LBC Express delivery

Hi Would like to file a complaint about LBC express inc. Order tracking number is [protected]. The package was due to be delivered to me on 21 November 2019. However, current date is already 26 November 2019 and still the customer care is saying they can not deliver. The date of order on Lazada was on November 11, 2019. LBC Express door-to-door money delivery/ pp pesopak

Last November 19, 2019, me and my friend sent 3000 pesos to GOETHE INSTITUT MANILA in Makati City. This was as a payment for our upcoming EXAM. And on the receipt it was stated that the DELIVERY DATE SHOULD HAVE BEEN November 20, 2019. As of the moment that I am typing this complaint, 3 in the afternoon, November 25, 2019, NO MONEY was still delivered. And supposedly TODAY is the DUE DATE for our exam. Me and my friend have followed up this delivery since last week and the process was SO SLOW and STRESSFUL. The LBC SM CITY ILOILO branch said that they could not track where the money is, they have to email whoever and whatever ( that what ever they were refering to is the process that I may not understand because it isnt my line of work). They can't even give a garantee that it could be sent within to day even last saturday ( November 23, 2019) they said that they have finally reached the MAKATI BRANCH and that the delivery was placed on "URGENT". And still no delivery was made. Just minutes ago, I talked to "RALPH", the employee that answered my call said that they had been processing it since my friend was also asking for follow ups earlier. My question is. How long should they really have to toubleshoot this kind of errors? We sent our money early so we won't have to go through this stress and hazel. But still we end up having fear that we WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE OUR EXAM. WILL THE COMPANY BE ABLE TO REPAY THE HOTEL AND AIR FARE TICKETS THAT WE PAID? ALL THIS STRESS? I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN ANSWER. WE COULD SUE YOUR COMPANY WITH THIS KIND OF NEGLIGENCE, CAN'T WE? attached to this the receipt.

LBC Express having a hard time in getting the money sent to me

I applied for an emergency loan and ACOM financing institution sent it to me for me to claim in any LBC near me to claim an amount of 34500. I went to Onemall branch yesterday to claim it around 6pm but I was advised since the amount isn't big, they don't have enough cash after waiting for almost 2 hours! This is such an inconvenience! They referred me to LBC SM Valenzuela since this branch usually have more cash so I went today, exactly 11am, and was told that they don't have cash and I have to do a reservation! Is this how you handle the trust of people who chose you to send money for their clients. Is this how you treat them?! Very frustrating that it was deposited for me to receive yet you are having a hard time releasing it! I sent a compplaint too to acom, so they can think twice of getting your poor service again

LBC Express document delivery

tracking number [protected] was not ye received until now.
It was received by different receivers name...
I need this document to be give to the right person as this is very important.
I need to understand that is it the protocol of LBC delivery boy to give the parcel to the different name eventhough he is not calling thr phone number given? If this is the case better to remove receivers name if anybody can receive the documents...

LBC Express shipment

Good Afternoon. I tracked my document at lbcexpress.com and it said that my document was ready for delivery last Friday but it also said that their is an issue with the shipment. i would like to ask what kind of problem is it and if you already delivered my document at the new address that I have given or to the nearest LBC branch here. I am in Toril, Davao City and the nearest LBC office here is the LBC at GMall Toril. kindly help me fix this problem. I am concern about my Certificate of Eligibility because I am about to enroll to Law School already. I emailed Phil Sat alread and its unresponsive regarding the matter as well as the lbc website. I never recevived any reply from both emails. Thank you!

