I used it yesterday (14/10/2023) night after cleansing and toning... After the sheet mask I have applied my regular moisturizer. Today morning I woke up with small bumps all over my face.

I am using my toner and moisturizer for more than one year. So only thing I used new is this sheet mask. I had to attend a function today and this spoiled my face Completely. I couldn't go out of my house with this face.

The sheet mask is bought from a store in Chennai.

I bought a block Tip lakme eyeliner 2 weeks back from lulu mall Trivandrum.

The pen is so sharp and I cant even use it.When i use the eyeliner my eye hurts.

Also eyeliner pen is not working sometimes.

Huge disappointment. I always use lakme products and this is the first time am facing an issue like this.i will never buy or recommend lakme to anyone.Really bad experience

I visited Lakme salon of east zone phoenix mall Lower Parel and got a consultation with them for Botox treatment of hair and they advised me to go for global hair color and highlight. I got all d 3 services done. When I came home d hair turned wavy against what they showed me few hours before. I called the salon and they asked me to visit and checked my hsir. At first they said it was okay after gvg me a hair wash n blow dry but within minutes it turned wavy so they did my Botox again in which they faded my hsir color which looks yellowish all over and no sign of highlights. After d first wash at home d hair turned wavy. I hv spent 13000/- and brought products worth 7000/- as suggested by them . In total I hv paid 20000/- approx which is all gone wasted. I request you to look into my matter and get me my refund as the services was not okay. All this was discussed with Manisha working there but now she’s not responding.

I went to lakme salon kolkata DLF 1 today for a haircut and hair colouring session. I had an appointment of 5.30. Once I reached there after consultation they told me they dont have the color I am looking for so I went for eyebrow threading and and once i got done with it, I wanted to do just the hair cut since they did not have the color, I was told to wait for 1hr 30mins, after waiting I sat for the hair cut. I was very specific of what I wanted which was a layer in the front and a U at the back and some volume. The hair stylist ruined my hair to a point that it could not be fixed. There was no technique, no skill whatsover and he jist chopped my hair randomly making it un even and going shorter. Even after explaining again and again he failed to understand and went too short. Now my hair looks like [censored] and for this I paid 875. Neither am i going to get my hair back nor my money back. I wanto file a complaint and need some resolution for this as this is unacceptable. Opening a salon with the brand name and hiring unskilled people as employee and providing poor service in the name of brand is unacceptable. Take this seriously or else i am willing to file a complaint against lakme salon in consumer forum as well. You cannot steal peoples money and ruin their hair at the same time.

I had gone for waxing(hands, legs, underarms) at Lakme Salon, Kota. I had unused Lakme Coins worth Rs 500. The store manager refused to apply my Lakme coins and instead said that the waxing is already on offer and that two offers cannot be combined. After checking the price list of waxing which was INR 1000, I came to know of the fraud. She said that the waxing was for 1500 and that she is already giving me the offer which was not the case.

Hi this complaint for lakme academy Siliguri. It's been 4 months since I passed out but I haven't received my certificate. I had done my exam in month of January and thay was online because of covid, my viva is pending since then because they said the trainer was infected with covid. Seems like the trainer died because it's been 4 months since I'm waiting for it. I called the academy only to be ignored and at first they gave me silly reasons like covid and such but that was months ago. The academy is also a scam because they promise that they will provide everything regarding tools and products. The irony thing is that they taught us to use expired products back from 2018 on our models. We'll I had much more to complain about but I'm just frustrated because of this academy. I was suggest my friends, family and foe to not join the academy as it's a waste of money and time. Thankyou lakme academy siliguri for the frustration and for wasting my parents money.

I went Trends showroom in brokefield shopping mall at coimbatore, and one sales girls given demo with my face for lakme foundation and Lakme argan oil in gel in Lakme brand shop. I satisfied with both product which is applied my face, but she gave me lakme argan oil radiance (oil in creme) which is totally different product which is applied in my face. I can open the product after i paid bill, and Trends shop also telling that custometic items are not exchangeable,. I want Lakme argan oil radiance (oil in gel) or i want my money back (899*2=1598)

This is to inform you that I have gone to Lakme V3S mall East Delhi center and as per expert advise I have been ask to undergo hair straight gloss therapy with an assurance that looks will remain for 7-8 months, but I was shocked to see that after 15 days I was able to make out the difference in my hair. My hair texture became uneven and frizzy. Hair shine started fading out.

I have gone by the Lakme brand and trust but I am highly disappointed by the treatment and expert advise provided to me for making money by Lakme V3S mall East Delhi franchise centre.

