Holding kohls cash, first saying "wrong coupon number..." and other time wasting messages, now saying it expires 1/16 while saying it is not yet available.

Multiple issues mishandling financial portion of this order, will try again to get the state to act on these large companies that think they can collude and do whatever they want.

Kohl's Vera Wang knee high boots

I have only worn these boots twice and I have never had boots do this especially for the price. Got them for a Christmas gift and have always taken care to carefully put them away.

I believe my daughter said they came from Kohl's and as you can see they were not cheap. They are completely unwearable!

Kohl's Bedspread

Please review my chat with agents yesterday. Rude. Did not help me. I ordered a bedspread. Spoke to agent last week. Said I'd have it by 1/8. Never came. Spoke with chat yesterday. Said I'd have it by 9 pm yesterday. Checked ups. Said they tried to deliver. I was home all day. Called customer service at 810pm. Was actually told I had to call back at 9 pm because they couldn't help til it was late. He saw ups notice. Still no bedspread. Agent on chat Carter a supervisor actually told me I'd have to wait until 1/17 to consider it late. Horrible customer service. I want my bedspread but have no intentions to shop with Kohl's online again. I shop online a lot but Kohl's has the worst service of all!

Kohl's Croft & Barrow cotton nightgown ZC14H001RP

I purchased XX Large today and was frustrated by where the plastic tag was placed. The manufacturing punch it right into the seem by the underarm. It could not be cleanly cut throw, unless I opened the seem to pull out the other end of the plastic. I would like to see quality assurance check where the plastic tag is placed.

Kohl's Shoes rn # 120713

Hello, I got a pair of Kohls shoes are 9 1/2 RN # 120713 for a Christmas Gift 2020. I started noticing my socks were getting wet when I walked on a wet surface. I just thought water was splashing up into my shoes. Looked at the bottoms and realized both soles were split from almost side to side and are letting water into the interior of the show. The shoes are in really good shape except for the soles. Wanted to know if I could get a replacement at the Hendersonville, TN 37075 Kohl's.

Kohl's Ninja 10 pc never stick premium hard anodized

Dec. 17th on phone with rep over 1/2 hr! They messed up my email by 1 letter cannot fix? Tried to order this product $249.99. Gave him 40% promo it went trough took additional $10 Kohl's cash off. Gave me total $152? End of call said $229.00 wasted my time. Have COVID so not able to go out to store shop. Was hoping to send daughter a present through mail. My last 2 times ordering online and only time ever both wrong as well. Very disappointed!

Kohl's Womens journee collection winkk womens slippers

I ordered online these slippers as a gift on order number [protected].
You send out your products using ups which I got a text saying your package has been delivered but no I never received the package! So I have reordered the slippers on order [protected] to be delivered to another home address, paying $19.99 so I can give the gift I ordered them for. Ups either delivered to the wrong apartment or not at all. Being an elderly person, it's hard to pay for things twice on a fixed income.

Use someone else besides ups! Not very reliable

Kohl's order # [protected]

filed a compalint and hdqtrs called me yesterday dec 7th regarding UPS only delivered 2 of the 3 pkges for a bed. she very nicely indicated that I would get a response within 24 hours but have not heard yed yet. UPS has not located the 3rd pkge (70 lbs) so unless u can rectify it today please let me know - I left my 2 phone # cell is [protected] and land line is [protected] if not arriving thur or fri the please arrange to pick up the 2 pkges and issue a refund and reluctantly I'll have to order it via walmart or somewhere else. My kohls order # is above. Sorry to do this as I really do like Kohl's

Kohl's Curbside pickup

Complaint about store 2500 us-354 Oswego il. I placed an order to have curbside pickup for this store. I received an email telling me that it was ready. So, I drove over put in my info I got the response Great An associate will bring your order shortly. So, 10 minutes goes by and everyone around me who checked in after me was taken care of and drove away. So, I called the store and told them I had been waiting 10 minutes. She asks for my order number. No apology I was just told I need to be patient. So, 10 more minutes goes by. I call again. Again, she asks for my order number. Again, no apology just told I need to be patient. Well by this point my patients are gone. So, I decide to make a phone call while I wait so I won't be so mad. Yet another 10 minutes goes by, and a girl comes to my window. I roll down my window she says I was told you were here to pick up an order can I have the number. Well, that was the last straw. 30 minutes I waited. I told her you know what forget it. Such bad service I can't even believe it. This is my order number once again. Erin from the kohls store gave me a call. We talked for a little bit, and we resolved the situation. She really seemed to care and understood what I went through. She was very professional and understanding to my situation. Thanks, Erin, for caring.

