Parking violation ticket to 9011268 issued today May 5, 2022 at City Center, Houston at 11:42 AM.

I paid for parking for one hour at a cost of $5.70 at 11:34 AM via text. The ticket number for the parking is CC7003366. I came back at around 12 noon to the car and found a parking violation ticket for $25 on my window. I saw the parking attendant walking around so I went up to him and showed him the proof of my payment. He said OK, but you have to call them, and they will fix it. I have been looking for how to do this but can find no phone number anywhere and it is very difficult to get in contact with you. I can show proof of both parking, the time I paid for, when it started and also the text you sent out to remind me I had 15 minutes left which was sent to me at 12:11 PM, that is 29 minutes after the parking violation ticket was issued. Please fix this right away, I paid for parking and it was in effect when the parking violation was issued.

Desired outcome: Cancellation of parking violation ticket [protected].

LAZ Parking Springhill Suites Atlanta Downtown

I have a strong belief that Springhill Suites Marriott parking attendant (Ashley) sabotaged my vehicle (black G37 Infiniti) on or about 17 December, 2021 during my stay at Springhill Suites in Atlanta Downtown located at 239 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd, Atlanta GA 30313 (PH: [protected]); therefore, I'm requesting that Marriott conduct an investigation and pay for all damages to my vehicle. On 17 December, 2021, me and my friend (Roy Young) arrived at Springhill Suites Marriott about 1930 hours and was greeted by a Springhill Suites parking attendant that stated her/his name was Ashley (African-American). At the very beginning Ashley was very unprofessional and rude when I asked a basic question reference the hotel parking. Because of his/her behavior, we refused not to tip her/him and reported the incident to a female desk clerk upon our check-in. Also, at the time of check-in, the Marriott representative witnessed Ashley aggressively and recklessly driving a customer's vehicle while parking the vehicle in the parking garage. I communicated the greeting and unprofessional behavior my friend and I received from the parking attendant and she stated she would have a conversation with her/him reference the matter. Again, she stated she would speak to Ashley about what she witnessed and our reported disrespect. I'm asking that Marriott and LAZ parking management review all cameras in the garage during the hours the representative Ashley was working between 17-18 December, 2021 to see if foul play exists to my vehicle performed by Ashley or another parking attendant. Ashley's services should be terminated immediately because she is a liability to Marriott, LAZ Parking, Indigo Group S.A. and their customers.
On 18 December, 2021 upon me picking up my vehicle, we both noticed my vehicle drove very strange; however, we could not determine what the exact problem was. My vehicle appeared to stall when driving and the check engine light started flashing repeatedly. This had never happened to me in the 6 years that I have owned the vehicle. I immediately called Springhill Marriott and spoke to a representative by the name of Anthony. I communicated my suspension to Anthony and he stated he would log the issue, report the incident to the hotel management and to Ashley's company. He then gave me the phone number [protected]) to Ashley's company (LAZ Parking) and stated the company was a subcontractor of Springhill Suites Marriott. I immediately called the number that he provided and Ashley answered the phone. I then requested to speak to a manager, and he/she responded they were the manager. I then asked to speak to someone above her and she asked my name. After I provided my name, she then hung up the phone in face and blocked my number. I tried several times to call but the phone went directly to voicemail box that had not been setup. At this time, I was very frustrated and started looking for additional phone numbers for LAZ parking. All of the numbers I found on the internet for LAZ parking went to a voicemail but there was no way to speak directly to a representative of the company.
I immediately suspected that Ashley had did something to my vehicle because she/he was the last person to operate and had access to my vehicle upon our check-in. He/She got very upset when I told her/him that I would report her/him to the hotel manager and she/he replied she/he "didn't give a [censored]!" and aggressively walked off. This was totally disrespectful and uncalled for behavior.
I have been a customer with Marriott for many years as my 27-year active duty military records will show. I have never experienced disrespect of this level from a representative of Marriott ever. Ashley's behavior should be addressed and she and her company should be held accountable for any and all damages, charges and inconveniences inflicted on me and my vehicle. I plan to take my vehicle to a replicable dealer at my earliest convenience to see what the problem is. My vehicle had NO mechanical issues upon me checking-in my vehicle to Springhill Suites and turning over my car to the parking attendant, Ashley. I have maintained great maintenance of my vehicle and serviced by the Infiniti dealership in Columbia, SC. There were no issues with my vehicle during the 5.5-hour drive from Columbia, South Carolina to Atlanta, Georgia. I ask that Marriott and LAZ parking management review all cameras in the garage during the hours the representative Ashley was working between 17-18 December, 2021 to confirm foul play exists to my vehicle performed by Ashley. Lastly, Ashley's services should be terminated immediately because she is a liability to Marriott, LAZ Parking, Indigo Group S.A. (Ph: [protected]) and their customers.

