King Soopers Aggressive truck driver

A truck driver in a tractor-trailer of King Soopers was in an aggressive behavior driving over 70mph trough the I-70 (Colorado) going East Bound between exits 266 and 265, tailgating and zigzagging his trailer against vehicles to make them move towards other lanes. Also, the driver went into a road rage by inviting me into a fight because he alleges that I didn't allow him to pass into my lane. He then stages his truck beside my vehicles and threat me for a few miles.

the pharmacy in this store is terrible about doing their job. they are always dropping the ball. and even one time I got the wrong prescription. this time no one has sent the prior authorization. to my dr. I have had a few negative interactions recently with Victoria, the Pharmacist at King Soopers Highlands Ranch. On a couple of occasions, she told me she had medications and turns out she didn't have the medication. King Soopers Poor customer services - manager Debbie

I was at the King Soopers located at 6412 S Parker Rd, Aurora, CO 80016 today 10/06/2019 approximately between 11:40 and 12:15. I was trying to purchase a ticket from the customer service desk. I waited for 20-30 min with at least 3 other customers. I asked the store manager Debbie if anybody could help us since we are waiting for a while. She did not even care to resolve the situation and help us. I would imagine managing the situation and handling the customer's complaints are the manager's responsibilities. However, that was not the case.

King Soopers Bad hamburger beef patties

Last week's ad (for 1st NFL Sunday football) had a 10 for $10 special on 80% ground beef patties. Great deal, right? Unfortunately, we all got sick from them, four grilled patties, but wasn't sure what exactly made us sick. That was Wednesday night.
So i had frozen the other 6 patties and took 2 out today for lunch, cooked them all the way through--i don't like any pink, and didn't even make Iit through the first patty when I had to rush to the kitchen sink to throw it up. Sorry for the visual, but you did ask for the details.
I of course promptly went and threw away the last four before anyone else in the house could touch them.

Can I still get re-imbursed for these?

Also, can you let this store know. Curious if there have been other complaints on this item.

King Soopers Pharmacy technician lauren

On 8/5/19, my boyfriend had shoulder surgery. He needed 2 prescriptions filled. Lauren was very rude and wouldn't make any effort to help. Lauren said it wasn't her job. I told her she needs to learn customer service. She said she didn't need to and it wasn't her job. We returned 30 minutes later and Lauren never turned in the prescription for nausea. Lauren held on to it. They filled the pain medication but not the one for nausea. Lauren said the authorization hadn't come through. This is a lie as workers comp had authorized it 3 days prior to the surgery. So because of Lauren, my boyfriend suffered tremendously with nausea that evening. The next morning we decided to go there again hoping for a different tech. Lauren was working and said she had just received the authorization. She lied again as my boyfriend had spoke with work comp and it had been approved 3 days prior to surgery. Thanks to Lauren and her childish and outrageous behavior, my boyfriend suffered. I don't know if it is against the law or what for Lauren to refuse to give it to the pharmacist, but work comp said she can't do that. It was doctor ordered. Lauren should be fired for holding that prescription back!

King Soopers Customer service counter 7/25/19 approximately 7:15am.

I went to this King Soopers this morning to buy some groceries for a company meeting. After I purchased the groceries, I needed to purchase 31 25.00 gift cards. I went to the customer service counter and the clerk asked me how I was paying for the cards. I told her a credit card and she immediately told me I couldn't buy gift cards anymore with credit cards. Too many scams she said. I thought that was odd because just two short months ago, I purchase 1000.00 in gift cards from the same store using the same company credit card.

I had also ordered a fruit tray from the King Soopers at Youngfield and 32nd avenue in Wheat Ridge. I stopped there to get the fruit tray and ice, and asked their customer service counter about the new rule. They were shocked and told me there was no such rule. I then purchased 775.00 in gift cards using my company credit card. I would like to speak to the manager of the KS on Belleview and Kipling as well as the GM for the region. Do you allow your employees to pass judgment on your customers, in effect, sizing people up to make the determination that I am obviously a thief who could not possibly be able to afford 775.00 in gift cards? I am shocked and disappointed with the clerks behavior. She pretty much called me a thief and I would like to speak to someone about how I was treated.

Customers complain too much. A bunch of arrogant self entitled aholes... Sit behind a desk from 9 to 5 while we bust our butts to serve and deal with these [censored]s. Too bad we are not allowed to kick them put when they start whining.

King Soopers Management

I was at the kings soopers branch in South Sheridan this morning to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and buy some groceries. I paid for the prescription at the pharmacy and then went to the check out counter to pay for my groceries. When I got home I found that the prescription had not been put in my bags. I went back to the store in the afternoon and talked to a Jonathan who said he was a manager. I explained the situation and he said he couldn't help me without a receipt. My receipt was stapled to the medicine bag so I couldn't give it to him. He told me he couldn't help and showed no interest in helping me. I asked why he couldn't ask the pharmacy as they would have a record of the purchase. Again he just said he couldn't help me and wondered off. I went to the counter I checked out in that morning and luckily the clerk who was on duty was nearby. He remembered and told me that the medicine had been returned to the pharmacy. I went there and they had it on the side. I cannot understand why the manager was so useless and uninterested. If that is the difference between employee assistance and managerial assistance I would fire all your managers.

King Soopers Service

I went to king Soopers to grocery shop. I used the scan and go and bagged my items. In the fresh veggies I bought multiple items. It wouldn't let me scan them on the scan and go so I put those items in the back of the cart. Among checkout I was confronted by a sales associate she told me that it didn't look like I had 20 items in my basket it looked like more. I proceeded to tell her that it was the fresh produce that I didn't scan and pay for yet I was getting it after I checked out my bagged items so I know what I've paid for and my total left on my card. She then made me take ALL items out of my basket and told me to get away I'm lying and I'm just a dumb black child. I tried to tell her what was paid for and what wasn't then she started taking my paid items out and rescanning them crushed my bread and wouldn't let me return and crushed my eggs. I left a lot of paid items behind because she didn't believe me and wouldn't let me check. I told her I just moved here and was trying to help my sick mom and She proceeded to rip my receipt and said I'm quitting anyway I only have the middle and bottom part left