LBC Express behavior; ignore call no helpful, tracking #[protected]

Tubod branch Incharge Nilda Bakarda She ignored my call how many time I call her to followup she promise to call me back it's been 2 days to followup it's important documents I just try to visit LBC in MPlace qc location yesterday Dated Nov 22 I spoke 1 person Incharge she said only location can call to followup I try to till her just email pls help me so that I can pickup this location either this afternoon or tomorrow because a have a flight tomorrow night I need the documents pls action this complaint thanks

LBC Express priority lane for pregnant and worst customer service

Is there really no priority for pregnant women in LBC? This is the first establishment that I encounter with no priority. I encountered it twice today!
They started accepting clients by 9:45 am. This was the time that they started cleaning their office etc and the 2 representatives didn't even know how to smile, greet at the customers and accommodate the queries especially those of seniors. They are irritated and they make their customers feel it.
Also, it took them so long to reprint the receipt with wrong spelling. They even forgot it until i followed up! This is the worst LBC Branch i encountered!

LBC Express magnat active subwoofer

I ordered used subwoofer unit online through carousel(olx), the seller is from baguio city and chose to ship it at lbc courier srvc., they said that it was checked and inspected before packed, means the product is okay and fully functional and accept the unit for shipping.im the buyer from virac catanduanes, 7 days after i received it, i tested it and wonder why its not working, i brought it to electronic technician, , he opened it and found that one of the units board was BROKEN and said that its caused by improper handling of the package and said that he will not able to repair it co'z one of the important element was broked too.now i wasnt able use it, its just a trash in my house..what will be the solution of that case?do i have a refund of it?

LBC Express delivery

11/20/19 yesterday! hi not a good morning for me.. im just devastated knowing that my parcel has this issue! i was waiting for my package to be delivered yesterday, but as i checked it in your tracking site it says that there is an issue about it! i badly need it, please i pay for it .Can i just pick it up at the branches ..i would definitely post this hassle on social media..i was trusting this company.hopefully it wont let me down!

LBC Express bag

I checked my package the the whole day and it was out for delivery at 11:08 but I did not receive any package today. I wait for the whole as your policy express 1-day delivery and We pay for that.

Your customer service is very poor, I called them 18times and no one answering. Even your FB messenger, I sent an email and just replied to me that for delivery which I am aware of because of the online tracking but did not answer about where is my package?

No one calls me and update me if my package will be delivered today or not. The reasons why we include the number in your system, use it. So your clients will not worried and waiting.

LBC Express delayed shipment of expected package

I was expecting the package to arrive yesterday Nov 19, as also reflected in your tracking website. I cleared my schedule just to wait for the package. Until 8pm ive waited. Lo and behold nothing arrived! And then wala man lang advice or SMS notice na delayed or what yung delivery. Now i am still waiting. Your website says delivery was postponed but with no other update or remarks. It's frustrating. Called ur customer service twice. They also dont have feedback from that warehouse.

LBC Express tracking #: 126900348795

Item was supposed to be delivered on 14th November. As per CS, delivery guy went to the address but was informed that consignee no longer live there, inspite the fact that the consignee NEVER moved nor change address/location since childhood.Howcome delivery guy didnt bother to call the mobile # provided?I have sent the landmarks (including pics and google maps link) but still item hasnt been delivered.Item is a wedding document and needs to be submitted asap.

LBC Express no item received

Kindly investigate the package that has been sent 2 weeks ago from barretto olongapo city zambales branch going to diadi nueva vizcaya. My sister did go to the nearest lbc branch (solano) but the package did not reach that branch. Where the heck is the box? I lost my trust in LBC few years ago when my sister in law sent package from hongkong to philippines. The package is torn and half of the box is empty! hopefully i will find this box safe and sound! I will file necessary action if you guys cant track and deliver this package. Trust me I will!

LBC Express someone encashed my lazada refund and it wasn't me.

Last week I went to LBC Mayon branch in QC to retrieve my refund from Lazada. Used the remittance code emailed by Lazada to me. Went in the morning of I believe Wednesday November 13, 2019. This guy morning shift rep Resty said they could not do money transaction even though the CS who preceded me was successful. Wasn't able to get my money that day and he advised me to visit another branch. I wasn't able to do so that day and until the weekend because I had a trip to Baguio. Yesterday i went to another branch Suki Market Branch in QC, only to find out it has been encashed in Tiaong Quezon Province. The one who claimed used my name and presented an ID. This is robbery! I am not nor live in Quezon Province, no one knew my remittance code besides Lazada, me and the representative from LBC Mayon branch. I need my money! No one is helping me! None of ur staff knows what to do, no one answers your hotline!

