LBC Express unhelpful and rude behavior of branch staff

I was trying to negotiate if I can use a soft copy of my i.d because i forgot to bring the hard copies of my i.d. The staff didn't even look at the soft copies of my i.d, i was showing 2 i.ds, instead she insisted that i should present a "physical" copy of the i.ds. When asked what they will do with the "physical" copy, do they have to photocopy it? They didn't answer.

LBC Express package exceed the normal working days to be delivered

Napadala ung package November 11, 2019. Nag arrived sa Pulilan Delivery Team noong November 12, 2019. November 16 na ngayon wala pa din fun sa branch na dapat dun ko pipick upin. Ano nangyare? Wala man lng ba kayo official site pra man lng mag update or iupdate man lng ung dun sa Application kung ano na nangyayari. Hnd yung ganito na naghihintay kami sa wala.

LBC Express delivered package (drum & box) were already open & lost valuable items... see attached photos

When the consignee received the package with tracking number

two of them were opened (see above with marked) and we lost valuable items take note this is my second time that our balikbayan box was opened but we previously keep silent because we lost only toothpaste & soap. However, this time i must file a complain because we lost expensive tools Such as: 1) 16V-DC drill machine 1 set
2) DC welding machines 1 pc.
3) Main Door Knob & Hinges (Made in Spain).
4) Grinder 1 set
Please investigate LBC cagayan de oro team, 99.9% they are the culprit.

LBC Express shipment

Good day!

I was informed by my bank that they have shipped my credit card using your service. I was supposed to receive it by first week of November. And i haven't received it and it's already Nov. 14. Now the bank informed me that it was received by a person whom i don't know.

This happened twice already. We have people in the house to receive the package knowing that we will be expecting one. So there's no fault on our end. Imagine my credit card being used by someone I don't know. It freaking sucks.

I suggest you make it a point that, your delivery man should give the package ONLY to those who are addressed and is authorized by the addressee.

LBC Express shipped docs last 23oct2019, lbc makati glorietta can’t locate

I requested to ship my document to Ortigas from LBC Makati Glorietta last 23Nov2019 with tracking number [protected].
The delivery was unsuccessful because the recipient has moved office. No one from LBC has texted nor informed me that it was unsuccessful.
I went to LBC Makati Glorietta last 05Nov2019 and talked to LBC employees - Marcy Ortega and Deo Botolan, and was told that they will try to locate my document. And that they will text me once they find it.
I went back there yesterday 13Nov2019 and today, but they still can't locate my document. They said no one has replied to their email from LBC head office/warehouse.
This is really frustrating. They only rely on email communication and no process in placed to locate the document and advise the sender.
Three weeks and counting... no definite answer as to when I could retrieve my document.

LBC Express I am complaining about delayed arrival of my documents

Hi,

I was complaining about delayed arrival of my documents. I was expecting two -three days only arrived in Davao but it didn't, I have deadline the submission of my marriage certificate so if not I will comply a lot of requirements for late registration. So sad I my effort is useless, I did everything just to avoid late registration and also because its hard for us to comply additional documents for late registration. I was so disappointed and cause me too much stressed.

LBC Express order from regatta

Im trying to contact a delivery personnel on their delivery hub team. And asking a favor to deliver my parcel because its for delivery and not for pick up. But the one I talked to doesn't want to deliver the parcel and wanted me to go in the delivery hub team to see me. I was so busy at work and he keeps on telling me to pick up the parcel. I received shipment issue

That card is addressed to my place of employement. I am currently in cebu. That's why i told my secretary and the guards to receive it in my behalf. If not allowed, can you just leave it at my main branch BDO, brgy ninoy aquino mcarthur hiway, ill pick it up there

LBC Express bdo credit card

Hi maam/sir
Bakit ndi po na deliver yung credit card from BDO
hindi naman po ako umalis ng bahay. Kasi inaantay ko yung delivery team nov11 and nov12.
Pero hindi naman po sila dumating. Paano at kung saan ko po pwedeng kunin ang BDO CREDIT CARD ako nalang po ang pipick up.. kailangan ko na kasi ang BDO credit card ko po ASAP.

LBC Express parcel not received, without knowing me he send it back my parcel to the sender.

Hi, Good day. Today I went your LBC Headquarter in Cebu to clarify my shipment unfortunately my parcel he send it back to the sender without knowing me or consent. Last week November 8, 2019 I received a text from LBC express that I have parcel to receive unfortunately I'm not in the house I was heading going airport for urgent appointment. So later, this guy from LBC courier texted me asking my location, I told him if can you hold my parcel because I'm not in house, See you on Monday. Yesterday November 11, 2019 LBC express texted me again that I have parcel to receive today this guy i texted him right away that I'm already in Cebu but any one if my messages on him he didn't answer or replied. That's not right because why he send back my parcel to the sender without knowing me. He should communicate me because I have a parcel and thats very important I order it online my vitamins. LBC Express service

always have deliveries in cod. supplier choose your currier because of honesty issue in other currier. yet as customer im disppointed that your company always put a status on my two consecutive cod deliveries a request to postpone the delivery yet i never adviced for any postponement. all my cod deliveries cost not onlu hundred pesos but more than 900 to 6000 pesos... and my supplier my think negatively and may affect my future cod orders.

hope that you make action regarding this.

