Subject: Crushed Brownies

Dear Kroger Associate:
I have purchased a box of brownies called Cosmic Brownies from your grocery store located at 66900 Gratiot Ave. Richmond, MI 48062. The receipt number is CHEC 511.

Unfortunately, on the return trip home, I opened the box of Cosmic Brownies and what was discovered was that most of the brownies were crushed. As a result, I was not able to eat the brownies and had to throw them all away into the trash. I have been purchasing items from your store for the past few years and never ran into such problems. As I do enjoy shopping at your establishment, I would kindly like to ask for a refund for the damaged Cosmic Brownies.

I would be highly grateful if you could investigate the matter and make arrangements for the refund of my purchase at a local customer center. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at [protected]). I look forward to your reply and resolution to the problem. Thank you for your time!

Kroger kroger broccoli florets

Long white bug in my broccoli. I put broccoli in my salad when I saw that I tore apart a white long bug with legs. Kroger labels the product as "Washed & Ready to eat", when it is not safe to eat at all! This review/picture was written on June 30, before the indicated expiration date (not that it matters). I will have a hard time eating broccoli again.

Kroger pharmacy

The Kroger Pharmacy on McGavock Pike in Nashville is totally incompetent On 6/29/19 I called them to make sure my husba4:00nd's and my prescritions were ready for pickup. I was told they were all ready for pickup. My husband went to pick them up. When he got there they tod him that he would need to come back at 4:00. When he went back at 4:00 they still did not have one of my prescriptions. When I called back I was told that this prescription was on back order. This was not conveyed to us either in my phone call or my husband's visit. This is not the first time they've screwed up our prescriptions. I am really tired of the incompetence of their staff. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Kroger appomattox, va

I am a frequent shopper at this location sebought Yoplaveral times a week. I am becoming very disappointed in the seletion of serveral items. The deli no longer carries Private Selection Low Sodium Turkey or Ham which by the way was the best ham and turkey. I also would buy Yoplat yogurt Orange Creme which is longer on the shelf. We barely get coupons which is also a big help. I like the convience of this Kroger but if things do not change I will have to go shopping elsewhere. Kroger service

June 23rd i was making my weekly groceries at what i thought was my favorite Kroger store, after getting my usual i get in line put my groceries on the counter($140.00) my husband and i reach cashier to pay and my groceries s were not bagged looking over to the next counter the sacker to see if we just wait a minute he will come over to sack ours ...never happen cashier took the next customer and so do the sacker we sacked our own groceries however the cashier sacked the person before us and the customer after us i have never been so disrespected in all my days.. so i asked why didn't she sack or call someone to sack my groceries she had the gall to say she didn't have any bags WHAT THE HELL WAS WE USING! I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE SINCE 2005 NEVER EVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 12620 WOODFOREST STE#200 WITH CASHIER SANDRA I SURELY DID NOT EXPECT TO SACK MY OWN GROCERIES THIS NOT SACK-N-SAVE... Kroger - Store manager and cashier

At the self checkout I had a cart full of groceries with my teenage daughter. I was accused of having fake coupons in this store. The coupons that I had were real and they were not fake at all. They had watermarks and authentication seals on them as well. I was accused of something beyond my character. I make an honest living and I felt very offended today...

Kroger beyond meat vegetarian burgers

Kroger gets Beyond Meat burgers frozen yet thaws them before making them available to customers. They said that they thaw the burgers for customer safety. I think they do it so they can sell more. If you buy them thawed, you have to use them within a certain time period. If you get them frozen you can keep them frozen until needed. Or use one and freeze one.

Kroger poor customer service and judgement

have had two absolutely horrible experiences shopping at Kroger and it does not seem to get any better! Last week I found a live fly in a package of Vanilla Loaf Cake I picked up from their Bakery section. Luckily, the nasty fly caught my attention just as I was about to pay for my groceries at self check out. I called over the Attendant and brought it to her attention and her attitude was astonishing! First of all, she did not believe me and had to locate the fly for herself and during the whole time period she was extremely rude! Yes, she took the item off from my list when asked but, she did not apologize or offer to possibly get another package- or anything! When I was leaving, she practically stood in my way and glared at me as I left the store! I am truly perplexed by this attitude, as being the Customer, I was the one that should have been somewhat put out by what could have been a major inconvenience to me, if I had purchased the Vanilla Loaf Cake and got home and then realized there was a stow away in the package!

