Kraft Heinz - Kraft extra crispy shake and bake

I bought a box of extra crispy shake and bake in a hurry to get them in the oven cause I’m always running behind so I grab the box in the cupboard pull out my pork chops that are waiting to get thrown in and trying to put the pork chops inside the bag quick and both ends of the bag were sealed shut so I checked the other two sides just to make sure and they were also sealed shut both of the bags that were inserted in my box were sealed at all edges. Not too big of a deal but I did pay for a product that I expected to get and I don’t buy lunch baggies so I had nothing on hand other than a plastic bag that you get your groceries in to substitute as a bag which at the moment is grossing me out again because what has all been in that bag how many times has it been thrown on the floor before I was used it to put my groceries in it and now my raw pork chops with the shake and bake how many different hands how many different objects and things that aren’t supposed to be mixed with my pork chops have been in contact with this dirty old grocery bag which is disgusting and is still grossing me out for the amount of money we do pay for your products we would at least get what we bought

Desired outcome: Another box with bags that have one side unsealed

Kraft Heinz - kd original (kraft dinner)

I am 68 years old and have recently stocked up on this product for the cottage season. It has been a long time staple for the fulfilling desires of my children in the past and now for grand children. Just this weekend past I discovered that the product absolutely disintegrated into a gelatinous mass when cooking as instructed. I opined a second package for inspection of product to discover that the pasta product was entirely impregnated with what appears to be fractures. Following this discovery I opined each and every packet to discover that all 26 packets at the cottage suffered from the same manufacturing defect. It is concerning that kraft foods with their quality control would unknowingly distribute this defective product. It is my opinion and concern that by marketing this product in this condition and without labeling as a substandard product the consumer such as me has been literally hood winked! I feel that this has been a knowingly perpetrated and fraudulently delivered product for consumer purchase. Kraft foods may well have gotten rid of a million boxes of this defective and sub standard product saving them from product loss costs had they simply trashed it. I may well only be out of pocket about $30xx canadian but one must consider the perhaps 1 million consumers or even more that have suffered from misrepresentation of a defective product as being the usual and fulfilling product standards. This kraft foods deception to the consumer could well ne in excess of $30, 000, 000xx dollars (is this ceo another berny madock profiting from consumer deception) kraft foods would have been doing a greater service if this conglomerat had gifted the entier defective product to refuge encampmants world wide for consumption rather than commit consumer fraud. Kraft foods may well have been able to have writen off all of their production costs for taxation purposes. I am now trying to consider just what product can acompany all of those hot dogs as a side delight for the kids this season. Disgruntled I am. Feeling hood winked! Ps. Just why is it that your (1 800 567 kraft number on all of your packaging for years past and present is a non number. Another deception.?) aubrey mac naughtan ([protected]@live.com). Photos attached. Thinking I just might go and have a conversation with each of the store managers and take up their time about the defective product they are selling. Wall mart; food basic ; scobie's ; independant ; and food land. Present each with a opined box and a baggy of its contents of shattered crap.