Okay here is part two from the store in Oswego il. So, the next day I realize my order was marked as picked up. So, I called the store and talked to the manager Lisa and told her the story. So, she puts me on hold to go look for it. She comes back on the phone and says that she has it. I said alright I will just pick it up tomorrow figuring it would be another hassle to cancel the order at this point. Then she tells me she put $10 Kohls cash in the bag for my trouble. So, I show up today and guess what they can't find it again. So, I wait finally this guy comes up to me with a bag says he found it, but I have to re purchase it. I said what why? He says because it was marked picked up. I said you know what this is crazy I don't want it just cancel it. So, he's like wait let me see something. So he goes on his little hand held and says oh never mind you can take it. It said this better not show up on my bill twice. So, as I'm leaving, I looked in the bag don't see the kohls cash that the manager said was in the bag. They repicked this order. They still can't find the original. What a joke.

Kohl's The alarm system going off every night at new north Myrtle beach store

I live in a residential neighborhood right behind the North Myrtle Beach store in South Carolina and every night when the store closes the closing manager sets the alarm and it goes off at 1115 and again at 1130 pm I have called the store and they say that there is nothing they can do about it? This is a noise ordinance and the next step is to get North Myrtle Beach police involved if the alarm is not fixed. It is so load that the whole neighborhood behind Kohls can hear this every night.

Kohl's Customer Service

I was shopping at the Medford, Oregon Kohl's yesterday (11/3/21 at 4:04 pm) and over the loud speaker I hear a male voice say "let's go Brandon". I do not know if this was an employee trying to be funny or if a customer could have gained access to a speaker phone. If this was an employee there should be at least a reprimand. My friend shopping with me also heard it. I got to my car and googled the phrase to make sure it was what I thought it was and you can do the same. Political views should not be part of my shopping experience. I still bought a pair of shoes, telling myself that one employees views do not represent every employee in the store. I just felt I had to make a complaint and could not find a place to so so directly to the store. I did not want to call the store to complaint in case the same person answered the call and my complain went nowhere.

Desired outcome: Identify employee and advise this is poor customer service.

Kohl's Packaging and phone service

Decmber 1, 2021, Card # [protected], Order # [protected].
I recieved a partial order with one out of two items I had ordered. Included in the package I received was a large bag of screws and brackets, which I did not order.
I called the Customer Service phone number on the back of my Kohls charge card. After a long wait, a CS Rep answered my call. I explained my situation and asked what could be done. He answered my questions adequately.
Then I asked for a transcript of our conversation to be emailed to me. He told me they could not do that, to which I was displeased.
Additionally, I called approximately a month ago to ask that your company discontinue the excessive emails I have been receiving from Kohls (approx. 10 per day). The Rep I spoke with said it would be taken care of, but nothing has changed.
I don't know when Kohl's customer care became so bad, but it is terrible right now.

Addendum: The disintigration of Kohl's customer service is not due to the phone and website Representatives, but to the company's policies which limit the Representatives ability to provide service as advertised.

Kohl's 1st Khols experience

in a few words I set up an order could not apply my 35% for applying for financing and being approved at checkout because the code did not work and did not have the physical card with me AS I just apply had to call customer service, they were close on cyber Monday after 8 pm. The next day calling back to get my discount it could not be done was told to call my credit card company to dispute charges and that Kohl's could not cancel the order. after calling back after I reorder items to get the 35% if I was still interested in getting the discount, I spoke with Oliver agent and Alfredo Supervisor from the call center in Mexico City had no empowerment on offering a solution because they had no empowerment even being a supervisor very upset that when Applying to the kohl's there was no disclaimer explaining that we are close order at your own discretion/Risk and our customer service is out of the country and the agent have no Empowerment to fix your issues if they present. it would it be nice at least I would it is known as a new customer what I was getting into.

Resolution after 2 hours setting up and order, calling 3 times to understand customer service was close, calling back the next day, speaking with an agent and a supervisor out of the country and 30 min on the phone, was to call by the credit card company and dispute charges all 825$ i had just spend the night before .. wow..

Kohl's Service

Kohls customer for over 20 yrs.
Was spending well over 600 a year up until beginning of 2019... had a life change and stopped spending for a bit. Went to order cloths on line at middle / end of 2019 and was not aware order didn't go thru until checked email several days later. Initial email says " thanks for your order" and provides order number and information on your order. Little did I know, two hours later another email sent says "sorry, we can't complete your order on line" and gives order number but NO Reason.
I did this 3 more times and each time I called to inquire, I was told that "you were randomly chosen for an audit". Randomly? Umm 3 times in a row is NOT random. They wanted me to take a text message while I was talking to them - at the time I couldn't because I wasn't set up for that.
I decided to try again this past year. Again, same issue. So I went into the store and attempted to physically run the transaction. DENIED! Manager helped with phone call to customer service. "No issues with your (my) account) then why? Oh- they need to verify address - I recently moved and provided a PO Box for mailing - they said they need a physical address - not for billing! And I can have it shipped where ever I want right? They didn't like that so I gave them the physical address but NOT to use for billing as I don't have anything shipped to where i live (been stalked / harassed). "Fixed" at the store. All ok.
Until the next month. Again. Tried ordering on line. Email came back two hours post initial confirmation of order stating "sorry, we can't complete your order on line". So I physically went back to the store and the manager was very kind and let me talk to customer service again. This time I was told "oh I can see this has been going on since 2019! We will fix this and make it right" by the end of the call, I felt I had finally been able to connect with someone and have what ever issues that were still pending (and I was NeVER told what was wrong with the transactions - always "I don't see anything") resolved, I was told at the end of the call not to worry, everything was fixed.

