I purchased rake May 15, 2023. First field broke 2 arms, on 20 acres, Second field approx 60 acres broke 6 arms.

I have had 5 rotary rakes, never broke an arm. Own BE, Fella and Claas rotary rakes.

Compared arm diameters with other and Kubota is considerably smaller diameter. Not built strong enough to rake anything except really lite hay.

I own 2 of these rakes and want you to either fix problem or refund my money so I can buy a suitable rake.

I am a KUBOTA customer from 2018.I have a kubota harvester but i face many problems after buying the harvester.it's hard to maintain the main reason is the spare parts doesn't has its quality which company mentioned(NB: SPARE parts doesn't properly worked like the original inbulid parts in machine). And also the cost of SPARE parts is very high which we can't afford without any proper interval of time we need to buy these high cost spare parts.from last years i'm trying to know the authorities the problems that i faced from the machine no any proper responding from the authorities.they just respond like spare parts are imported so that high cost! so my point is then why the imported products doesn't have its own quality and also non availability of small spare parts.NO any profit for the harvester owner from the machine working hours and income from it not enough to maintain the machine.feel very bad authorities not supporting the cutomers and their complaints no value for a indiviual complaint.you can manufacture many products but customer statsification is not in your point of view there is no use ofmanufactured really sad for KUBOTA Harvester and not a proper way of responding from the authorities.

I'm a kubota customer from 2019 buy 2 tractors and 1 harvester.my opinion in the case of tractors are good but in kubota harvester i'm not satisfied with the spare parts which provided from kubota showroom.it doesn't have the quality which they mentioned and the also the price of each spare parts is very high.products are not worth for that price.Already complaint about this to the kerala tamilnadu regional manager no any respond from their part.feel very bad responding from the kubota regional authorities

I use this 24 hp tractor for my agri field. done regular service as per service centre follow up .last month work done at showroom, costs for 31000. then I used it for only 6 hours and engine was heating. I registered complaint to Barshi dealer They send same technician. He again asked to send tractor at showroom then he told me 80000/- expense for engine work. Why he not took care about, oil, coolent last week as tractor was about two days at showroom. My use is only 1200 hours in last 8 years. And this is total responsibility of your company and companies showroom to check all the necessary checklist. But your companies showroom failed to do so.

sending Kubota tractor documents and also bill of your showrooms service bill dated 30-11-2022 and within 7 days tractor stopped working because of coolent. this type of servicing done by your companies showroom.

Sir I am farmer(Horticulture) from Gujarat, India. I am using 27hp tractor in my Mango farm since 4-5 years. As my experience We in South Gujarat have Heavy Black Cotton sticky Soil. For that we should have 30 to 35 hp COMPACT MINI tractor but the size of the tractor should be same as 27 hp (Or 24HP)kubota tractor. Hope Kubota company will understand our farmers suitatuion and demand..

Hi sir,i purchased dc70 last year 2021,the dealer go tractora from tarlac philippines.Because of the pandemic i understood that they were not able to come in order to check the unit in my place.But after pandemic i called them to check (as a favor ) because when its under warranty they did not come to check it ). Because its already one year and we dont have proper technician in our place which is an island only.I am requesting your good office to send an inquiry to the sales why they dont want to do an action for this and i called them several times.The sales in tarlac will loss their reputation with this kind of service which they dont want to fulfill.

I was bush hogging around my house on July 8, 2022 when all of a sudden my clutch pedal was stuck to the floor I immediately stopped the tractor . I then had someone that works for Kubota come out and see if they could figure out what was wrong with the tractor, he said it was probably the clutch. On July 15, 2022 he came and picked up the tractor and brought it to their dealer ship to have it worked on.on July 19,2022 I received a call from Kubota with a quote of 3,200 to fix my clutch they said the warranty would not cover it because they said I probably had my foot on the clutch pedal while I was bush hogging, not true we have many Kubota tractor for years and this is the first time we ever had a problem with a clutch not to mention this tractor only has 117 hours on it.The clutch looks like it came completely apart. the mechanics I showed the pictures to said it looked like a defectives clutch , or a improperly adjusted clutch. We have been using Kubota equipment for over 20 years with the company I work for now and I have never had any problem with Kubota or them with us until now. I called Kubota not the dealer and explained my situation to the lady and she told me that Kubota stands behind there dealers there never wrong. I find that hard to believe we’ve all been wrong about something.

