Dealing with these guys is a nightmare, no contact phone number, only email contact, you could send 50 emails to these guys and they might respond once a few weeks later, often does not ship out items after purchase, if they do respond they give zero details as to whats happening with the issue, they are set up on Facebook, I think they might check it every few weeks, they deal in security products that are difficult to get elsewhere, perhaps that is why they continue to take advantage of online shoppers because there are not many other venues for such products, will send out mass emails about discounts on their products but if you have a simple question they do not answer in a timely fashion, if they answer at all. Piss poor communication from this company, worst Ive ever dealt with anywhere from a legitimate online source. Company's owner is a vet named Jason Bracht. Does anyone have a direct line to get ahold of them?
To be fair, take advantage of may not be the right choice of words, most often they will send the item eventually, it can though, take up to a cpl months at times to get a hold of someone to get them to do so. Very frustrating.
I had to track Jason Bracht down at his personal facebook page and channel on youtube, rather than be very apologetic he basically gave me [censored] for sending him msgs at 10pm at night, tried to explain to him that if anyone at his business would answer me then I wouldnt have to be tracking him down at his personal page, the customer service at this site is a bloody joke, Ironically, Jason's Youtube channel is an info site where he gives advice on how to become a successful entrepreneur... but can't seem to manage his one side business in the meantime, dealing with this company is a joke. Even though he responded once I still have no info on when my stuff will be sent or if I will be refunded. A while back I ordered something they did send, it was the wrong product, tried for weeks to get in touch with someone there, they completely ignored me. I am done with these guys, I don't ever recommend buying anything from there.
STAY AWAY from this company! horrible service, they never get back and there products are damaged pieces of crap and used by other people ! they send out used products to customers! never new unused products, second hand [censored]! all the materials are cheap material! the one guy who seems to run the company and site is a white KKK racist named "Jason Bracht" ! him m.O. Is to respond once and never again! stay the hell away its a total scam they will sell you crap and take your money! cops are tracking him down as we speak and i hope he gets whats coming to him!
