Company has been promising a refiund for 8 months. In feb they state the check was returned because of a bad zip code. (Wrong) Post office would never return for bad zip code. For the next three months they state they are reviewing the case. At the end of May, they new state the address was wrong on the Feb checks. Since then, nobody had the sense to check for the correct address which they had on file. In June they state the check is in the mail. Still no check. What will the next excuse be. Everytime I call customer service I think I am getting the third degree with all the questions they ask.