I was given a ticket on Sunday laz parking enforcement was parked in front of me meters are off on Sundays he was very rude can't explain why I was recieve a ticket got on his car looked laughed and drove away very rude enforcement .. you guys have a lot of young rude disrespectful parking enforcement just looking for a pay check they can't even explain the reason why to a situation

LAZ Parking Damage to our rental car while in their care

Mr. Alex DiBenedetto - your company is deceitful, untruthful & clearly covers for each other when an incident occurs. Your manager Zach Austin knew about this incident the morning of 5/15/21 "before we left" the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Zach has ignored this claim, has lied about this incident and has avoided conversation with Rhonda the adjuster who attempted to reach out to him repeatedly. Brian your valet employee did in fact touch base with us last night (10/8/21) about his part in this incident and he DID inform us that he told his boss (Zach Austin) about the incident that morning on 5/15/21 and that Zach knew the incident occurred "prior to us leaving the hotel". You need to get your facts straight before replying back to my BBB complaint. Clearly you were not well informed by Zach Austin because he is a liar and very unprofessional or you're both covering up the fact that our rental was damaged while in your care. You & your employee Zach Austin should both be terminated ASAP for covering up this accident while in your companies care since Zach did know about it this whole time. Yes - Zach knew "before we ever left the hotel" the morning of May 15/2021. Again, your company is very sketchy & nothing to be proud of.

LAZ Parking Binghamton laz parking garage water street

The Binghamton New York Water Street parking garage is about to fall down. This structure is rusted, cracking and there is steel sticking out of the beams. How is this structure still allowed to operate? Is there anybody that inspects it? There is significant cracking in all levels of the structure.

I do not understand how it's allowed to operate. It's suppose to be torn down but Binghamton bureaucrats have done nothing so far and it's continuing to operate on a daily basis. I have pictures. i am appealing for somebody to contact me. I am concerned for the safety of citizens in this area

LAZ Parking Damage to transmission of new 2019 VW Autobahn

LAZ Parking ruined the transmission in my new 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI Autobahn!

We had driven in rain from Virginia to Hartford for a hockey weekend trip with only 1, 042 miles on my new car. Upon arrival at The Goodwin Hotel, LAZ Parking offered to park my new car for me. They assured me that they were confident about driving a manual transmission. On Sunday, we asked for the car to be brought up so we could sightsee a museum. The driver's side window was down. Odd! Then we smelled the odor! They had burnt out the transmission of my new Jetta!

I filed a complaint with LAZ Parking. Their cursory investigation (asked an employee if they did it) was that they were not at fault, when in reality Gene Langdon VW of Galstonbury, CT and Karen Radley VW of Woodbridge, VA both suggested the transmission was burnt at the hands of someone who did not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

LAZ Parking has not admitted any responsibility in this matter to date

LAZ Parking Parking reservation

I have a reserved parking space in nychaparking in which I was told it couldn't be renewed due to construction. The construction is done and laz keeps pointing the finger at nucha and nycha said that they do not have any say so. I keep getting the run around and I need to contact the headquarters. All of the workers are unprofessional.

LAZ Parking Parking

Today Colleen of LAZ Parking threatened my 92-year-old disabled mother, who has a disabled placard, telling her to "move quicker or I will ticket you right now, next time I will tow you". This was in a 1-hour space at Vons of Coronado that we had occupied for forty minutes. Colleen took a photo of our license plate AND of our VIN on her private phone. Why? She also scared and intimidated my mother by telling her that since Vons is a "private lot", she (Colleen) can set the price of the ticket any number she wants-- Quote: "I can make it 100, 200, it is my discretion".
When I intervened she told me to "Stay the f--- back".
There was no cause for any of this. Its just harassment.
I went in to Vons to report this, and the manager Robert told us that he gets complaints Colleen every day but can do nothing because it is not Vons that hired LAZ, but the building owner.
Why is LAZ recording VIN on privately owned, unsecured, unencrypted iPhones? For what purpose?
Why threaten the elderly?
Why does LAZ ignore repeated complaints about an employee?
I regret not contacting the police-- My mother was traumatized so I had to take her own. If I have another run-in with Colleen I will tape it on my phone and will call the police. Private parking lots do have some latitude but nothing remotely like Colleen described. Furthermore she should not be dealing with the general public.

I'm a monthly parker and parking is paid every month. I was out of the office for several weeks and during that time they changed systems that require a different pass to get in and out. I went to the garage today and no one there to exchange passes. Called the operator, she took all my information, and then turned rude (super passive aggressive) stating that I would have to pay the daily, and if I didn't have my pass I would have to pay the max. After a lengthy exchange she said I would have to pay. I told her that I don't have any money (left my card at home) and she did not care. You will have to secure payment before leaving. She has my name, my pass number, but she would not let me out. I even asked for her to call security and she wouln't. Then pretty much hung up on me. So I had to back my car up hitting a curb. Luckily I had my company card which I wasn't sure if I should use. Just crazy bad, not putting a "known" customer first.

