I should be receiving my parcel today. But until now I haven't received or heard any from them. I already talked to the hotline number and followed it up. I need that parcel today because I will be out to somewhere this coming week and I should be receiving it today if you indicated that I will received it. Tomorrow is Sunday..This is so frustrating!I tried to email you guys but haven't received any reply just what is tracking number.

The people working at lbc sm novaliches branch is taking way too long to process my package. There is literally no other people in this branch but they still don't assist me. No one else is here aside from me so i'd expect that they will finish it right away but no. I have to wait thirty minutes before they assissted me. And that's not it, this branch alao has a history of being rude to their customer and the waiting time is way toooo looong. This is the worst lbc branch ever
my shipment was not delivered.
I transacted in Guadalupe Makati Branch last Feb 5, 2020, to ship an item to Sultan Kudarat but until now, Feb 14, still my client does not receive it. I already complained in the branch where the transaction happens but I was only told that they will email the receiving branch, which was Feb 11. I track again this time and still no good result. Please do help. Thanks!

Hi good evening po :) please naman po pakiinform yunh LBC matina davao branch about sa parcels ko . Namali po kasi ng delivery address . Pinachange na po ng sender yung adress pero up until now wala pang action . Still, andoon pa din po yung parcel . Books po kasi iyon bale dalawang parcels . Kinakabahan na po kasi ako . Magvavalentines na po kasi at exam na namin . Wala pa akong narereview . Ayoko naman pong zero na nga ako sa lovelife e mazero pa ako sa exam at wala na ngang jowa, wala pang libro . Sad life .
Ilang weeks na po kasi doon yung parcels ko and kahit inemail na po at finollow up yung concern ko at pinuntahan sa lbc branch kung saan nagpadala e hanggang ngayon wala pa rin pong nagaganap na pagbabago . Anlayo layo pa naman po ng matina davao to santiago city isabela . Parang siya, anlayo niya saken . Hanggang tingin nalang po tuloy ako sa kanya . It was accepted on feb. 11 at gaisano lbc branch, iligan city, arrived at metro manila area on feb. 12, forwarded at pasay delivery exchange on feb. 13. The delivery man texted me at around 2:30pm asking if I am at home and if I could receive the parcel. I replied that I am in school but they can proceed to delivery because my sister and aunt are at home. They could receive it instead of me. Then the delivery man replied that he is on his way nd that he would rather meet at this exact place instead of delivering the item straight to our house. I texted him my address although it is already obviously written. I kept on texting my address and the color of the gate and the nearest landmark. But it has now almost been 2 hours since their last reply. I already arrived home and asked if he could still deliver the item but I still got no reply from the delivery guy. I'm annoyed of course because they already have the address why would they rather meet in another place instead of delivering it directly to the exact address?!?

I processed this thru courier cz no one will pick it up and I heard that LBC has quick delivery. But this is a lame customer service.

I am complaining about my package
Putting wrong address on the package, not even asking if it is fine nor say that they send the package to the other branch, at first I thought it was just a mistake but this happen several times now like I don't have time to deal with it since they're always sending it far from what I intended to plus it's gives me too much stress that I have to wait for to long since it's a crowded area. To check about my documents sent on feb 4, 2020. It has been a week now and the delivery has not been received yet.
My sister spoke to your staff & told her it's already been taken out for delivery.
Today, I called lbc puregold e. Rodriguez quezon city branch at 5:30 pm. Its an overseas call.
Staff confirmed that my documents was not yet taken from lbc puregold branch. Nasa sulok daw at hindi nakita kaya hindi naisama sa delivery. How could that happened?! It was paid! This is very unprofessional.

The letter was returned to sender due to irresponsible handling of the delivery . As per inquiry the delivery man just ask the new guard on duty in our subdivision and did not deliver the letter to the house address. The LbC package also have the contact details and complete address that should be use to handle this kind of delivery problem. No information sent to the recipient or sender for 3 weeks period.The LBC manila also requiring additional payment to resend the letter.