I purchased a new Kubota Z411 in April 2020.

Since then it has been in multiple times (I have genuinely lost count, but at least 8 or 9). These have been mostly deck bearing related, with all deck bearing having been replaced on no less than 4 occasions.

I have tried multiple times to get Kubota to do the honorable thing and stand behind their product and replace or refund.

I have called in to their "Customer Service" line several times and never even had the decency of a call back.

I have escalated with my local dealership (where I purchased the mower) and they have been getting the run around as well.

On several occasions, I have been fortunate enough to be in the dealership when Kubota engineers / reps have been there. They have looked at my machine, looked at the history, and every single one (at least to my face) have agreed it is unacceptable and that they would "escalate it when they got back to their office". Still nothing.

My manufacturer warrant runs out in 9 days. The most recent return to the dealer for warranty work was about 3 weeks ago. I cannot help but get the impression they are just trying to run the clock down on warranty and then tell me "tough luck"!

As well as the disruption to my business, the repeated issues with this mower have been instrumental in me losing a $60k per year contract, losing private residential customers and, conservatively, be out of pocket for over $1000 worth of gas driving back and forward to the dealership for repairs.

I reinforced the quick disconnect for the loader and it isn't enough. Operating a grapple and 1 side released. The framework for the quick release is severely twisted. LA1065 Loader. MX6000 tractor.

Bought tractor from Creel in Fort Myers Florida. Cut a 32-acre job. Ran beautiful. Next day went to cut a 2-acre job. Cut halfway around and tractor quit on me. Called Creel, they sent out a guy that did not even talk to me. He just went put and changed the filers. Went on cutting and it quote on me again. Called Creel back. Told me that there is rust in the tank. The tank is plastic, said must have come from where I fueled up the tractor. Told me I have to drain the gas tank and put new oil in. I did that! Went to cut a 3-lot area and it quit again. Told me there was rust in tank. Tank is plastic. When I picked up the tractor, I went to the brand-new built WAWA and gases it up. All brand-new lines and tanks at WAWA. Creel refused to check out motor to find out what the real problem is. They only want to do work where they collect mega money and not warranted jobs. My tractor on has 32 miles on it. This problem happens every time I need to use my tractor. I wait for an hour and then the tractor will run for a while and quit, wait an hour and work again. I pray you can get my tractor fixed right. Spent over $60,000.00 for it. If this is not fixed so I can work, I will trade it in and deal with another company. cracked flange item 200 from illustrated parts manual bkidk5230>>slv75-2c>>pump/motor system>>g00202 hydraulic pump (high flow). The "flange cracked at the point where the nipple met the body of the tube. This allowed dirt to enter the hydraulic system and contaminate it to the point of complete failure. The skid steer will no longer move in any command. While this area is covered under the 250-hour inspection. Debris can be introduced to the area to easily just in a day of operation. There is an inspection point below the pump but there isn't any clearance to get any tool into the area and clean it properly. The main issue is that the tubing is far too thin, and the part is assembled by only three tack welds and then silver soldered. This seriously need to be toughened up, and design something to properly clean in this area where debris builds up. The skid steer has only 800 hours on it and now may never run properly again.

I bought a Zero Turn Lawn mower form Gulf Coast Tractor in Land-O-Lakes Florida. I had problems from Day One where when the mover would heat up it would shut off and not restart. I brought the mower back several times, where the dealer replaced parts however the machine was at the dealer longer than at my house. Every time I would bring it back home it would do the same thing. Then I tried to have a different dealer work on it Agricon in Lecanto. They had my machine for months replaced some parts and still the same problem when it was brought home.

Then after Agricon having my mower for a few more months and waiting until after my warrantee was up they told me they no longer sell or work on Kubota mowers with Briggs and Straton Engines and that now the mower engine was running on one cylinder (which it was not before it was brought to them).

So after picking the mower up, I took it to a Brigs and Straton repair shop and they determined that the problem is a cracked head that leaks when the engine heats up. Now I have to pay to have the machine fixed that 2 different Kubota dealers never fixed on multiple attempts while the machine was under warrantee. Kubota Customer Service has told me too bad, your out of warrantee. The mower is sitting at a repair shop waiting on a new head, that no one has in stock.

