I am still waiting for a refund of £81.90 on two Blv Bulgari 40ml Perfume which I bought on 15.12.2015, order number is #[protected]. The perfumes never arrived and I did email about them not arriving to lavish choice, they said they would refund me. No sign of refund so I emailed again and they promised a refund. The emails I am sending now are not being replied to. It is a lot of money I have spent on these perfumes and am very unhappy about this service! I would like to know what is going on.

I am not normally in the habit of writing reviews, let alone long ones (as with the rare negative shopping experience I normally shrug and move on, putting it down to the occasional ups and downs of shopping online). However I feel strongly compelled to go to the effort of doing so for Lavishchoice, in order to warn other potential online customers looking for a good discount of the shocking service I have received. One of the worst in my past 12 years shopping online.
I placed an order for 2 fragrances at the end of 2014. It is almost mid February now. Their policy is "We quote delivery times of 10-20 working days". After 2 weeks I contacted them and they emailed back saying "We apologise for the delay. We have been waiting for fresh stock which is expected within the next few days." (There was also suspiciously no name given in the email correspondence)
The "next few days" part WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. I have waited over 6 WEEKS only to find that my item has not even been posted. I promptly asked for a refund and received it.
Only following my negative experience did I bother to do some research online, only to discover that Lavishchoice have had negative reviews throughout the internet, in addition to au.trustpilot there is basenotes.net, beautyheaven.com.au, complaintsboard.com, and they have a measly 5% TrustScore on scamadviser.com.
I have no doubt a Lavishchoice representative will respond to this, they will claim something along the lines of there being less than 20 complains over a 2 year period and that this constitutes

Well looks like I didn't do my homework particularly well when ordering from Lavish Choice. I purchased two bottles of perfume for a friend who is dying from Terminal Cancer. A simple pleasure she wanted.
After waiting the 20days for delivery I started emailing the company who reassured me that my order would be sent and please accept our sincere apologies.
Along with everyone else I trusted the correspondence that the items were still coming and the apologies seemed sincere...WRONG! How do people sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off and not to mention the heartache they cause. So from my experience I would NOT purchase anything from Lavish Choice and would recommend others do the same. I just wish I had done a little more reading online, which I have done since and am amazes they are still running with the amount of people who have had money stolen! I have notified Paypal of their dishonest ways and they will be attending to their account to stop future payments going to the thieves.
Ordered bottle of Fendi Theorema which shows on their website, surprise surprise no perfume, no refund, emailed several times to request this money back. Am unemployed and disabled so can't afford to loose out. Wish I'd realised they were just fraudsters. Take this, as a waning do not order from these criminals.
I ordered Lissea Smoothing Shampoo (For Unruly Hair) - Rene Furterer - 1000ml/33.81oz from Lavish Choice on 24 November 2015 and never receive the product. After a couple of follow-up emails to no avail, I agreed to cancel the order and they promised to refund on 15 Feb and I haven't received any. They aren't even answering my email that I sent yesterday. This company is so disappointing!
The guys are a complete scam. They write their little "positive"reviews to try and muddy the waters ... but are a COMPLETE COMPLETE COMPLETE Scam. If you use them, you will soon find out that all they do is play the waiting game, waiting till it's past the refund time and then you'll be poorer as you've literally just DONATED your cash to a scam company. There is no company ... it's one guy who is a complete scammer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, and if you read the unbelievable "positive" reviews and believe them - you're a full blown fool.
Also ... if these guys were actually trustworthy ... why would there be a million bad reviews for them (and I know, I know, the company will write another review saying that only 0.03% of customers write bad reviews ... but again, you're a fool if you believe them). You've been warned. PLUS the company seems to have been de-registered in Australia, yet continue to trade. This guy will be locked up soon enough.
Sounds familiar. I ordered and paid for perfume on 17th July 2015, anticipating that it would arrive within the 20 days specified on their website. On 10th August, not having heard anything further from and not having received the perfume, I sent them an e-mail asking them URGENTLY to let me know when/if I could expect the perfume to arrive. Yesterday, having received no response, I registered a PayPal dispute. Almost immediately I received an e-mail from them, replying to my e-mail from 2 days earlier, stating that they were awaiting fresh supplies which were expected within a few days, and my order would then be despatched by airmail. They apologised for the delay and asked me to let them know if I wanted to cancel the order so they could process a refund. Then, within 6 hours, instead of responding to my PayPal dispute, they simply refunded, effectively terminating any further exchange. While I cannot say they are scammers (I did get a full refund) their communications and customer service leaves a LOT to be desired!
Fully agree. I too ordered a perfume over two months ago, still have received nothing. One email stated 'sorry, on its way', that was a month ago. Further emails were not answered. No refund was provided. DO NOT USE these people scam you!
As we notified 3 days ago "We will certainly cancel and refund for you and send formal confirmation when done. We again apologise for the disappointment.".
As you may judge from our correspondence, we have continued to try to obtain your order and have offered you the opportunity to cancel for a full refund at any point.
The comment that we are in the habit of ripping people off is unsubstantiated. Our continuing monitoring has located 10 complaints over a two year period when we received 10, 000 orders.
If you wish to persist with your accusations, kindly provide some evidence in place of the invective. Also we do counsel a clear compliance with Data Protection regulations if you do indeed intend to use police connections to 'track you down'.
