Horrible service, cheating, just will take your money
Horrible service, I requested to change date & route of my flight at 11.30am while the flight at 8.00pm but they respond over the e-mail only after 3hrs of my flight that I should pay penalty & when I asked for refund they deducted more than 80% of price & the funniest part that they can't deduct & return the rest of the amount, (I should pay penalty to get my refund) (meanwhile its their fault). Horrible service, non-trusted, I wasted my money & my time.

KissandFly / TTN refund process

I book a ticket with this agency and unable to use it, so I need to refund. They are asking me to pay them again after paying the initial cancellation fee due to there technical issues. I wish I have pay attention about the complaint before heading to this site.

They are now telling me to cancel my flight on my own to the airline after paying them the cancellation charges.

I will never ever again book to this website.

KissandFly / TTN awful company

No doubts they are fraudsters.
1. Their phone ending with 4060 is not free, I found out they charged me almost 50 dollars per 7 minutes of conversation. It's a lot!
2. Those seven minutes were an exception, not a rule. Because before someone picks up the phone you will have to spend 30-50 minutes on hold. Just imagine if you call from abroad. Say goodbye to your money then.
3. Customer service is full of unprofessional staff that usually can't help you. It's sad, especially, if you urgently need something.
4. Don't bother to email. They will NEVER answer. This company is a fraud. The hotline number charges extreme amounts. The customer service is non-existent. No response when emailing.
This company is the most terrible one

KissandFly / TTN flight ticket cancelled without notification

Flight ticket Reservation #: T236JC
I booked flight ticket from SFO to Atlanta (round trip) on 10/23/2017.
I had a question to this agency regarding ticket refund if it's cancelled. The customer service representative asked me to submit a refund request so that they can check with the airlines and tell me the refund amount. I asked if they will cancel the ticket. The representative confirmed that the ticket will not be cancelled. I was told, once they get the refund amount details from the airlines, they will send me an email with the refund details and a confirmation link. Only if I confirm the cancellation, the ticket will be cancelled, if not the ticket will be valid.
I asked the representative several times that I don't want to cancel it now I only want to know the refund amount, just so that I can cancel it if needed due to personal reasons.
After much persuasions from the representative, I submitted the refund request form on 10/24/2017. I waited for the email for a week. Kissandfly.com online site showed that the ticket is under review for refund. Since I didn't get an email, I contacted the agency to check on the refund status. The agency said my reservation is cancelled and the full amount is refunded. Still the online status was "under review for refund".
They made me wait in the call for an hour and said that they cannot do anything as the ticket is already cancelled and the amount is refunded.
Because of this, I had to cancel my hotel, car rental, show tickets and book another everything again for a much higher price. almost 3 time more. Now I ended up spending $750 more than before.
This is a bad customer service, to cancel a ticket without notifying the customer.

KissandFly / TTN dodgy website

I tried to book through this website and they kept rejecting my credit card payment for the ticket, however they have deducted the SMS notification and the cc test payments.
There is no issue with the credit card since I've managed to book with another website, but I believe they use this method to get more money from everyone... more trials, more money into their account!
I do not recommend to book through them!

Mytickets.ae is the worst ever.
They're like robots, they don't help at all and when i refunded my tickets i'm sure they ripped me off.
I do not recommend them at all! They're so bad

KissandFly / TTN not like to refund a ticket

I book in april for me and my family ticket from dubai to oman to frankfurt.
Since 5 days I tray to refund my ticket because we are from qatar and we not aloud to travel to dubai because of the political problems. I call with them chat with them no result there not answer the phone and if there unser there are very rood and mean.in the chat it take them 45 min to chat with me than there are telling me I have to log on go to refound and ask for refund. I will have a mail in approximate 72 ours. The mail came and I have to pay for refund 370 euro plus 600aed I wars sad all user airline change for free no extras [censor] I wars really sag I say okay what to do I will pay for it but now the funny thing came there block my visa cart 2 times I have to call my bank to unlooke. After I tray again I see there not accept american express and master cart there block also. So now wars my question how I can pay I ask I won't to pay in the phone no not aloud. Than I say to them and also in the mail because there have my money so take the fee and send me my money back to my account. But also this there not agree.
I am so sad and angry about them I will never book again with them and also I let everybody no how bad there are and never book with them.
I get my money bag I call with oman air again and there give it bag with out 600aed to pay.
Please see what this people doing.

My Tickets AE.
They are SCAMMER! We booked to them in Qatar Airways and when we knew the news that the flight was cancel in Dubai to Qatar we cancel our flight immediately and request for refund immediately. They have a terrible service and they are rounding our head. More than 60 days now still our money were not receiving. We checking their location in UAE but they are not putting in net. So that we can visit direct their office.. Please don't book to this agency we loose our money to them more than 6, 000 dirham for just two tickets. They are doing illegal.!

KissandFly / TTN phishing scam - fake airline agency

They collected all my information then said my card was not able to be used. I called the bank, everything was fine. I looked at Trip Advisor and others complained of this scam. They have my passport, several security codes and date of birth, etc. this is deeply problematic. They also had a fake HSBC security thing on there - HSBC has no such security requirement, so they are phishing for my online banking codes!

The telephone number they list also DOES NOT WORK