This piece of crap keeps going back to the shop, won't work longer than a couple of hours at a time without stopping and red light call dealer won't start. Paid over 30000 for this orange pile of junk... I want you to give me my money back and take this ornament off our property for good.
This regeneration cycle won't re generate. It has had me stranded at the upper end of our property. Every time we send it back I don't even get a back up tractor so I can continue to work. They have even wanted to charge me to come and pick it up and return it. Delete all the garbage off this thing because it just doesn't work ever...

My M6060 tractor is great. The dealership has had my tractor to work a simple insurance claim for 10 weeks... and counting! I can't get a service person on the phone 9 out of 10 times. The "mailbox" is full, or they do not return the call! The insurance company just copied me with a "third request" for more information before closing the file. The part was available at another dealer 90 miles away, yet it took 7 weeks before someone even figured that out! Three more weeks and its still not done! I cannot even get the store manager to call me back! I guess its a good thing that I told them I really needed my tractor fixed asap as I make my living with it!

i have had about8 belts brake in less than three years mower belts and 1 year and half drive belt broke had be replaced now today pully has brokrn off mower i thought yall was a good company yo buy my mower from all i have had is trouble out of z125e zero turn mower its in shop natchez ms kubota dealership now [protected]

Actual capabilities of the LA1154 loader is far below advertised specifications. After 140 hours the cylinders are bent for a second time, clutch does not work and the hydrostatic shifter is very sloppy to the point of being dangerous. I use the tractor for general farm work and it is definitely not up for the job. I regret purchasing this tractor/brand.

I am writing to your company about a problem with my Kubota B2320 tractor (Serial number B2320HSD-55552). This last week I conducted a preoperational check and found that the front axle oil was low. This last Friday (May 28, 2021), I purchased four quarts of oil at your business to fill the front axle so that I could top off the oil level.

When I arrived home, I started to fill the front axle and I found that the driver's side area was leaking oil. Upon closer examination, I noticed the bevel gear case (Part number 6C190-56210) had two cracks in the housing area, and that was the source of the oil leak. I took photographs of the cracked housing to document what I observed, and one of them is attached to this e-mail for your review. If additional photographs are needed, I can send them.

I checked my maintenance records as I recall this part was recently repaired by the Berchtold Equipment Company Service Department on February 11, 2020, when my tractor was at 2451.0 hours. My tractor is currently at 2568.4 hours. This bevel gear case crack and oil leak occurred after only 117.4 hours of use.

I believe this part failure occurred because of an issue with the manufacturing of this part.

When my tractor was serviced and the bevel case gear, all the required seals and bearings were changed, which cost me $2, 2221.79 and is documented under work order SC07783. I believe that the failure of this part is not due to neglect or error on my part. I am asking that your company cover or share with me the cost of the required repair.

I have enjoyed using my Kubota tractor, have taken good care of it, performed all recommended maintenance, keeping it meticulously clean, and have been using it properly. The maintenance of my tractor is documented by the repair history with Berchtold Equipment Company.

As an example of loyalty to your company, there have been $9, 892.95 in repair cost to this tractor all of which were performed at your Santa Maria Service Department.

Please restore my faith in the Kubota brand and the products your service department installs, stand behind your product, and cover the cost of this repair.

I requested that a dealership in Williamstown Michigan repair a glow pug that remained on continuously along with other maintenance. When the tractor was delivered back the glow pug int on and stayed on. I complained and they took the tractor back and supposedly fixed it. They charged me an additional $300 for a relay plug. However immediately upon delivery the glow plug light went on immediately. They contend that they could not get the glow light to stay on, but after each return delivery the light went on and their delivery driver actually took photos of it on. I complained and was assured that they would get to the bottom of the issue and get if fixed. It has now been over 5 weeks after their second the second- attempt at fixing it and I am not receiving promised call backs. I have lost all faith and confidence in this dealership. They are apparently unable to figure it out. Research on the Web indicates it could be the relay, the controller or the timer, and most likely the controller.

Tractor is equiped with 42 inch rubber . Loader stands are 4 inches off of the ground. The only way to remove the loader is to put blocks under the stands, very dangerous. It was delivered to me new like this. As for the bucket you have to put it on a pallet to get under the ears on the bucket . no good I want answers
