This company is a mess. Terrible customer service. And the worst thing that along with all of those negative things they also sent defective items. Of course, I wasn't going to keep them to myself and decided to return. It turned out, that the shipping back is not that cheap and will be at my expense that will never be refunded. Great. I had to pay for someone else's mistakes.

Clock and parts didn't work at all
I recently bought clock and some parts for them from the website www.klockit.com. Everything was fine until I got the order. The clock didn’t work at all. I tried the parts, but they were also useless. I was really disappointed, as well as the seller refused to change the order and started to communicate with me in rude and disrespectful manner. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
I have no idea what is happening
My wife gave me old clock and asked to repair them. Of course I was searching for the nearest watch repair on the internet. Klockit.com promised good service soon and I gave them the watch. The whole month passed and they didn’t call me. When I call them myself, the phone number is not answering. I have no idea what is happening I hope they will give me a call next week or I will contact BBB and police.