We have mentioned the same to the Lady at the reception 3-4 times, are just giving us false hopes.

I would request you to take immediate action and repair to the damage cause to my hairs. Also, request higher management to hire qualified hair experts for the treatment.

Waiting for immediate redressal of the issue.

Hello team,
I am reaching out to you with a serious concern. It's been about 5-6 months completed with my basic to advance makeup artistry course, (lakme academy, jammu) but no notification about my exam. The only statement i get from the owner is "nothing is in my hands", then while taking fees from students, why everything is in her hands? I have paid for my course. Not to sit at home, but to get my certificate so that i can pursue something more than this. Please, tell me when will i have my exam. It's been so long waiting for it.

My name is Shruti choukikar I was the manager in Lakme salon EC 59, Salt Lake, sector 1 kolkata .they hired me by promising to give me a good salary. They did not give me any contract letter and to sign any paper and only told me that if your work is good then 3 months later you will be permanent. But the salon owner (Soma Raichoudhary) was not happy with my work, so after 3 months I decided to leave the job. Now the salon owner is refusing to pay me. She does not want to pay a month's salary. Whatever she does is fraudulent in the salon. The expiration date products and HR Payal Ghosh supporting her on this fraudulent .salon owner providing very unchanged services by the customer, HR is also not taking action against the salon owner. I'm just requesting you, help me in getting my salary, that is going to fraud here. I trust Lakme because this is not a small company I expect the right decisions.

this is pertaining to lakme salon branch situated at vikas nagar kanpur... I had taken a paid service of jhiar colour worth 5000rs... but the whole colour faded within 15days ... it was suppose to be magenta and now it's almost in global shade . on complaining about the poor service the manager started fighting and blamed for nt purchasing their extra products worth 7000 rs. they also denied me to contact any senior authority... on putting pressure finally they allowed but the staff had already told him some wrong story and even he denied to help his name is Mr sumit kumar... he even threatened me that I am free to do whatever I want as all the complaints will b diverted to him only and he will nt help... I m trying to place my complaint from last 24 hour and even customer care is diverting me to this man only and denying me any contact with senior authorities... even my mother went fr threading and she got a bad cut on hr forehead... this branch should not be permitted ... pls help else I will have no option but to take help of govt. authorities

1. I've given advance amount to lakme academy bhopal of rs5000 and due to some personal reason I was unable to join the class. Now they are not ready to give me the refund
They have not given me any details regarding registration
No receipt was given to me and no terms or conditions were told while registering. They insisted to give amount to start online classes and till 2 weeks they didn't start any class. And after that I had some problem and told them I'll not be able to join but they clearly said they will not give the refund even after calling 1000 times they are not ready to refund

I took package for facials on 8/11/2019. which has Validity of one year still valid. On 17 Oct 2020 I called lakme salon Maninagar from which I took package about my remaining service and book appointment but they people are denying that it is not valid. I have receipt with me. Salon has changed its name but owner is same in June they called me and told that all packages will be continued. Please look into matter.

I've been using Lakme natural marble foundation since twenty years but never had any complain until now. Since last year, the quantity of the foundation has been reduced and made to almost half. Whenever I buy a new foundation it seems as if it's already used and quantity is half of the bottle. The price is increasing day by day but the quantity is decreasing. May I know why Lakme is doing such. I've been a regular customer but been very dissatisfied with Lakme over a year. Please look into this matter.

I live in chennai. I took hair color which was ombre and streaks (10 streaks) hair color service from Chennai Omr branch. But after paying 5000 rs, color did not come at all. It's been more than 2 weeks, I am chasing them to color again, they promised to do the color again as a refund/compensate but everytime they give some kind of excuses when I go there - like person not available, color not available, or we dont have time or salon is closed. I m living very far from the salon and its very tough to come again and again in this covid situation and omr chennai branch is makeing me fool. The manager talks very sweetly and make fool... I want to color my hair again

I booked an appointment using the contact details for Goregaon East provided to me in the lakme message.
When I reached to the salon I receptionist informed that I don't have any appointment and the booked one is for Bandra. They didn't help me with any arrangement.
Very disappointing that I took out time from my busy schedule but didn't get any service.
The staff was not even interested in solving the issue.

The lady Ambiga was not fixing a convenient date and time for trial make over... Also doing very very very very very poor service for bridal makeup... I didn't expect this from Lakme beauty salon... I feel disappointed with Lakme beauty salon service given by people there. I didn't find beauty experts giving services in Lakme beauty salon in Katpadi...No expert beautician is there in that branch.