Friday evening (June 14th) was no better! My son and I stopped in to quickly pick up a few items, when we were singled out and racially profiled! Not only did the employee come over the speaker requesting Security in the section we were shopping in but when we were at self check out, the Attendant raised the volume on the scanner I was at, to the point it was practically shouting at me and half the store for each item I rang up. From what I did notice, this was not done to the person on the other side of me or across from me. So, yes! I do feel that we were singled out, profiled and discriminated against! These actions are not only unnecessary they are deplorable!

Was this treatment, retaliation for the fact that I pointed out a living insect, in one of your products the previous week or was it because my son and I are of biracial descent and were negatively profiled? I am not sure which is worse! Shame on you!

Kroger almond butter snickers

Why did you get rid of the new almond butter snickers it was so good and healthier than the peanut butter snickers. You go and have us try it and now I'm wanting it and it's no longer for purchase! I can't even find it anywhere! It was smoother than the original snickers and it was also much more tastier than the peanut butter snickers! You change the one that is delicious and keep the one that's just mediocre! I can't stand the other ones I want the almond butter snickers back! You also go and make a big bag of peanut butter snickers and do away with the almond butter snickers! I'm so mad it never fails I start liking something and it goes away! They keep the okay kind and get rid of the amazing ones!

Kroger assistant store manager crystal and store manager derek willis, texas

The assistant store manager Crystal is very rude and put me down and refused to help me when I needed help at the store in Willis, Texas. She ONLY helped me after she said, "If you take the photo of my badge off of your phone, then I will help you, but not until then." Crystal told me I had to go home with food that gave me an allergic reaction and that it was not Kroger's problem that I had an allergic reaction to food. I put back almonds, got different nuts, but I'm guessing she doesn't know her nuts because she claims I got the same kind of nut, strange. I put a complaint in to corporate, corporate told me they would email a store manager there, and the store manager NEVER contacted me. I ran into him while I was in the store, Derek is just as rude and disrespectful as Crystal, apple doesn't fall far from the tree. He told me I was not telling the whole truth, that Crystal doesn't talk like this, and that he didn't believe me. I have shopped there for almost 9 years, and now I will make sure to tell everyone how rude these two employees were to me, and advise others to not shop there. I see Kroger really doesn't care about their customers, because if they did, if Derek or Crystal did they would treat customers with respect, NOT put them down. I am totally disgusted with these two employees.

Just an FYI, Crystal seemed to be discriminating against me when she found out I was a teacher on food stamps, because once I told her this, she said, "People like you are the reason why Kroger is 17 million dollars in debt due to loss from customers like you. "

Kroger the meat department

On 6/7/19 I went to my Kroger store on Hubbards Lane in Louisville, KY. I went to the meat department to have them cut some meat for me, as they have been doing for decades. I was treated rudely, both by them and a store manager, and the more I thought about it the madder it made me. I decided to write you about it. I get "western style beef ribs" where they cut a piece of chuck roast into strips the size of country style pork ribs. The man who helped me told me "we can't do this anymore. They won't let us. It is for safety reasons." I told him that I wanted to speak to a manager, so they could pass along my comment that one of their customers was unhappy with this. He called a manager who came from somewhere else in the store. This is where I was treated rudely. The meat manager went up to the store manager and started whispering in his ear - right in front of me! They whispered to each other without acknowledging me for minutes. Their expressions were "can you believe this woman?" Then the manager, who knew I was watching them, asked me "so what is going on?" I was 3 feet from them. He knew what was going on. Not once did either of them say "I'm sorry." The store manager should have talked to me first or at the same time as he did the meat manager. They belittled and embarrassed me. And never once said "I'm sorry we don't do this anymore. Is there any other way we can help you?" They never once smiled or acted as if they cared about me as a customer. I'm tempted to get my meat from another store now. Obviously Kroger does not care how their customers are treated.

Kroger gas station service :employee (matthew) glasses, heavy build with glasses.

