Kroger - Home delivery

04/07/2021 did a complaint and nothing happen, still waiting.
Your home delivery service is ok but they don't care what they buy it's your money there spending. Never again will I have them shop, it's always done wrong and the store will not fix your over charges. The manager at carpenter road in Ypsilanti, MI. Is a complete [censored] at the return desk, he said you could return everything and get your money back. Then Kroger would garbage can all meat, I was way overcharged on $36.00 worth. I stayed away because of the virus they didn't care, I have got my food from Kroger's for 35 years.

Desired outcome: Read my first complaint

Kroger - The people doing your shopping

I already filed a complaint and have not heard anything it was done on the 8 TH of this month. Your home shoppers screwed up my order both times they shopped for me. You had steaks on sale $5.98 a pound my shopper bought 3 pounds of the same steak porter house for $12.00 this was in the fall plus in a Natures Bounty Cranberry pills buy 1 get 1 for free only 1 was bought.
2 order it was buy 4 cases of pop for $11.00 she bought the 3 cases then you didn't have Canada dry in the case so she bought 6 or 8 pack of 7 oz cans so I did't get the sale price of about $ 11.00 I ended up paying 4.99 for 3 cases then 3.50 for the 7 OZ cans so I ended up paying $18.46 for the pop.
These shoppers don't care what you pay it's not there money. So last week I did go in the store for a refund and you would not do it. The manager behind the desk was a complete [censored] telling me I could returned it. I told him you you would have took $ 36.00 of steak and garbage canned it. I am in a wheelchair I have been shopping at the miller road Kroger's for the past 15 years. I fill a lot of prescriptions every month for all those years and prior to that the Farmington hills Krogers and the W. Bloomfield Krogers prior to that one. Over 40 years of shopping and a Idiot of a manager says bring it here to return right after a home delivery. ALL of Kroger's items and you tell me your not responsible the delivery people are but it is your service on your web site. I didn't shop because of the virus IF I did return the stuff you would loose more money then what you owe me. The first complaint you did nothing I heard nothing if I hear nothing I will pull my scripts and go some where else. Krogers is responsible for home delivery it's in your web site as a service. Miller road is great Ann Arbor Ypsilanti on Carpenter road bad first impression return desk Manger didn't say he was sorry nothing just kept talking after I said Thanks for nothing I was 10 feet away he was still talking.

Desired outcome: a refund for the money I was over charged on.

Kroger - purchased a money order/ customer service/ store manager "myron"

I recently purchased a money order in the amount of One Hundred-Fifty Dollars. ($150.00) on September 9, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Money order # [protected] at store #689. I have the money order and the stub from the money order. Now when I go back to Kroger's where I purchased the money order from I tried to cash it and the store cashier, and manager Myron are saying that this money order doesn't exist. I am having a serious issue with getting this money order cashed. The manager was very impatient with me and when I called up to Kroger's one of the cashiers told me to stop calling up there. This is my hard earned $150.00. Maybe its nothing to the manager or the cashier but I need my dollars no matter the amount. Some one needs to be accountable for the transaction and possibly human error. The manager even insinuated that I possibly could have stolen it. I know $150.00 is a miniscule amount of money compared to the amount of money the Kroger's stores and corporation take in daily, but $150.00 is a lot to me. I would appreciate if the return/refund of my money can be addressed as soon as possible. I hope this error can be rectified without further actions being taken for a mere $150.00. I would think that $150 money order from your store could be traceable and financed back to me.

Disappointed and Broke,