LBC Express I am complaining about ur staff service

H, i would like to complain this female staff at LBC brgy. Sunvalley Bicutan (amaia condo bldg.)branch.
I was at this branch today at exactly 5:00PM with my 2yr old daughter for sending package/returning item to lazada. As hours pass by after 1 & half hour of waiting this female staff told me that she couldn't grant my transaction because it was already 6:50pm and the branch is about to close, so i ask her why she told me about the time policy so late? If she could tell me earlier than 7pm the costumers will understand it and to avoid trouble as well you know She start yelling at me blaming the guy who was her working partner in this branch and kept shouting that she couldn'y grant it because she is not the one who assisted me? I dont think this woman having her training before she worked this branch i dont know her name but i took a picture to send the complain. Please do an action she really don't know how to handle costumers and she terrible to the costumers.

One of your employee named Macarasig, Harriet Joy employee # 126832 was very rude to me yesterday she was very terrible in terms of assisting costumers, im waiting for almost 2hrs at LBC sunvalley branch with my 2yr old daughter suddenly at exactly 6:50pm she told me that she cannot process my transaction because the branch was about to close. I understand about the cut-off policy but one thing i couldnt understand why she wasn't processed my transaction its unfair for the costumer who's waited for almost 2hrs right? Then suddenly she kept yelling at me sinabe ko lang na sana gawan ng paraan kase 2hrs na ako nag aantay gutom na kame ng anak ko sana sinabe nya before 6:50pm na hindi nya maipapa process ang transaction ko right? Dinadabogan niya ako sabe ko irereklamo kita kase ganyan ka makipag usap sa costumer mo and Harriet Joy said "Sige ho ireklamo niyo ako kahit san lbc pa"she provoked me to explode pero kinalma ko sarili so i want to complain ur employee para madala siya marami na kame kagabe galit sa kanya pero ako lng nagreklamo. If i have a chance to meet thos girls na nakasabay ko kagabe pwede sila witness. Please take an action with this woman hindi ako magagalit kung walang dahilan at kung hindi niya ako binastos.

LBC Express delivery

Dear LBC,

We have lost communication and track to our package. We have called multiple time you customer service and we have been given a lot of different answers! The Package was sent fom iloilo 15/11/2019 with customer numbers [protected]
And should be hanaded over 16/11/2019 but your delivery team did not deliver it. And now they are telling us the address is incorrect in your system. whos responsible is it to encode the information in your system. In the package it is Loud and clear the address is 14a 4f cambridge Village cainta Rizal. They already told us to re deliver but as I track it in your website same satus is showing! Could you please hive us the right information WHEN are we going to receive the Package!THANK YOU

On Novemeber 11, 2019 I received a message from LBC saying that my item will be deliver on that day. Upon tracking my item, it has been delivered on 11/11/2019 BUT I never received any calls, and I never received any item on the said date.

my girlfriend shipped the package last friday November 8 2019 from libertad bacolod lbc branch to eastern samar... before that we ask them what is the nearest lbc branch in eastern samat that accessible to the receiver they told my girlfriend that borongan so we trusted them then we contact the receiver ot the package and she told me its not borongan its guian eastern samar borongan will take 3hrs to travel but in guian its only 1 hour so we told the lbc bacolod libertad branch on that matter they told my girlfriend that they emailed the borongan to transfer the package to guian upon arrival but until now the package in is still on the lbc that we dont know what happened to the package my girlfriend go to the lbc libertad branch and they tols my girlfriend to wait another week this not ok for me that package is our business and the our costumer wich is the receiver is already complaining plsss i to much trusted lbc for shipping my products but this is not acceptable for me its already a week and then they will say to my girlfriend to wait another week? come on plsss make some action to this thank you
