Unfair Practices on Kixify: Price Discrimination and Limited Competition
So, I tried to set up a store on Kixify to sell some of my sneakers, but unfortunately, I ran into some trouble. They suspended my account because they said that I had listed a pair of shoes for too low of a price. I was pretty confused by this, since I thought that I should be able to price my items however I wanted. But apparently, Kixify has some rules about this kind of thing.
Anyway, I decided to do some research and found out that what Kixify was doing is actually called price discrimination. This is when a company charges different prices to different customers for the same product. And as it turns out, this is actually illegal according to US federal law. So, I was pretty upset about this whole situation.
But it gets even worse. I started to notice that some of the items on Kixify were being sold for really high prices. And when I looked into it, I realized that this was because Kixify had removed any possible competition. Basically, they only allow certain sellers to list certain items, which means that they can charge whatever they want for those items. And since they receive a commission off of every sale, this benefits them a lot.
I was really frustrated by all of this, so I decided to take action. I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and the New York State Attorney General's office. I hope that this will help to bring attention to the unfair practices that Kixify is engaging in. It's not right for them to be able to charge whatever they want for items, while at the same time preventing other sellers from being able to compete. I hope that something will be done about this soon.
Missing shoes since may of 2021
In may I ordered a pair of airjordans 35 wolf gray next day delivery visa card charged never arrived the vendor thru them was on suspension for suspicious behavior and was allowed to still jack me for my money I was sent to paypal over and over to get back my 228.00$and months have gone bye and they totally ignor me it sucks when you work hard for your money and they allow these people to steal from you please help thank you
Desired outcome: my money back or shoes reshaped by there company not some fake vendor

I have purchased a shoe from seller name pingerpo on 25 September 2020 Order # [protected]. they sent me a shipment number and next day I received email that my order is cancelled and then I received new shipment# that I m unable to track there are no records quite Dhl express multiple times I have sent an email to seller but they are not responding even I have launched a dispute with pay pal and they have also contacted seller but no response please let me know and refund my money

Not sure how this company had so many great reviews. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and all around bad business. I ordered shoes for my son for school and after waiting 2 weeks and several unanswered messages they finally got back to me and said they were on a business trip and couldn't get my shoes to me. Mind you I've never left a review on any site my entire life so for me to leave this you can only imagine what I think about this company!

Order was shipped and delivered. Tracking # was given way long ago. Don’t know why customer is claiming that. We notified customer every step of the way.
nike kyries from major sneaker alert
I ordered some kyrie 4s from major sneaker alert on the 11th of July. What was delivered were some nike air maxes in women's size 5. I contacted major sneaker alert already but the sender was polish so I don't know if they'll really even be able to respond. I can't call the sender either for the same reason. I'm very upset that I waited two weeks for the wrong shoe to come in and now I'll have to wait even longer. I just want the shoes I ordered and I'd like them sometime soon.

I have placed the order on 06/12/2018 for air Jordan retro. I made the payment of $205 inclusive of shipping after 24 hrs of wait I contacted the seller to provide shipping details. They replied as "will do". It's been three days now and I have not received any response from seller I tried to contact them on email yet no response. Please resolve this issue. Either ship the product and provide shipping details or refund the amount that I have paid.

The person that I bought my pair of jordan retro 1 pass the torch shies off of cancelled my order for no reason and without warning. I paid 300 dollars for the item and 50 for shipping on April 21st. I had sent messages to the seller asking when my order would be shipped yesterday and Monday. I never received any response back from the seller. Then today I checked my account to see if there was a tracking number and to my surprise the order was cancelled at 4:38 am. I do not want my money back I want the shoes that I ordered. I wouldn't have ordered them if I didn't really want them. I have turned down others who have offered to sell me their pair because I was under the impression I was going o receive mine like I was supposed to. The only reason I can think of is he cancelled mine because they are now selling the same shoe for 650 plus 50 shipping. I want this resolved and I want what I paid for. I am a very loyal customer and seller. This makes it look bad for all the legitimate members that are honest and trustworthy. Please resolve this issue and help me to receive my order. Please contact me as soon as possible because I am very upset about this situation. Thank you very much in advance.

never received my order
I purchased a pair of sneakers 2.5 months ago and the seller has not shipped them to me, the seller refuses to reply to emails or messages I paid $1600 US so this is not a small amount and in my option the seller is committing fraud. The payment was made through PayPal I have included some screen shots of the order including the sellers business name and email, the date of the transaction the description of the the item I purchased and the amount I paid please help me rectify this and stop this person from committing theft which is exactly what this is.

I bought air Jordan 11s closing ceremony's with my credit card and a few days later [protected]@gmail.com canceled my transaction, I later then got an email on [protected]@icloud.com that they fully refunded me due to a fault, but why I am complaining is that I have not gotten the shoes or my refund, they have stolen my money help please?!? I order my shoes early thinking I got a good deal. I paid more for the shoes ordering from you guys. Rather than canceling my order I just went through with the order. But my experience with you guys has been horrible out of all my years shopping online this has to be the worst and I want answer. I bought a pair of Jordans as a birthday present for my boyfriend and shoes arrived in a timely manner. Delivery was very quick and I was pretty impressed with that.
When my boyfriend tried on the shoes he said that they did not fit and were too small. That was strange because I ordered the correct size.
I contacted Kixify and asked for a replacement and they replied that they don't offer replacements, so then I asked for a refund and they said that they don't do refunds. I was not able to change anything and they were not interested in helping me. I was very disappointed and so was my boyfriend. I will not buy from Kixify again!

My account has been disabled because they said that I am selling fake product.
It is impossible since all of my product come from HKNIKE.
Although I provide every evidence to prove that my products are real. They just ignore it.
I ask them how they judge my product are fake, they have no explanation about it.
I have 12 transaction in their website and NONE of them said that my sneakers are fake and even half of them are willing to give me positive feedback

I have ordered a pair of shoes from www.kixify.com and after I paid they contacted me and said that they needed me to verify my order via phone. They asked for my phone number but I told that I did not have one. I lost my mobile phone and had only local one, but they said that they needed only mobile phone number. So then I asked them to cancel my order and they said that I'll get a refund within a week, but it is now over two weeks and I still haven't received anything! I want my money back!