To whom this may concern me and my husband went for gas between 8:30 and 9:00
and a employee by the name of Matthew with dandruff flake all over his uniform was
acting very stupid, i fiirst wanted to pay for gas with my debit card and pay part in cash
and do you know this fool got nasty with me, he says in a high pitch and loud tone you gonna have to wait all snappy, i can't do 2 transaction at the same tim, im like duh i know thats what i'm saying to you, i will do the next transaction when you finish and i said o.k i understand you and i told hime in his harsh voice while responding to me, you
need to learn how to deal with the public better i don't know if he's new or what
and does not konw his job, but it was ugly how he talked to me i've been shopping and
getting gas at Kroger's for years and never have had any run ins with any person, i am very angry at how i was treated their are ugly customers, but i know what respect is and i know how to give it when its returned, so who ever is in charge please let him
to fix his hygiene with dandruff flakes on his uniform and clean up hos tone when you have good customers the date was Saturday june 8, 2019 man he was nasty
and ignorant i forgot my phone i was going to record the incedent, but will always
have it on me next and he said it's your right to complain, well and tha'ts just what i'm doing which i don't do this [censored] for fun when some treats you ugly for no reason

Kroger fruit

I purchased a green apple on 4/16/2019 this is 6/8/2019 this apple looked as good as the day I purchased it.
This happened to me a few months back, so I decided to purchase a nother apple, and wrote the date on it. I could use it for a cannon ball.

I am 78 years old, I remember when frute had a real good taste, it is hard to find anyone with good frute anymore, this new generation think the flute tast good.

I can take them to a real apple orchard, it would blow there brains, they have been eating chemically grown frute, for what a profit.

been meaning to message you. have yet to not be completely satisfied with any product with the private selections monicair...way to go krogers. we miss your stores here...triple coupon day at my lake charles, la store, years back, is still one of my most treasured memories...will always be my favorite grocery chain.

Kroger pharmacy

On 6-6-19 I had a prescription filled at monroe ohio krogers. When I went to pick it up it was higher than normal. Since I have had issues with them filling insurance claims I asked the tech if she had used my insurance, she didnt know, she looked at prescription papers and says your insurance saved you $30.00. I came home and called express script my insurance, and was told know one had filed a claim on me in June. That krogers did not run my insurance. I called krogers and talk to pharmacists, she said a discount card was used not my insurance, to come back and get my refund. The money is a issue but the biggest issue is if you are a knowledgeable employee and are asked a question dont say I dont know. Good customer service is ask someone that does know. Was very upset having to make two trip.

Kroger checkout lanes

You are trying to force people to use self check out. I don't get a discount for using them so why would I ? I was in the Kroger in Franklin TN today at lunch, there was one check out lane maned of the only 4 you have left after removing most of them, I was the 6th person in line. Did your manger open another lane? NO, the customer is just chattel to be treated like dirt by your company. Sadly that is becoming the wav of the future in this country. Customer service is dead and the Company no the Customer is Always right. This is a sad statement on the state of this country but this is why people by off the internet that way they are not abused in person.

Purchased Kroger shrimp ($ 11.99/ea) Sign said buy one get one free. Did not ring up that way ( has happened to me with seafood before). Husband took receipt back next day for adjustment. He was told sale was off, not the same product as I purchased etc.
The sign was up when I purchased and knowing the problems I've had in the past I was sure it was the same product that I did purchase.
If the sale was off and the signs are still up - the sale price should be honored - that's why I made the purchase in the first place. Not my fault the signs were not taken down.

Kroger buy one get one free chuck roast not quite true

For the "buy one get one free" beef chuck roast promotion, I got one pkg. with 2 little pieces of meat that looked more like small steaks than chuck roasts. I usually buy one chuck roast that's approx. 3.5 lbs. while the total of both these tiny roasts was a little over 2 lbs. Seriously?

This was purchased through the Kroger pick list program, and I'm not at all pleased with what was given to me as a BOGO product.

Kroger employee uniform

Employee at Hyde Park Kroger not in uniform and wearing "Black Father" shirt.
There is a time and place for personal views and politics, one's place of employment is not that place very offensive. I left and did not finish my shopping.

If a white employee was wearing a shirt that said "white father" they would be called out and even be called racist.

A uniforms are worn for a reason and should be enforced, for the public and other employee benefit.