Lbc catbalogan branch is always offline. Offline reason is not a good impact to your customer. I am online seller and I am using your cop service. I cannot claim my remittances and cop payment due to unending reason of offline. Kindly resolve your system connections.

The LBC Robinsons Jaro Branch in Iloilo City has promised to send me the number of the delivery department of LBC here in cebu city, but until now, I have not received any message from them and they are ignoring my calls. Also, I cannot get through to your hotline and any of the phone numbers you have posted on your websites. My parcel had not received its destination yet and it is very important. I hope u imorove your service next time.

She did not accept the 500 peso bill because she said it will not be accepted at the bank because it is taped. I said if she will consider it since I am pregnant and that's the only money left in my pocket. She answered me in a very bad way. She said that she don't care if I am pregnant. I want that employee to learn her lesson and treat your customers well. I asked her name but she refused to give it because according to her, they are not allowed to give their names to the customers. I ask her to sign the receipts because their is a space in the receipt that should he signed by the customer associate, at first she refused and said that it is fine not to sign but I insisted and she really signed like a kinder student. It is not her signature I guess. The way she treated your customer is not justifiable.

nagrereklamo po ako kc magala ang courier ng lbc within metro manila lng naman kung saan malapit na malapit kala ko pinakamatagal na ang 2 days pero lumagpas pa. na delay ang product supposed to be papadala sana sa ibang bansa d na tuloy na tuloy kc hnd nahatid ng queson city within 2 days. nalugi ako sa bysiness ko kc na delay ung paghatid. nxtym d na ako mag pa lbc last padala ko na un. ayusin nui service nyu kc mabagal naka walang tiwala sa akin.

Dear mr carlos araneta I writing this because I cannot take it anymore about the corruptions and abuse of authority First about the Visayas Cebu and Bohol Unit Corruption and abuse of authority Headed by MR.HELI SULIB and coordinates and theres no need to me to say my identity For short I want the LBC INC manila will handle the investigation about the said complain # Expenses = Fake receipts, Fake Expenses, Like Rentals and the one handle about it EVERFAITHFUL LOGISTICS and its really bad about cuz the trucks/van rented is malfunctioning and the trucks/van are very poor in appearance I think lbc can afford a better trucks/van like CANTERS and L300 vehicle to market and commercializes at the street to show the LBC trademark but the management is fraud and full of liars and dishonest team leaders and general manager…..why I said that?because I saw it that's why I want the LBC INC manila will handle an investigation about the said issue #Ghost Rentals as you can see they just ride out a PLATE number then they use it as milking money # Floating employees no contracts employees still working and the management refuse to sign them a contract for regularization because for a various reasons I think its illegal because they don't follow the labor code….all employees serve the company for 6months or fixed term 1year like LBC done must be automatic regular employee base of there performance and skills but sad to say many at LBC Visayas Cebu - Bohol Unit are under probationary term like holding them at floating status I will give names for those person I want to mention

please also check the DELIVERY PERMITS of rentals and they dont have like dont exist...LBC INC pays the right price but the client dont give complete papers like Delivery permit per vehicle proper vehicle accessories ex headlight taillight vanlight and proper delivery helper

December 9th, 2019. I asked my husband to have a package shipped to a customer of mine from my FB Page Wild Beadz. Payment mode as selected by my customer was COD since she is pregnant and has no means to deposit the payment to my bank account. Package was received by my customer on Dec.13th. I know depositing the payment by LBC to our bank would take some time, so I waited for a few days. Dec.19th came and I received a text from LBC saying the transaction remains unsettled, for reasons they did not specify. Since then, we've been going back and forth with customer service and LBC Supercenter Pasig branch, and all they do is point fingers at each other. LBC Supercenter said to get in touch with customer service to have this fixed. Customer Service said this should be fixed by the branch. Last week, after calling customer service for the nth time, they asked for a different account number where they will remit the money to since there seems to have been a problem with my husband's UCPB account, and just to wait for 2bus days, and it should be posted. But yet again, no money was deposited.
I have been promised a call back since January 21, 2020 but noone has contacted me back. I also have sent multiple messages through your Facebook page, I have also never received a reply.
