Hell I'd like to file a complaint about lambert and butler original silver I've smoked this Brad for over 20 years and about 200 a week the last month the cigarettes have been unsmokeable thay burn down strait away and almost every time I'm lucky to get 2 puffs out of a cigarette your brand falls in at over ten pound a pack this realy is not acceptable

I bought a multi pack of cigarettes and one of the packs were completely wet through the whole pack were brown and ruined it appears that the cigarettes had been soaked in the pack before they had been sold and were completely unsmokable

Iam writing this email of complaint as iam extremely disappointed in the last few packets of cigarettes, they have been full of large branch-like sticks and burning down extremely quickly. I have been a loyal customer to Lambert and butler for 15 years and smoke 20+ a day so I do spend alot of money so to feel like iam not enjoying my cigarettes as i always do is extremely upsetting. I hope you take this complaint seriously and I would like you to respond to me as soon as possible.

lately in a few different pks of l &b silver I'm finding a few cigarettes I light up u can't get a draw off.. weather it be that there made too tight or a problem with ur tobacco but it's rather irritating when I'm being charged nearly £11 a pack, yesterday over half a pk of 20 had this issue, it's definitely an issue u need too look into cause if it continues I'll be buying a different brand I'm not going too waste money on tabs that u can't smoke Thanks ...miss l hannard. I purchased a 30g of Lambert and butler Tobacco and as i was halfway through my pouch of tobacco I came across a false nail in as it has dried nail glue on so a used false nail so and obviously has germs on it I had smoked most of it and noticed at the bottom of the pouch I am disgusted by what I have found as I have been smoking Lambert and butler Tobacco for a few a while now and I have never seen anything like it my anxiety is going nuts as nails have germs and I will not hesitate to take this further if something isnt done about it

I brought these from the shop in Nottingham opened them to find they are filled with carlton cigarettes. I paid for l n b not Charlton. It's wrong how can you put the wrong [censored]s in the wrong packet. Niw I've lost out on 10quid nearly because I cant smoke these. A big company like l n b and you cant even pack [censored]s right. I bought a packet of cigarettes and I found a few of my cigarettes that haven't been wrapped very well

I bought 2 packets from the same shop they ain't all like that just a couple from each packet. We pay a lot of money for this habit and iv never came across this problem before but after switching cigarettes from crushballs iv had to switch cigarettes so first time of buying this brand

I bought a packet yesterday at the McColl's shop in four acres Bristol and when I got home I took one out and realised that they have been made with not enough tobacco inside as the day went on I realised that every cigarette was the same I think it's a joke that they cost so much now a days and they have been made like this would appreciate a refund or something thanks

I brought a pack of l&b blue Super Kings and I have never found this, it's my last cigarette, I find I can't smoke due to this:(picture)

I'm not happy, im considering changing brands, these are ment to be quality controlled products, how could it come off the factory floor? The box is undamaged and its the only one like it in box.

Upon opening a cigarette I found a strip of fishing line around 5 cms inside the cigarette. I had already smoked a few from the packet so it's quite possible I had smoked a cigarette with the wire in. I bought a pack of 20 l+b crushball from a petrol station 2 days ago and every cigarette I lit it burnt to half way down on 1 side only, am not sure why it done this(especially to all 20)+ today when I have bought a pack from my local co op the balls are very hard to crush to make the cigarette menthol?

For the past week I have noticed that the holes around the filter are significantly more pronounced than they have been for the past 8 years of smoking this variety ! This means that it is very difficult to get a full draw from the cigarette ! Is this a deliberate change or have I just been buying faulty cigarettes ?!? Attached is a photo of two L&B cigarettes from different packets where it is clear that the holes on the filter are very different sizes ! I have bought a pack today and again the holes are too big !

Today 29/02/20 I noticed that my cigarettes have been extremely light in this packet, I thought it was just a 1 off but on closer inspection I noticed that the filters were not secured properly thus making most of them unsmokeable

Please can someone contact me to resolve this issue. The price of cigarettes is bad enough without having to put them straight in the bin!

I purchase 40 of these cigarettes daily for my husband and myself ( 20 each ) I've been doin this for a long time from local shop or morrisons store when doing weekly shop ... for last couple days about 4/5 cigarettes from each packet burn away to at least half way down each cigarette ... whilst these are our favourite brand they are far too expensive to be losing some out of each packet .. this has not just been a 1 off and I am seriously considering changing brands for us both so that at least we get a full 20 packet and not 15/16 out of each

Good evening I have been purchasing these cigarettes for many years and just lately the little bit that holds the packet which you need to break before opening the packet seems thicker causing the lid of the packet to break resulting in the cigarettes becoming dry. This has happen to me now on several separate occasions. Which I find rather disappointing.

This has been happening a lot lately but I've only just noticed why I wasn't really getting a drag from the cigarette
I no their not fake because I only ever buy my [censored]s from co op or Morrisons

Bought a 50g of l&b the other day and the pouch of tobacco I received had no cigarette papers with it and only weighed 45 grams instead of 50. As a result the tobacco ran out quicker than should have and it was a hassle to get more tobacco sooner than normal. I am very disappointed with this and will most likely not be buying that brand in future unless reconciliation is made in a proper way.

I have bought a packet of. L&b Ice crushball super kings (the only cigarette I will smoke). And about 10 of them have no click in them.. so I'm very upset about this matter. Although Iv had to smoke some of them I still have 1 left over to send back to you if you need proof of this.. please get back to me as this matter isn't very acceptable as I spend £70 a week on your products and for this to happen I'm gutted.. thanks.
