioned that elaine chan has the same name in their system with a record. All those things were fine for me but in the end, he told me that he can only encode portugal so he can input macau in the address and I told him I don't have any idea about your system just make sure it will be sent to macau china ok? He says sure, and his colleague beside him knows the venetian macau that's why even I saw in receipt portugal I did not worry because i've written the full correct address. So when I got home my husband asked me why I paid 2390 pesos for the shipping fee, I told him it's international that's why it is expensive but he is not convinced so he checks in lbc website if the amount is correct and it turns out that I should pay 840 pesos only. And my husband found out that the 2390 pesos fee is for portugal in europe not in macau. So the next day I went back to lbc-robinson lipa and told his manager what happened, his manager apologized which is good and she mentioned she has already emailed the issue and I just need to wait till monday (august 31) for the parcel to be returned and void the transaction so they can give me back the excess payment. And guess what happened on august 31? The manager just sends me a message saying my parcel is not yet returned because it has been forward to dhl even they already request to hold and return my parcel. It is september 3 today and I have not received any update about my issue, I will go back to lbc-robinson lipa again to check what happens. Please do something with my complaint, they give me so much trouble and delay already. Tracking no [protected]

LBC Express Undelivered 3pcs parcel in 3 different addresses

All their parcel contains personal i. D and their amount of payment is not a joke, and some of them needs it before going back to their country, this is very inconvenient. Remember, not just your clients are filipino, I have the number of supervisor in mexico pampanga hub. At first very helpful but give up in the end. We are requesting for refund and return of parcel derectly in out company address. Also no more update in trace & tract in your page. Hopefully this will resolve as soon as possible. Thankyou

LBC Express Customer service

Hi!

I called at 5:31 am today (September 03, 2020) on your customer service due to some package I cannot track using the tracking number provided at me by the 3rd party courier. My name is Mariel Joy Yepez and I used mobile number [protected].

The agent who answer my call was so unprofessional and disappointing! He never let me finish my question or my my sentences! He keeps on interrupting me! Is this how LBC customer service works? He didn't even tried to talk to me in a respectful manner!

And when I pointed it out to him and ask why he keeps in interrupting me, he just keep on blabbing as if he was butthurt! Imagine, I was the one who called and asking for a customer service that could help me with my package issue but I was the one who got to listen to him blabbering wihout him trying to resolved my issue!

This is totally unacceptable! This is my first time that a customer service agent do this to me! So unprofessional and awful service!

I want an action for this and to be notified for an update!

I was advised by the store associate who received my package that it'll take maximum of 7days for the parcel to be completely delivered. I checked the website and it says that for Mindanao to Mindanao it'll take 3-5 days and that's already with adjustments for the Covid19. But it has already been almost 3weeks and the package hasn't been delivered yet. I tracked the package regularly and the update is stucked on 'en route to the distribution center' which was way back the 18th of Aug. So I called customer service; waited 20mins on the que; spent hundreds of money for every call as I don't have a landline so I need to call using my cellular number which will cost me a no joke of an amount of money (I didn't blamed this on you, as I know that it'll cost me to call your toll free using my cellular line). I called and didn't mind being charge for the phone calls as I was hopeful that you'll be able to help me but to my disappointment I only didn't get a help but I also felt that your phone associates wasn't sincere in helping me (I didn't blamed them as I know that it wasn't their fault that my package wasn't delivered yet, but as someone who also work as an operations supervisor in a call center, I know that it's their job and responsibility to ensure that their customer can get the help they needed) I was just simply told that I just need to wait (despite the fact that I already mentioned to them about how long have I already waited and how much have I already extended my patience with the company) they didn't even get alarmed nor did they filed an investigation as it can be that the package was lost; they just simply don't care. I also sent out an email but didn't get any response. I followed up on the email but no response still. I tried your chat support but all I get is a bot. I hope you understand how much I tried to reach out to you to try to work things out (too much of an effort for me already), how long I tried understanding you and how much I have already extended my patience. I tried to understand you as I worked for customer service and I know how sometimes the errors and problems cannot be avoided and how hard it is for the employee to take all the blame and customer's anger/frustration, but this not how I assisted my customers. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the company and support.

