I haven't had this much trouble in 4 year with lazada
Is there a corporate office i could contact? Believe me i have never had this much trouble from Lazada in the last 4 years! I ONLY ordered 2 wireless kaypads! I did get each one that i ordered. First one didn't work right plus it couldn't be charged. I got the next one that was the same way and none of the button worked on it... It has been 15 days since I have placed an order at Xiaomi Official Store Global and the last update was on December 1, 2023 stating that the package is on its way to the sortation center. I tried making a follow up at the store but since it already arrived at the destination country, they say it lies on Lazada to make an update regarding the matter.
I also made a follow up at the local courier, NinjaVan, and they informed me that there it has not been handed over to them yet.

Seller cancelled order without unjustified reason
My order was shipped a week ago and suddenly I have been notified today for cancellation with reason of wrong shipping address. My address is accurate and normally I am getting all Lazada orders on same address. How come Lazada cancelled my order without unjustified reasons. Please help me to investigate this matter. Good day! This is Rose.I am one of your loyal customer in Cebu City Philippines. I would like to report LEX courier logistic hub located in Talisay Cebu, Philippines. LEX courier in this area frequently failed to deliver on time it takes 3 to 4 days before you will received your item. Drivers tagged you due to time limitation or the customer asked to reschedule where in fact they never contacted the customer its just an alibi. Every time I ordered on Lazada mostly delayed.It's frustrating coz customer time is money also. We also work. We don't have time to wait for another 3 days to get our parcel. Please addressed this issue in behalf of all the customers in this region.Thank you.
Desired outcome: I suggest that they LEX courier in Talisay can pick up their parcel early not noon so that they don't ran out of time to deliver the parcel. Let their drivers to go beyond if they need to extend working hours just to deliver on time.

Customer Service. Poor Resolution
i've purchased an item where the seller listed on Lazada platform & gave 2 options -> Assembly & Whole assembly & Whole assembly costs more because items are supposedly to be already fixed.
When the item arrived, it came totally unassembled & as a buyer, i returned it in its original packaging without opening it. Filed for a return/refund and have contacted Lazada customer service 5 times and each time, they indicated they know, they documented it down but nothing has been resolved till date.
Seller mistake to list it wrongly on Lazada platform & Lazada know is expecting the buyer to accept the item when its the seller's fault .
Desired outcome: Please refund or give a proper resolution instead of forcing the buyer to accept the mistake
Not able to locate the shipping item
Hi lazada,
Pertaining my item Order number [protected] which delay on delivery for 1 week after received by shipping agent.
I have talked to Lazada service center to get the courier agent contact number but she said not able to provide. Then i contact another service center, she gave me the courier number but the number is not contactable, no pick up by the agent.
After few round of checking, then Lazada service asked me to wait for another 1-2 days but not able to tell where is the item.
I asked to refund or update where is the item which updated as OTW but already 2 days not received.
The courier agent Posstore is not responding and not deliver and failed to update the status of the item.
After 3 days dued without any info, Lazada asked me to wait and extend the delivery date till 7Aug which is another 1 week.
This is not acceptable, I can't get my refudn and at same time dont receive my order. At same time, not able to locate my item with courier.
Why lazada want to hold my payment and do i need to wait for something which not sure where it is.

I found this seller named World Infotek in lazada while searching iptv service.
Later on, bought this service in a hurry and found buffering issues. I got in touch with the seller via line and was abused by them instead. On top of all this, they disabled my account without giving me any refund
I reported the matter to lazada and it seems they have hidden it for obvious reasons.
Please never buy from this seller and help to boycott such sellers
Pharmaton capsules
June 29 I saw the webpage of the shop DXGF5 selling Pharmaton capsules. The product description never mentioned the number of capsules. Loohing at the picture showing 100 capsules. I took it as face value and ordered the iten for the price of ₱2,104.00. I know for sure other sellers on the platform with clear indication on their webpage selling 30 capsules for ₱1,000.00. WLazada is siding with this dishonest seller. Why would I choose to pay double the price for an item I can buy at half the price.
Lazada must think I am being unjust. But I have been a longtime loyal customer buying over 450 items on the Lazada platform. Their money back guarantee is not true,

I have never had much luck ordering from them, and Iwill never try again. They sent an order to me that I had cancelled, I did not know what it was and went ahead and paid for it.,nowI am stuck , or I can take refund to their wallet, and take a chance on ordering more junk. Counterfeit product
Around April 20th I purchased a "Kingston" Solid State Drive on the Lazada Thailand website for 1,000 baht. The Kingston official software would not recognize the drive and Kingston Customer Support determined it was counterfeit. I notified Lazada Thailand to attempt to return the drive and they stated it was not returnable as it was COUNTERFEIT. They sold it but refuse to accept responsibility and I am out 1,000 baht.

Around 1.15 pm, when I checked in panasonic website, found that there was no such product. I asked seller why he then mentioned "Panasonic Style". later I cancelled my purchase as I dont want to buy Counterfeit products but the seller declines. (Pic-5-8). The identity of seller is as following:

It is very pathetic that LAZADA is being used to sell fake, counterfeit products. It becomes the tools for the scammers and cheaters.

I bought a hanging kitchen cabinet which was delivered on March 9, 2023, 10:36AM. As soon as it was delivered, we had it unboxed and found the cabinet panels damaged (1 panel with chipped off corner and another panel with a long crack). At exactly, 10:47AM (11 minutes after), I chatted with the Seller to inform him about the damage with supporting photos and that, I will file a request for return and refund. In the same chat conversation, I advised him that while waiting for the processing of the return and refund, I will make another purchase of the same item. Immediately also, I filed for a request for return and refund in the Lazada app.
For several days, I waited for the Seller to respond to my request. The initial status was showing that if by March 11, no response is received from Seller, my refund will automatically be processed and so, I waited and monitored the status from time to time. When the status showed - Return to Seller, upon clicking on it several times for several days, no option for return was made available until after March 11, nothing favorable came out of my request. I was expecting the refund to happen but nothing. Then to my surprise on March 15, the system has closed the return request already.
The unavailability of a return option (usually it’s a choice between pick-up or self-drop off) was obviously initiated by the Seller in BAD FAITH. As the BUYER, while I have immediately filed for a return and refund, I was being duped by your Seller to accept a compensation of PhP120.00 and suggesting that I repair the item. This is very insulting and undeserving of a customer/buyer who has paid for PhP1,147.15. I have an unboxing video and photos showing the damages on the item. Despite several chat follow ups, Seller remained unrelenting and renegotiated for PhP200.00 (this is insult for the second time!).
I reported my ordeal thru your customer chat facility and it added up to my frustration that your rep, Juvill D. missed the point why I had to escalate my concern. Such poor handling! She/He further fueled my anger and frustration! She/He has denied me of the justice I deserve after being victimized by one of your bad Sellers as a loyal Platinum customer.
Desired outcome: 1) Refund 1,147.15.2) Banning/Suspension of Seller - Fupo Mall for acting in bad faith3) Coaching of your rep, Juvill D.
