Your delivery man with the number [protected] contacted me at 11.45am to deliver a package. I rejected his call because I was in a conference. I sent him at 11.48pm saying that i contacted my sister to pick up the package but he replied at 11.51 that he has left.

Is this how you train your staff? With other couriers they send a text prior that they will be delivering a package today. I got no such text from you and when I called your delivery man at 11.51, he just laughed at me.

Please train your staff properly. I have great regard for your company and you have never failed me and my family but ur rude and obnoxious staff are giving it a bad name.
