Kogan Australia product

Hello I am extremely disappointed as I purchased a beer pong table through your website in July 2019 through Serrano Australia who has sent a refund to you and I haven't received the refund.

I would like this issue resolved within 5 business days from today.

I purchased the beer pong tabel throug your website in juky this year it was delivered to my address on the 2nd august 2019. There was damage to the beer pong table so i emailed serrano Australia who agreed to refund the product and sent a email to kogan to have the refund given to me back at the start of august I have all of the emails that have been sent to Kogan.

It is now september and i have still not heard anything from kogan or received my refund.

I would like a call back on [protected] and a email [protected]@hotmail.com

telling me when i will be receiving my refund.

Kogan Australia help request: khip7p256red

Misleading customer I have been missleaded by warranty of my iphone purchase Apple genius bar won't cover as they mentioned my phone isn't purchase in Australia i provide that to kogan customer support they told me to send the phone and I send the phone and stay without phone for 3 weeks they changed $75 battery and send back to the wrong address which I didn't request to send them back.

The worst customer service I ever experienced and miss leading company to their customers which isn't have ears to listen customer support.

I have thousands of email as evidence for my complaints over years which didn't get solutions and they holding my phone months for $75 battery.

This is my final complaints to kogan If I couldn't get sufficient explanation of my worst experience I will take this experience to ACCC and post on social media to the rest of Australian as evidence based.

Kogan Australia tv

So i have complained mths ago about a faulty product. Has taken weeks for. Them to reply. After the initial automated responce i heard nothing for weeks. After multible emails i finally got a reply to which they said they will ouck up tge tv. It has now been a few weeks with no reply. Id really like my refund. This company seams to run of the customer service of if i dont reply then nothi g will happen. Its been over four mths now and we just want our money back to get a tv that works. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Has been a horible experience

Kogan Australia soniq 55” smart tv

On the 6/7/2019 we purchased the soniq 55" smart tv as advertised on your site ... we have now received the tv and set it up to find this tv is not a smart tv as shown on your app and not find out it's changed on your app to a 55" web casting tv ... this is not what we ordered when we placed owe order it showed as Soniq 55" smart tv ... and I'm very unhappy as this tv dose not have any smart options like ( Netflix or YouTube ) that smart tv s have so this tv is not useful in what we need and ordered
As you can see in both pics the tv I ordered is not the same as it was advertised and now you have changed what tv it is ...

Kogan Australia blue ice microphone order no 9daa2bw7

I ordered a microphone on 22 June and Kogan took payment immediately. 10 days later they told me it wasn't in stock (still advertised on website) and will take up to 7 days to give a refund. The 'help' line [protected] is useless - no connection to a human - and their suggested help articles were irrelevant to me complaint. First and last time I'll use Kogan

Kogan Australia oneplus 5

Bought phone just over 12months ago.
Returned phone at the 10month mark due to speaker issues.
Have asked to keep me updated, but after 6 weeks i sent an email whats going on, the reply was along the lines of 'just found the issue will need parts' they are in the process of issuing replacement. However, it has now been 2 weeks (normal dispatch time) and have been send no updates.
Still waiting for response as not sending updates until i specifically ask.
Have checked online and the phone is not 'out of stock 'and still no updates.

Kogan Australia 65in kogan tv

I purchased the TV on 20th June and was delivered on the 22nd June. It was removed from the packaging as per instruction and when connected the screen was visibly cracked. There was no visible damage to the screen and the cracks were only visible when the power was switched on.

I have had no satisfaction dealing with the help desk and unable to contact any one by Phone. I have been in touch with Consumers affair and have been advised that under section 54 I am entitled to a new TV or a refund.
My case reference number i C2019/06/010803.

Ordered phone online around 16/5. Was sent to incorrect address and was returned to sender around 22/5 by australia post.
Please re send phone. To correct address.

