La Quinta Inns & Suites horrible sleep experience

Hello, I recently stayed there on Sunday 9/1 for my cousins wedding that I was in... I have a 16 month year old that stayed with us. We called earlier and asked for late check out, which was no problem BUT one of your cleaning ladies starts whaling on the door at 8:30/9 in the morning waking up my kid!... she even began to open the door bc I guess we didn't get up fast enough...what is the point of late check out if your going to be woken up? Especially after a wedding. Also, I think it's awesome you allow dogs there, I have two of my own... but you need to designate one section of the hotel to them. We had to listen to a dog bark all night, which thankfully didnt wake up my son, but I slept like absolute [censored].

La Quinta Inns & Suites hotel

Ive never experienced anything like this. Ive had people trying to look in my room non stop since I booked here. They have tried looking through my window even though I have the curtain closed. They have been looking in through the peephole so I had to block it. Then I noticed them trying to look through the crack of the door. Its insane.
If anyone expects any type of privacy at all then they should run from this place.

La Quinta Inns & Suites credit card billing

You have not released the pending charges on my credit card.
We reserved a room for six nights but decided to move to a larger room in a different hotel as we knew we were not able to return to our home right away and needed more space. (There was a fire in our apartment building and we have been temporarily displaced.) We paid for the one night we stayed when we checked out. That was Friday, 9/30/19. Today, 5 days later, the charges for all five nights are still pending. You overdrew our checking account by not releasing our money when we left. I realize it has only been 48 business hours - Friday and today, but there is no excuse for holding onto our money this long.
Please release it.

Ruby courtright/ ganger is the general manager at this location!

It has been brought to our attention that she is a convicted felon who served time at marysville prison for trafficing drugs

We are appalled by the fact that not only do you employee felons you allow the to run the hotel financial and guests. Absolutely appalled this is public record so for us to no this and you not is poorly on you're part
Trafficking drugs how do you or us as guests not know she isn't trafficing drugs out the hotel as we speak!
I will never stay at a laquinta again with my kids and make damn sure I tell people this is they type of people you employee and allow to be in charge! You may as well as employee perverts and murders bc honestly I don't feel any safer!

La Quinta Inns & Suites long island, new york

Date of Visit (7/31/2019 #89231EC011603- I called the hotel directly and booked a room over the phone, they told me that they had a king bed with a sofa sleeper . Upon my arrival they told me they only have a king bed Invariably It was late I had to accept it because it was late and we were tired. As a result of this three adults had to try and sleep in one bed. Also at the same time I gave the attendant the card I used to make the booking on the phone and he said that was not the card on file and than proceeded to use the card i presented to book the room . So I checked my account and i was charged twice for the same room $168. 77 over the phone and than $119 at the front desk . Now only was i charged twice but the room is inferior; the chairs in the room are filthy, the shower curtain is hanging off the wall, the air conditioner filter is so dirty dust is hanging out of the vents, my daughter has been sneezing and coughing the whole time, the bathroom ceiling and shower curtain has mold . This is the worst La Quinta Inn experience I have ever had. I would also like to note the lobby is shabby and dirty. I am totally disappointed with my visit here.and would like a refund on both charges, I feel as though I have been scammed. Thank you for your prompt attention regarding this matter. La Quinta Inns & Suites room and facility

I went to try La Quinta for the first time and im so disappointed that i was going to book asecond night know i dont feel i want to stay here, The pool and spa closed and broken, the computer is broken and to make the matters worst had a cable tech knock on my door at 830 at night to change my cable box, and the grounds are are filthy ? La Quinta Inns & Suites damage to ceiling at room 109

The ceiling was damaged and starting to fall apart. The damage was located above the shower. I was asked to change rooms and no refund or free stay was offered. Our stay wasn't as described.

I usually stay at Holiday Inn but I was giving La Quinta a shot. I guess I will just go back to Holiday Inn 3 times a month. I figure I spend around $1000.00 per month on hotel rooms. If you make this situation right I will come try out La Quinta 1 more time. I haven't shared my experience on Facebook and social media yet.

The room seemed dirty, carpets had crumbs and rips. When we went to breakfast the syrup was so watered down it had no flavor and made the waffles soggy.