LAZ Parking Wheels stolen

While on work travel, I received a call from a reporter to inform me that my vehicle had been vandalized, while parked at the Braintree Logan Express parking lot. I parked my car at this location on 10/28/2019 at 6:31am, and returned this afternoon at around 1pm. Massport should have had safety security measures in place, to protect people and their property, while utilizing this parking service. Additionally, Massport should be responsible for the damage incurred.

LAZ Parking Parking ticket

I was parked in a garage and I needed a handicap parking spot I'm a paraplegic there were none I parked beside another vehicle who was in a handicap spot about 20 mins later I heard a noise on my windshield and this guy had left a parking ticket because it appeared I had parked in a reserved parking spot I received no warning no knock on my window to give me a chance to move. Now I have a parking violation for 30.00 for parking in a garage I legally paid to park in. I don't think this is fair or right what can I do I am not going to pay the ticket as it is not my fault the don't have enough handicap parking spots. I want this reversed. Please see enclosed parking pay stub and the so called parking ticket . This company is a [censored]ing joke. Paid $15 to park for a concert to come out to a $30 fine on my windshield. Tried to appeal it and it was denied.

This company has a parking lot near a stadium but only allows you to do 1 hour at a time. The day I went it stated that the parking deck I was using had 2 for 1 hour. I paid $2.35 for the 2 hours for the price of 1. However, when I came out less than 2 hours later, they gave me a $30 ticket. $30 for a $2.35 parking spot! What a scam! When I appealed it, they stated that I should have taken a picture for proof of the special. Who would take a screenshot of that? You expect for a company to be trustworthy and stand up. This company is not. Do you offer a 2 for 1 deal or not! They never addressed it. If you see LAZ Parking sign, go to another place unless you wanted to be scammed out of $30.

LAZ Parking Monthly parking service

On Sep 2, 2019, I paid the monthly fee with my credit card manually. But on the same day, LAZ automatically paid the fee with my credit card. So I paid twice the amount for September, which is a total of $500.

I called the client service to ask the money back. I did't agree to allocate the money to next month(October) because I will sell my car this month and I don't need the parking anymore.
The staff said they need my card information to return my money and it requires time. So I added my card information on my account and waited for a week.

However, today I found that they allocated my payment to October as a prepayment without my permission. They didn't even tell me. I called twice again, no one response.

I just want my MONEY BACK! I can pay that again in October if I still need a parking. But for September, they are not supposed to receive my payment twice!

LAZ Parking Overcharged

Hello,

I got in the parking today and the machine didnt even give me a ticket. I told the personal whos on duty and he said no worries. I thought he will charge me for the 20 minutes i was there. Instead he charged my card for losing ticket. I told him i didnt lose it look at the camera i didnt even have a ticket. He stepped away and was rude to me. He kept saying im not the machine. I told him why you are upset and rude he said go away and left me .i told man im trying to explain what happen he said do what you want to do and refused to listen or look into the cameras.im really upset with my experience and i will dispute the charge on my creditcard. Please look into this matyer because he was very rude and i really appreciate if you can reverse my transaction and look into cameras i didnt get a ticket

LAZ Parking My car was crashed by one of the lazy employees

I live in 45 Main Street where my car is parked by Laz employees. This Friday I received a call that an incident had occurred with my car. I came downstairs to find out that my new Mercedes Benz had been crashed by one of the Laz employees. It's Monday now and I've been attempting to reach out to the manager but have not received any response. I need my car fixed as soon as possible by Laz, as they are Liable.

LAZ Parking Concert and event parking

Two different complaints here:
One- I am a big fan of Hartford athletic games. Every time I park there are a bunch of absent minded teenage looking kids directing cars where to park. Often times you're left confused on where to go or what is happening. Also, my main concern is that at night, they do not wear reflective vests making it extremely hard to see them and VERY UNSAFE! Plus at night they don't help guide or direct traffic. They just stand on the side in the dark leaving a bunch of cars to try and get out on their own as best as they can. Which would be fine if we didn't have to pay for parking. It's ridiculous to have to pay when no one does anything! If these kids had their act together it would be more worth it.
My second complaint comes from parking at the 311 concert. There were some young kid in the uniform sitting on her phone and vaping near the entrance to the lot who never once looked up. When entering the lot, there wasn't anyone telling us which direction to turn or which lane to go in, so I just drove towards where I saw two young guys in the blue polos. They were trying their best to direct the cars in terms of pulling up, however when I said that I wanted to use the tailgate they told me to pull around the car next to me once it parked... I figured this meant swing around to create a new lane next to that car. Then when the car behind me went to pull through the guy told him not to and then the two guys proceeded to move down the row and as I went to make the new row was told I'm supposed to just turn around in the spot I was in. Please note there are a dozen drunk and stoned party goers sitting at the back of their cars and trying to make the angles to turn a truck around in a situation like that is quite frankly idiotic. Plus did not offer any guidance in helping watch for people or make sure I stay in line. Luckily the car next to me pulled forward so I could get the angle to pull my truck back in. Otherwise I would have had to just leave. I really think your employees need better safety training as well as general training on how to effectively help park and fill the lot.