Kogan Australia apple iphone 5s

My ticket number is 7382079. Multiple email interaction s have occurred including videos of fault and pictures of all barcodes and packaging. The phone will not charge and turns on and off whilst trying to charge. The lady emailing me is 'Dannah' she has now asked for evidence via screenshot that my details have been removed from the iPhone. I cannot even turn the thing on! I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I'm so afraid of losing my money. Please help? I am now getting no response from anyone and basically feel as if you are using a loop hole to get out of assisting me. I've contacted afterpay in attempt to stop any payment until this issue is resolved and now contacting ACL.

I have other videos and tried 3 cords and wall plugs including yours as supplied. I am also concerned these iPhons are not authentic

Thanks in advance if you can assist. It would be greatly appreciated.

Kogan Australia samsung galaxy s8

I've bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 in December on DickSmith online. Phone echo to whoever I phone, reception is poor, internet and phone calls.
After almost 50 emails since first complaint, photos, images, invoices, four different reference numbers for the same problem.
Send phone back first time for repairs, after more than a month it was back, fixed absolutely nothing - what a lot of incompetent people!
Complaining again about the problem, after about two weeks I received another pre-paid post-office label.
After seven months, I'm still waiting for the crap from Kogan, in the meantime I was forced to repair my old phone ($200 - something that I tried to prevent by making a mistake to buy a phone from Kogan).
I paid for something that I can't use, because it is still at Kogan.

Kogan Australia d300 touchscreen computer

I purchased this product October 2018, it has numerous faults, some keys do not work, cannot use except in Tablet Mode, it is very slow in almost all situations. It turns off without warning, The touch keys in tablet mode are very innacurate. ( e.g. Press "o" and "i " comes up sometimes! Takes very long time to connect to Internet. Have tried numerous Providers, no difference! Kogan Atlas 2-1 D300 Notebook.

i have a overdraft of $511 on my bank account where payment for my TV has gone twice westpac say its pay-pal and pay-pal say its you but i cant get hold of you so what do i do Invoices for each item will be available after dispatch.

Kogan Australia unauthorised transaction fraud

FRAUD Unauthorised access to my account!

Purchased 29/05/2019 - account name is rachel grosdanis and someone has an order pending in my accont, stole the money and used my kogan account investigate immediately

there is NO one to talk to! Some accessed my kogan onine account, purchased iphone X and used my paypal!

person changed my name to Mohamed ahmad and purchased a phone

i have contacted bank, paypal and want this investigated immediately

Kogan Australia unable to 'submit a request' on their website

on the website you have no other way to contact them other than submitting a request no email no nothing. the form requires on areas be filled the problem is that one of the areas required doesnt have a text box meaning you cant fill it in, you can not submit anything i have tried to find a contact email it doesnt exist i want to strangle who ever went to school to code that piece of [censored] form a better explaination is that they dont have costumer service at all and hide it behind this [censored] form

Um, I have no idea why the email I tried to offer has been hidden by the board automatically. I n the comment I just left I see brackets and the word pro-tected where I had typed a simple word of four letters beginning with 'h', ending with'p' and having 'el' in the middle.

Paid $639.00 for Kogan 55" Agora Smart 4K LED TV (Series 9 MU9000) - Refurbished.
Will not work and trying to get in touch with KOGAN is fruitless. I see that out of 239 complaints listed here, only one has been resolved. This just not good enough

Kogan Australia order made today

I need someone to contact me regarding my order that I have made today 9/5/2019 it's showing that I have no pending orders on my account, so I'm concerned something has gone wrong and the order will be not processed, but the money is pending, so I wanted to cancel the order but it won't let me as I have no orders made there is no way to contact anyone on this site which is very frustrating, the item I have ordered is a television and as I have no email regarding the order I need to know what will happen, but most of all I wish for my order to be cancelled

Kogan Australia kogan supplying modems that don’t work!