LBC Express Parcel (documents) stayed for how many at lbc scs returns

I requested a psa /nso copy at psa serbilis. Shipment has been received at scs courier facility - manila - august 15, 2020.. But shipment was en route to odiongan delivery hub on august 17, 2020.. I wonder why it reached to odiongan, romblon wherein it's very in my address calatrava, negros occidental.. Shipment was en route to scs returns on august 29, 2020... As of this writing september 2, 2020 there is no update about the shipment... Tracking no. [protected]... It was a very important document but lbc is very slow in taking action of my concern.. I've been sending email to their customer support but no reply... I hope you can help me with this matter. Thank you

LBC Express Package delivery

Hi! It's been beyond estimated delivery time of my packages ordered from Lazada but I still haven't receive them nor heard anything from LBC. I already e-mailed LBC and Lazada several times but Im still waiting their reply. I understand it's been hard for everyone during this time but when I ordered where NinjaVan is the courier, it only took them a week to deliver my orders. I'm really looking forward for the delivery since I'm badly needing the table for my WFH set-up. Please see attached files for reference.

LBC Express Delayed package delivery

LBC Calbayog Branch - my package has been stock in their branch for a week now. Saying that they can't deliver because of lockdown but other couriers has been able to deliver packages. No updates from the branch nor no reply on their Facebook page. Got a word from our place that they allow entry and resume of delivery services. Hope you'll be able to help me. This will be my last transaction with LBC.

The parcel picked up last Juy 11, 2020 but was not delivered due to incomplete address and spelling or receiver's name . We indicated the correct address and name in the parcel when picked-up but was encoded in your system incorrectly. instead of JMS it was encoded as IMS and instead of Annette it was encoded as Anelle. We requested to just correct it but according to your customer service LBC is not authorize to correct the address, then we requested to return to sender. Its almost 2 months now but LBC did not return the parcel to us. After so many follow-ups until now no update yet for the status.

May we request the full refund of delivery charge and please return the parcel to us.

LBC Express Not receiving my collection of money

Hi I would like to seek assistance to file a complaint against LBC.

Please help. They are not remitting my payment collection and that money of mine has been with them more than 2 weeks. I placed a delivery of an item ordered to me by a certain buyer in Parañaque, it is Cash on Delivery transaction. It was delivered to the buyer on August 10, 2020. The payment of buyer was received by LBC and It should've been transferred to my bank account within 3 days after successful delivery. However I haven't received anything and they keep on telling me that it is still for validation of Union Bank. Upon calling Union Bank,    there is no validation needed and LBC should've deposited it already to my bank account since they got my details and account number correctly. It seems that LBC has really taken no action at all to my concern and has no plan on giving back my money which has been already long overdue in their hands. I've been calling them and giving me no concrete result nor answers. My nanobusiness has been on pending because they've been putting on hold my money which is to be used as capital for my business. Their customer service is very bad also. It takes me hours to be able to speak to their agents yet a waste of time since none of them are helping me anyway. PLEASE HELP ME.

The same thing happened to me. I shipped some items using LBC COP and COD. The recipient already claimed and paid for the items last August 8 and 14, but until this day, I have not received any reference number from LBC in order to claim the COLLECTED MONEY. WORSE, their tracking site is not updated, the parcel status is still "for pickup" although it has been claimed a few weeks ago. So there's no way I can claim the collection in time.
We can collectively file a suit for them and sue them FOR COLLECTION, PLUS DAMAGES.

Dear ms,
Please follow up this tracking # of this parcel. My receiver claimed it the last 7th of august and the reference was supposed sent to me after 3 days once my receiver claimed it already but until now the BBC didn't send me the reference number for that particular parcel.The most painful thing is I put some money because the system of the lbc didn't declare the exact amount (850 pesos) to be collected from my receiver. In your system, it appeared (2520 pesos) that's why I put my own money so that my receiver get her parcel. Please be responsible! Please contact your system or else I will report it, I used my own money intended for my tuition fee for this coming September because I thought I can get it back after 3 days.

LBC is a scammer.. Me too they never remit for one month, I emailed and posted in fb, called the support hotline but they never do their job. They scammed money from us. No updates and messages from them. Never send to LBC HARI ng manloloko..

LBC Express Lower laguna delivery team incompetence

August 6, 2020 - the tracking beyond said that its en route to cabuyao. Then it stuck there until august 15 - cargo exchange (dont know what this is)
August 18 - its already in the delivery hub (lower laguna delivery) its a tv so it has to be delivered immediately but.. 6 days after my item is locked in the hub
August 24 - they decided to deliver it and then it didnt came said our house was closed. But we were expecting it.. There was no call or text that they are already at our house, heck they didnt even knock, we have a doorbell and then they also did not use that.. And then they said they will re deliver the next day and here we are 2 days after still not heard from them.. What utter incompetence..