Until last week. I again tried to do online shopping for Xmas and take advantage of the discounts - well, I went to pay my bill physically today and decided to pull up the kohl's cash and do some shopping - feeling pretty good - well - all for naught. I see two emails for the two orders I placed stating "sorry, we couldn't complete your order" they give you two days to respond. Heck! I don't look at my email that often on the weekend or when I am not at work and I was told there wasn't a problem any longer!

I decided to try and buy something in the store. Oh - I can do that now - but THAT doesn't help me with the two online orders I placed for Xmas gifts and "saved" over $300! Not including the time spent on all of the phone calls and traveling back and forth to the store.
Have you targeted my account? You say "no" but I find it difficult to believe when I can't place an order, I am forced to change my password before I can create an order on line and every time it's "fixed" -(with the exception of ONE time where someone over road the system) I can use my card and lose out on hundred of dollars, time and energy!

I WILL be cancelling my card and letting the world know how jacked up this Corp is. The managers at the store are awesome! Corp is the issue. I'll go to JCP, Target, anywhere else - even good will! At least there i know I will not be lied to. There is NO sale worth the time and money and energy I have spent in the last few years to compensate for the effort to keep trying. Obviously, I am simply not important as a customer at kohl's so let me spend my $ elsewhere.

Kohl's I am not receiving my paycheck😔

Hi, this is Nadia from Kansas. I joined kohls in Overland Park Kansas on November 15th my ID number is 3676049. I was working from 9 am to 2 pm. On 24th Wednesday Whitney store manager asked me if I can stay 15 minutes more. I refused because I had to pick up food from the restaurant for my guests who were visiting us from out of town. After thanksgiving when I went back to my work Whitney makes an excuse and fired me. She said we hired you because we thought it would be busy around thanksgiving, but it's not, so we don't need you anymore. I am also waiting for my paycheck😞

Wow... How sad... that leader with mentalities of employees given these roles of leader ship Kohls should have better hiring process to weed out the frauds. But as we all know the chain is always made up made up with the same type of people even with reviews that people like me read there's never anyone that can make a difference. Sad. sad

Kohl's Customer Phone Service

Your sales people at Kohl's are great. However, your customer service on the phone is among the worst I have ever experienced. I was complaining the other day about the phone service at the store, and the employees said they get this from customers all the time, and they have even complained about it.

Customer Service on the phone is paramount now in this digital age with more and more online business. You can't afford to scrimp on this service.

What you have needs to fixed or it could lead to the decline of your company.

The people from the Philippines are not doing a good enough job. You need to stick to the U.S. or Canada, to ensure they get the proper training. The people you are contracting now have no idea of how to keep track of the detailed information we as customers have to provide and they keep asking for the same information, over and over. It is very frustrating for the customer.

Desired outcome: Put in a new system and staff it with Americans or Canadians

Kohl's kohls.com and missing items from my order

I placed an order on November 7. It came in many different packages over 2 1/2 weeks. The final package that I received was supposed to have two items and it only had one. I called her customer service line to let them know that the item was missing. They no longer have it in stock. So I asked if they could just send a different pattern of the same product. They would not do that and they wanted to charge me extra because the prices changed. I spoke with their customer service many times and even to a supervisor and there was nothing that she could do. Even though, when I placed the order the item was in stock. I was so infuriated that they could not help me. It was ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I would like another throw sent to me. At the same price.

Kohl's Wrong product sent, Kohl's customer service no help

I placed an order for a specific item in a solid color. The item I chose was exactly what I wanted. When I received an email confirmation it showed that the wrong color (a print, with pictures of puppies.) My guess is that around the time I placed the order you ran out of the solid color I wanted (I see it is no longer available.)

I called Kohl's and was told to refuse delivery. Unfortunately, I was not home when UPS arrived. The package came and I don't want it. Kohl's representatives have told me to bring it to a Kohl's store (none near me) or mail it (at my expense) I am appalled at the treatment I have gotten.

Desired outcome: refund for the entire order, including shipping, cost of return shipping
