Oo mali ang cp number na nalagay ko... pero malinaw ang address at pangalan na binigay ko sa tao ninyo! Y hindi nang hinhi ng ID ang tao ninyo at basta nalamang bnigay ang Items ko!

bakit hindi nyo bigyan priority ang mga return items? kasi wala naman kayo kita dun? kasi pinagkakitaan nyo na kami? grabe. wala na nga napala sa ipinadala kasi binalik din, hindi pa makuha agad. puro income lang ang priority nyo, hindi ang customer. napaka poor service ng LBC, esp. Cruz na daan, San Rafael, Bulacan Branch. para saan po ung contact details na nilalagay nmin if hindi din naman kami kinokontak kung hindi makita ung receiver? diaplay lang ba un? hindi nyo magawang tawagan or itext manlang neither the sendor nor the receiver.

Sir my package has been received by the baguio delivery team since 24 august and yet it's still not delivered to me until now. I instructed the awtsu apparel to instruct the delivery team to just leave my package at the guard house at the brick gate entrance of philippine military academy @ fort del pilar yet there was still no improvement regarding the feedback to my package. I can't understand why the office was closed yet there are always guards at any day or time in the entrance of the academy, my tracking no is [protected] I hope you can fix this problem sir.

Lbc ndi man lang kumontak bago ibalik sa sender. Taga nueva ecija yung tao willing nman ipick up tas hindi na kayo makontak. Ilang araw lang pagitan ibabalik nyo agad sa sender?!'anong klase yan walang makausap

My supplier, Perfume Philippines, delivered my parcel to Exchange-LSC on Sept. 3, 2020. Their commitment is 3-4 days leadtime from NCR to South Luzon, as I'm in Lipa City. Until today, Sept. 12, 2020, my parcel is still in Exchange-LSC. I'm waiting for the delivery of my parcel as it contained the items ordered by my customers, and I'm receiving a lot of negative feedback and complaints due to delay on the shipment of LBC.

My supplier is helping me out to escalate this concern, but there is no movement or development until now.

We send a parcel from Bogo to Cebu City, we paid for delivery charge and clearly stated that its for delivery and not for pickup. When it was arrived in cebu, the branch call the recipient that the parcel can now be picked up. Why? It supposed to be a door to door delivery why they are telling to come and pick up the item? I hope this will not happen again next time. Please be attentive next time and hope you can look into this issue to avoid future complaints.

I would ask regarding my parcel i didn't claim because they do not contact me where is my parcel and now i know that the parcel was ship back to Palawan.

Date box was delivered : August 22, 2020, 1163543403 ; Invoice Number 10 -868968 -82a465e9-2. The balikbayan box was received looking miserable. The contents were all over the place. The oatmeal and Chia packages were damaged and leaking .
It appeared that someone rummaged through the contents.
Several canned goods and supplements were missing.
I would appreciate your time and kindness looking into this situation.

LBC has been my go to company for almost 3 decades and I am disappointed that this time the box was broken into and emptied of food items that would help an elderly relative. Unfortunately, she was unable to get a snapshot of the box and since I remembered the items that I included in the
package I was told that they weren't there when I enumerated what I
packed
I would like a reassurance that I can trust LBC again because I just had 2 boxes picked up about 2 weeks ago.

Naipadala po ang document galing tabaco city albay branch... Tapos wala man lang po akong natnggap na confirmation message regarding my parcel if it is ready to pick-up, then bigla na lang silang magsasabe na yong document daw nasa internal dispatch na at need another payment para maibalik or itatapon na daw yung document. Bakit ganito na ang lbc now?

You transferred to other branch to pick up. And until now no latest update on my parcel. That document is important no answer on my emails. Please! give this some priority as you change the destination of pic-up!

I don't know if you train your people well. I went to lbc, alabang-zapote road, the branch near zapote. There were 2 employees working and there's a lot of customers lining up. I understand, that I needed to wait, and I waited. I waited for almost 1 hr, I never had lunch, and I still have work after an hour. So when it was my turn, I didn't had my other id, I only had my tin id! The lady employee, told me that it's not valid. So I gave her my scanned passport from my phone. And she told me that they will take a picture of the id, so I presented the scanned id's. But she told me that it's not allowed, I told her that I still have a class (which is my work), and asked her, "do I still need to go home to just get the id's?", and she told me 'yes you need to go home", I actually understand the process, but do you have consideration that I was busy, and I needed to go to work after an hour! I am always doing all my courier transaction with you guys! But I think you guys never care! I had a lot of bad experiences, but I never complained! Your employees are not friendly, they are rude and seems like they hated their job! The delays on the duration time of delivery to visayas had been a hell to me. You just ruined my business because of the delays in delivery! Don't you care about your customers? This will be my last time to do transaction with you! And don't expect that I will recommend you to all my friends, my family and even those who are doing business!

