I purchased a pair of sneakers 2.5 months ago and the seller has not shipped them to me, the seller refuses to reply to emails or messages I paid $1600 US so this is not a small amount and in my option the seller is committing fraud. The payment was made through PayPal I have included some screen shots of the order including the sellers business name and email, the date of the transaction the description of the the item I purchased and the amount I paid please help me rectify this and stop this person from committing theft which is exactly what this is.

I bought air Jordan 11s closing ceremony's with my credit card and a few days later [protected]@gmail.com canceled my transaction, I later then got an email on [protected]@icloud.com that they fully refunded me due to a fault, but why I am complaining is that I have not gotten the shoes or my refund, they have stolen my money help please?!? I order my shoes early thinking I got a good deal. I paid more for the shoes ordering from you guys. Rather than canceling my order I just went through with the order. But my experience with you guys has been horrible out of all my years shopping online this has to be the worst and I want answer. Never in my life have I ever had to go to this measures to get something I order

I had two shoes in my shopping cart trying to decide which one to get I decided to remove one of them in by the other I figured I'd wait till next week to buy the other shoe but this [censor] won't give me my money back and is talking about not sending me the shoes then he says he's going to send me my shoes but I don't want them I want my money back he said there's no returns I think it's [censor] because I haven't got it there is no return if I have no product you need to call me ASAP [protected]

I bought a pair of Jordans as a birthday present for my boyfriend and shoes arrived in a timely manner. Delivery was very quick and I was pretty impressed with that.
When my boyfriend tried on the shoes he said that they did not fit and were too small. That was strange because I ordered the correct size.

I contacted Kixify and asked for a replacement and they replied that they don't offer replacements, so then I asked for a refund and they said that they don't do refunds. I was not able to change anything and they were not interested in helping me. I was very disappointed and so was my boyfriend. I will not buy from Kixify again!

My account has been disabled because they said that I am selling fake product.

It is impossible since all of my product come from HKNIKE.

Although I provide every evidence to prove that my products are real. They just ignore it.

I ask them how they judge my product are fake, they have no explanation about it.

I have 12 transaction in their website and NONE of them said that my sneakers are fake and even half of them are willing to give me positive feedback

I have ordered a pair of shoes from www.kixify.com and after I paid they contacted me and said that they needed me to verify my order via phone. They asked for my phone number but I told that I did not have one. I lost my mobile phone and had only local one, but they said that they needed only mobile phone number. So then I asked them to cancel my order and they said that I'll get a refund within a week, but it is now over two weeks and I still haven't received anything! I want my money back!