I recently decided to get nbn internet put on at our home!
And asked a few friends if they could recommend which company i should go through!
Kogan Internet was suggested!
(We've never had internet on at our home as at our last house we were always in a black spot)
I contacted Kogan and was going to get the bronze deal and pay $79 for the Kogan modem!
Then I looked at the silver deal and saw if you chose that deal you wouldn't have to pay for the modem, so I ordered the silver deal!
I got a message saying our nbn was now connected!
5 days later a Kogan modem arrived!
I plugged it in! It didn't work.
After talking to your staff they agreed it didn't work and arranged for an nbn technician to come out!
He came out, tested the DSL line, connected his modem up to the line and his modem worked great. He then told us that he regularly gets called out to new home connections that have joined up with Kogan and 9 out of 10 of the modems being sent out don't work!
I then rang Kogan
They sent out another modem! Guess what, this modem didn't work!
I rang Kogan
They sent out the nbn guy again!
He came, Connected up all he equipment, which said the internet line worked great!
I rang Kogan again, told them what the nbn guy said!
They suggested I buy a modem as they NEW that the modems that they are sending out have a problem and basically DON'T WORK on the dsl line!
The guy on the phone also said that Kogan are in talks with the Firmware suppliers to get replacement modems that actually Work!
The person on the phone offered me a $25 discount voucher for use on the Kogan site! And told me to go to a shop and buy a modem!
I asked if they could send me a modem that they sell on the Kogan site, that would actually work as a replacement, but apparently they are not allowed to do that!
I then said, ok, can you apply a credit on my account for $79, which is the price of the modem on the Bronze deal, but again apparently they are not allowed to do that either!
He then offered me $25 dollar voucher again!
I refused the voucher!
I am not a happy customer!
Both me and my wife have been Kogan mobile customers and have purchased 2 tv's and various other items from Kogan in the past, and have suggested to other people to buy from Kogan!
Not sure if I'll be recommending Kogan to friends in the future!

Kogan Australia purchase of samsung galaxy s8 dual sim g950fd (64gb, black)

My name is Ahmed Munir. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S8 Dual SIM G950FD (64GB, Black) for my wife, late last year. Kogan was recommended by a friend who had earlier purchased from the company, I decided to purchase from Kogan as well.

The Phone arrived in December 2018. Right from the start we faced issues whereby the phone signals kept randomly dropping, other than that the phone was working fine until my son accidentally dropped it and broke the screen. I decided to get the screen installed from a local vendor. To much of my surprise and rather extreme SHOCK, when the technician opened the phone i saw that the Kogan phone that was sold to me was infact a refurbished phone with second hand/refurbished parts such as the screen and the mother Board.

I am extremely disappointed and rather angry upon this discovery. It is extremely annoying to know that the new phone that i had ordered and paid for is infact a second hand/refurbished phone. Before the discovery i could not even image this from a company of a scale of Kogan. I would like this issue to be taken up with Kogan and request fair compensation for this fraud.

I have attached the photos taken at the time when the phone was opened for installation of screen, the photos are self explanatory and show the refurbished parts. I have also attached the purchase invoice for reference.

Kogan Australia regent comfort kensington 1200tc egyptian cotton striped bed sheets king indigo

The reference number for this complaint is ID 2x86jthj. We have not received this product despite sending numerous emails asking for a credit and change of product. We cannot access the online account under Chris Burton as it keeps rejecting change of password. We have also already paid shipping on this product and do not wish to do so again; even if we could access the account. We consider your company in breach of contract and ask you refund the money to the credit card under J Fallon along with shipping. We advise you have seven days to so or we will be commencing legal action. Please respond as no response will quicken the pace of proceedings.

Kogan Australia kaled50lu8010sta television kogan order number q2429z7x ticket no. 7257895

The television was delivered 3.5 weeks ago. and has not worked correctly since installed.
The HDMI inputs will not hold a HDMI cable firmly (the same HDMI cables are held firmly in my 10 year old Plasma TV)
The picture is fuzzy when using the ATV/Antenna input (the same cable gives me perfect picture on my 10 year old Plasma TV)
I am not able to use the new TV and have to use my old Plasma TV that the new TV was to replace.
I am not receiving any support service from Kogan which I have paid for.
I want the new television fixed and wish to cancel the extended warranty.