Hi. Ask ko lang I was tracking my delivery and the status said "shipment issue, please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels"

LBC Express the tracking says my item was available for pick up however they say my item was delivered to a different branch henceforth I have to wait again

The seller says they send the item by Nov. 10 and it says on the receipt that it is available for pick up Nov. 11 whereas I have to go by Nov.12 to pick it up but the agent says that the item was delivered to a different branch instead here in Paniqui. Is this a joke? The seller clearly says that the package need to be delivered why is it on earth that it is delivered to a different branch

Hope na mapansin nyo to my brother was expect the delivery for october but until now wala pa din. Ganito ba talaga? Nagagalit na sya kasi importante yung parcel na pinadala ko. Document yun eh. Nag aantay ako ng tawag kasi number ko nailagay dun nakalimutan ko kasi yung cp ko that time. So i was expecting na maidi-deliver yung pinadala ko sa kapatid ko. Tumawag uli sya sakin nagagalit na.

LBC Express shipment issue

Yesterday as I was expecting for the delivery of the product I ordered since it has already arrived at davao team. Upon checking the tracking number, I found out that there was a shipment issue, and I was told to contact your customer care service.. Hi LBC! Bakit po unknown recipient ang nakalagay sa transaction status ko? Last time na nag padeliver ako, may nakapag deliver naman ng item ko dito. Pwede bang ipick up ko nalang sa pinaka malapit na branch dito? Or paki deliver nalang ulit. I hope na mapansin tong complain ko. Thank You.

LBC Express payment services

The payment service of LBC express in Gaisano GM, Mactan, Cebu received my payment amounting to 600 pesos but failed to remit to sun cellular company.

I tried to ask sun cellular office and customer service and they can not see in their system that the lbc remitted my payment last October 31 and it is more than 10 days already. They suggested me to complain to lbc. My account details and phone number is correct except the initial of my name which should be D. and not O. in the receipt.

I tried to ask assistance from other lbc office because I can not go back to Cebu because I only visited that place. I have an lbc receipt as a proof of my payment through Leige Bonajos, customer associate of lbc with AR# PUNO3FU301567008149.

LBC Express shipment issue

So I was waiting for my parcel to arrived and on November 9, 2019 it says "Ready for delivery' but after a few hours, the status became "Shipment Issue". I just wanted to know what it means and if the parcel would be shipped back to my address.

LBC Express service

hi Management Team,

This is Lyn, I want to report to you the teller that was assigned in one of your branch in Almeda Pateros . This is because I was there last night with my daughter to claim the money from Palawan. Theres 4 people inside your store and its still open. Theres a sign that its still open it was about 5:45 in the afternoon. When I entered your store the teller told me that its cut off already. Fine.. We went outside and in just a few seconds I saw 2 people coming in to your store and when they spoke to that teller the teller gave a form to them . I tried to confront the teller why she told us that its cut off time when she gave the form to the people who comes in after us. People who work there are not nice and one thing even before I am seeing them that they are using personal mobile number to chit chat to someone while working hours knowing that they knew theres a lot of people waiting. Please if you can remove that girl and send her to other locations away. Shes not doing her job. Please investigate, you can check cause you know for sure that you have cctv installed. LBC Express the girl who have attitude to me as customer

Good morning. Literally not good! I was appointed to deliver a kit today but suddenly your employee get attitude on me. Una sabi nya sakin na need iplastic ware yung papadala ko kasi rejuv set sya then ask ko sya kung san kaya nakakabili non and then sabi "hindi ko alam" (like she is not interested to her costumer) considerable sana kung madami costumer don but ako lang yung nandon. Then okay na nag ask ako sa supplier ko ng product ko ganon ba talaga sa lbc? Then she answered me *our convo in the picture*. Then bumalik ako sa lbc to ask na pede naman daw po pala na lagay sa box un kasi nakabox na yung product then yung liquid nya is nakabalot sa plastic kasi sa friend ko po ganon then she laughed like akala nya nakikipagbiruan ako sa kanya then she said na "talaga ba?". Well kung un talaga standard wala akong maggawa pero sana kumuha kayo ng employee nyo na magaling makipag usap sa costumer nya hindi kagaya nyang walang manners. So dissapointed!