My balikbayan box was picked up from my residence here in Sydney on the 14th of July 2020 to be sent to Caloocan City Philippines. On the week of August 14 (a month after), I called LBC and they said that as per the system, the package is already in Philippines but could be held up in customs. After around 2 weeks, I called again and they said that they will track it and asked for me to call back. A few days later, I called and I was told that the tracking number is wrong and that it's been used already by somebody else and told for me to call back in an hour to check the status. I called back and I was told that my case has been reported and for me to expect a call from LBC NSW to be advised of the correct tracking number. Within two days, I didn't get any call back from LBC, but I kept calling them to check only to be told to wait again the following day. I last called LBC this afternoon and I was told to wait for LBC to give me a call. The day ended and I haven't received any call. I asked who else I can call aside from the [protected] hotline or if I can call LBC NSW but the call center agent said that they do not coordinate with the branches and the only thing I can do is to wait. The receiver of my package also tracked it online and the webpage showed a different sender and recipient. My package has been delayed for such a long time already, and I don't even have a way to track it. Every time I call your hotline, I'm always just told to wait for LBC's call or call back. I am so frustrated because this is hard earned money for my loved ones. I patiently talk to the call center representatives and I diligently wait, but it's been two months. I thought the package will be delayed due to covid, but apparently, it got delayed and lost due to LBC's own system. I don't know where else to go. I am so disappointed with what's happening. Nobody's getting back to me, I don't know if my family will be able to get my package or if it's totally lost.

I shipped an item using lbc cop with tracking number [protected]. The item was picked up and paid by the recipient at lbc carig regional center on august 14, 2020. However, until this date and time, I have not received any notification or reference number in order to claim the collection. Your tracking site has not been updated for too long, concealing the real status of the package and the money collected.
Does lbc cop service really take this long to remit the collection?

1st all your hotline number here in the Philippines sucks, sad to say but it doesn't help.
Last July I sent 3 boxes from from UAE going here in the Philippines. Today, Sept. 8 only 2 boxes were delivered. Why is it all the way from. Dubai they all go together every time I track them, then on the delivery day 1 was left behind. The tracking # of the 3rd box is [protected]. Can you tell me when will it be delivered? Why it was left in Manila and the other 2 was transferred to Cainta? Please call me at [protected].

I sent a parcel last August 20, 2020 at LBC Lapu Lapu Legazpi City Branch, as advised up to 1 week lead time for the delivery, check ko lang daw palagi sa online tracking. But up to now, September 8, 2020 still no update! I even asked the sending branch and as advised they will give me feedback pero wala naman nakakailang email na rin ako lagi lang forwarded wala naman masabing exact information. As client we also have the right to know any update, pinagkatiwala naming sainyo yung parcel namin. anong petsa na wala pa rin. it was to be an advance birthday gift pero inabutan na ng birthday ng receiver. Package contains branch new Huawei phone. Please, update me on this. I need immediate assistance.

Nagpadala po ako july 10, 2020 pero hanggang ngayon po, mag dadalawang buwan na po wala padin nakakarating sa bicol, nag check po ako sa online para matrace narin po kung asan na pero nanatili parin pong nasa lbc calamba. Kung maaari po sana makiayos na po ito makikihanap po nung dokumento na un, napaka importante po nun. Tapos nakailang balik na po kami sa lbc wala silang magawa, bakit po ganun salamat po.

I would like to file a complain regarding the package I sent last Sept 4, 2020 at around 3:30 to 4pm..
The package contained 2 pairs of Aunthentic/Legit Jordan shoes and a Jordan cap. The delivery charged is PHP675.00. The Consignee was our client Mr. Joseph Allan Fernandez and his delivery address was Rm.303 Lourdan Bldg 428 Barangka Mandaluyong.
He got the package but He was surprised when he informed me that the pair of Jordan Flint shoes was not included .
Attached to this letter are pics of the delivered items..
The fact that I saw how the package was properly packed and labeled. The boxes was in good condition. I never imagined that it would turn out bad because of the loss that pair of expensive shoes.
I choose LBC express because I have high expectations that my package would be delivered safely and complete. Since your company has excellent reputation in the forwarding industry.
In addition to this, your delivery asked the recepient to pay the amount that I already paid!
For this matter I would like to ask your good office to investigate this incident. So I am have a fair reason and claim whatever I am legally entitled.