LAZ Parking Laz employee/ parking website

I recently parked at your parking lot on 22nd and Indiana, reserved my parking at ppprk.com which is the site listed on the poster for payment. Upon time to depart I did not know how to pull up my payment as it was my first time using. I pressed the help button to get a representative that told me ppprk.com is not your site and I paid at the wrong site when it's the one posted on your poster with zone 1295. She was very dismissive and rude and made me pay again, please advise, I have pictures of the signage directing me to pay at ppprk.com. Please help

LAZ Parking Incorrect parking violation #[protected]

On 5/7 at 9:24PM I was issued a Parking Violation notice/fine at Zone [protected] 4th Avenue) for the stated reason of "Failure to pay posted rate". However, the fee was paid via the parking app Passport Parking which I have successfully used many times. I have submitted proof and tried to reach them by phone to confirm: 1) They received my appeal and have agreed this violation notice was unwarranted. 2) A clear explanation of why this happened. 3) A request for a refund for the parking fee paid to compensate me for the time I am spending to resolve this issue. I have been unable to reach anyone at LAZ and have received no return phone call.

LAZ Parking Tower of life building in san antonio tx

One of your employees who was unable to drive standard was allowed to wreck my vehicle. She drove my car over the curb and I to the wall. My wife had to drive if off the curb. Bric claimed he would handle it. Deborah claimed she was handling it. A month later it is not handled. Deborah had already broken 1 written agreement and Bric is incapable of talking to the office. Would love my money. Had to fix it on own as you cannot pay in a reasonable time. After 4 warning tomorrow I will have no choice but to call your agent of record and report these actions. If anyone has the respect courtesy or decency I would much prefer a call to settle. Feel free [protected]. Eric Snyder

LAZ Parking Parking

Not happy with this service. I've been doubled charge. I paid online received my parking pass. Followed instructions got a ticket at the gate. Im leaving before my time is up. The instructions says to have ticket validated by attendant before. So I could exit for free. There is no attendant in the office. I now have to pay full price at kiosk so I can exit. Really feel like your online pay is a scam. I'm not from here in Baltimore I'm visiting. I use online pay for parking in other cities I've visited and never had a problem.

LAZ Parking Parking/hyde park/ target parking lot

Hello, My name is Erica Betts. I work at Hyde Park Animal Clinic. We received 5 parking passes that we switch out depending on who is working here that day. However, I have recently experienced problems using my pass. One day the scanner would not allow me to scan to exit and the gate was already up. I left without continuing to try to scan as people were waiting behind me. The next day I could not get in and received assistance where I would be buzzed in and out without scanning. It seems that the pass number I have (23139) was never registered under Megan Henley and was under a different person who deactivated their pass to get a new one. During the process of being buzzed in and out I gave the attendants the information to reach out to my Manager to further settle the issue as it was out of my hands, no one ever reached out to my manager until recently in an email. My manager contacted me stating she will have to figure out who has taken or has been using my pass. My overall complaint stems from my service today; The attendant this morning was rude and the only concern seemed to be for payment in which that was never my concern. I let the attendant know that I have no problem paying and that my manager would take care of payment, regardless the attendants tone was rude and demeaning and she would not give me the office number I requested until I asked again a third time. I've actually asked for an office number multiple occasions but other attendants have been reluctant to give me that information so I did not receive it until today otherwise this issue may have been resolved sooner. Furthermore my manager asked me to call and ask if payment could be taken over the phone in which I did and was instructed to call back and ask for Devon. Unfortunately I never spoke with Devon when I called back, I wish I remembered the man I did speak with when I called back. The only question I had was regarding paying over the phone with a card number but it took me forever to get to that question because the man I spoke with today obviously was very upset with the situation. He would not allow me to speak or clarify anything and I had to beg him to listen to me, also very rude. I felt that you should be aware that I felt very belittled and spoken down to. I have not had such an issue and have been using this parking lot for over a month. The only concern they seem to have is payment for the parking space in which I kept reassuring that payment would not be a problem, I just feel that the situation could have been handled so much better and being part of the customer service industry as long as I have, some things are intolerable. Both the woman from this morning and the supervisor I spoke with today need a refresher on customer service skills for future clientele that may run into issues using your services. Thank you for your time.
