Hello I spent over 400 pounds in a space of one hour today in your bookies on a machine I believe this is unfair and Ladbrokes took advantage of my illness of my gambling problem I want to know if I can provide nessary information and get a full refund.
I didn't even win once and I have no money left to pay my bills I have no family and I am stuck. Pleas help me. I can provide the transactions on my bank card

Hello I lost £400 in a betting shop in an hour and think this is unfair. A fair result would have been for me to win £400 in a hour.
That is my concept of gambling. I get my money back if I lose, and get to keep your money if I win.
If he get his money back I want to know, looks like a good way to make a living. Go to bookies, place bet, lose and ask for money back to pay bills. If this works I'm straight down to Ladbrookes with my Debit Card :-)
Well they need to give him his money back so he can go back to the bookies and try again and then complain that he didn't mean to :-) Repeat endlessly until he wins :-)

This is a joke, right? There is no possible way they can know the story of every customer. If you're old enough to place wagers, you're old enough to take responsibility for your own actions. If you have a gambling problem, don't gamble!
