KIA Motors Customer service is very bad

I have paid all the amount, on 8th I did transfer via QR code they provide to me, I have transferred 50000, 50000 and 30000 in that apart of the first 50000 the transaction failed and my bank refunded to me. The first 50000 is sent successfully which I confirmed with bank as well. But Kia account team said it is not credited. I have followed up with my bank, they confirmed that the amount is sent to beneficiary bank and if not received by beneficiary then they have to contact beneficiary bank. Kia was not properly following up and not responding to my calls and emails. It's been almost 9 days. They didn't delivered my car. No proper customer service from pressenna Kia and their employee Saravanan of account team.

KIA Motors Servicing dept trying to delay working on car for warranty to expire

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cars

The issue that I have experienced was: Purchased the Kia Forte from CarMax and issues started immediately with the Aux ports not working properly and they cannot resolve the issue. The engine light started coming on 2 months ago and because it's under warranty I had to take it to a Kia dealership. Kia said the problem was a burnt coil and said they fixed it . I still had problems with it as it (ie. console lights dim and at lights it felt as if the car would die). I wondered if it was the battery and took it to Auto Zone who told me the battery was good but needed a charge. I had them do nothing and had the vehicle towed to Kia Horne. After two days they told me that it was the battery and they don't think it's anything else and told me I had to pay for the new battery. I asked why and they told me my warranty just expired. So that means when I had the car in two months before they should have replaced the battery which would have been under warranty but did not. I want my money back for the $222.00 I had to spend for the battery that should have been replaced when I brought the Kia in earlier. I am being taken advantage of because of my age and being a woman and I will not stand for it. If I get no results I will take other actions out of principle alone.

This meant that Financially and fear that the car will die out when driving. Also, can't go to places I would like to go because I can't trust the car. Also, all the time I have spent taking to car for servicing. I still know there's something else wrong with the car and it isn't running properly so I won't go more than a few miles from where I live and when I do have a distance to travel I rent cars. I even heard one of the service guys commenting that my car was a piece of ****. I concur. I only have 31, 000 miles on the car and, of that, have only put 3, 000 miles on the car since my purchase mid-November last year.

Refund my fee for the battery and fix the car. There's something wrong with it and they know it.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

KIA Motors Vehicle regular maintenance service

I purchased my 2016 Kia Sorento brand new and with the Kia warranty that comes with it. I have serviced my vehicle at Martin Kia 298 East Cleveland Avenue, Newark, DE 19711. From 2019 through 2020 I complained about the shocks on the vehicle needing to be replaced. When I fist purchased the vehicle the height was high enough to be at eye level with a person standing next to the vehicle. Now I am actually sitting below waist level with someone standing next to the vehicle. I constantly complained about this to the representative Frank Harrison that worked in the customer service department. He told me the vehicle had settled and it would remain low. I told him the bottom of the vehicle is hitting the ground when I drive its so low. I actually had to get a part remounted that had scrapped the ground and was hanging from under my vehicle. Again they did not acknowledge I needed Shocks on my vehicle. I filed a complaint against the and my case number was 13833784 against the service department in October of 2020, I have yet to get a response from the General Manager of this service department. When I called the complaint line at 1-800-333-4542 they tell me its nothing they can do because the organization is privately owned. However, they are representing the Kia brand and should at least make effort to contact a customer to converse about a situation.

KIA Motors Service

I turned in my lease the beginning of November. At that time, a salesman came out to check my car. Apparently the heavy 7"scratch was either missed by myself, the gentleman I was with, or it was never there.
I received a wear and use charge of $225. I called Kia immediately and to date, I have not received the courtesy of a return call. I left messages for both the general manager, Mike Rohe, and another manager named Matt.
This lease was my third Kia. I am very familiar with this process. I always purchased the "excess wear and tear" insurance with excellent results except for this time. Apparently, Kia changed their wear and tear insurance and never informed me that my lease had to be turned in 30 days before termination date. Who does this? Why would Kia do business with such a poor company.

KIA Motors I'm complaint about the service

I owned a KIA RIO since 2016. My car was break down on end of August 2020 and had sent to workshop for repair but already 4 months (until December) I still haven't get back my car coz there is no spare part replacement and need to wait it courier from overseas. According to my own follow up by called to 1800 88 542 (so call complaint department), they always update no reply from the specific department from 1st time I called always give the same answer. I don't know what kind of service this call? Now my car still in the workshop with still don't know when is the spare part will reach and when I can get my car. There is so ridiculous and bad experience for me which I think this is my first and will b my last to buy car under this brand. Base on my own experience, there are no one can help and the follow up is so so lousy. Now I need to bear another risk on myself which mayby car will face the engine and tyre problems due to the car was in workshop too long without moving. I don't know what can I do and who can help me since there are no any useful feedback from KIA Centre.

KIA Motors Kia optima bad paint - snow white pearl

I own a 2013 kia optima with the snow-white pearl paint and it is definitely peeling at a rapid rate. It is peeling off on the sides of my trunk, near the windshield, on the hood, and also on the edges of the doors. I bought it used, but have only owned it for 3 years and the paint was in perfect condition when I bought it. I have never done anything to make the paint chip or peel. It looks horrible! The areas range from 1/2"to 2" large. I have over 20 spots on my car that are peeling off. Unacceptable! After already getting my motor replaced because of a bad motor recall, kia needs to fix this immediately. Obviously the paint they used, especially for the snow-white pearl paint, was extremely low quality! We pay a lot of money for these cars and should expect that they hold up. My parents own chevy's and toyotas that are 20+ years old and their paint is still in great shape! Kia needs to step up and remedy this!

KIA Motors I had booked car but its been 2 month and still not getting response

I booked my kia sonet htx plus imt on 26th sep, however I was promised by dealer that I will get my choice of color in 8 weeks (maximum waiting period), and now after multiple follow ups with them, they are taking their steps back and not able to deliver my car on time, is been 2 months since I went for this decision and now I am regretting it badly.

I booked this car for my marriage purpose, but at the end of the moment when we are left with no time to chose any other option with any other brand/company, we are getting ditched by kia motors and dealers.

KIA Motors Handicapped person complaint

We bought a KIA 2021 SOUL 2 weeks ago from Lally Kia Chatham Kent Ont. I am handicapped, they left out cruise control and pop up trunk and really don't give a damn, doing all I can to make their name mud the manager sucks there and does not care what he does to customers the 29,000 vehicle is sitting in the driveway now and we are older retired please do not buy from them...
We cannot drive it on the highway at all... Our children live in Toronto and Oshawa nice going KIA I am doing everything I can to make sure people know about this guy and the girl who sold it to me...

KIA Motors Customer service mistreatment

On 20 November 2020, I brought my Sorento in for an extended warranty issue. I explained the car headlights were flickering when driving. As this issue was covered under the extended warranty letter, I was charged.

At the time of drop-off, the service advisor (Jenny Monge), handed me a document showing I would pay $125 for service. I explained to her the service was to be at no charge. She then told me "don't worry about it." The interaction with Jenny was so rushed through, I was under the impression she was helping me out.

At the time of pick-up, she told me I had to pay $150 for the service which was to be at no charge according to the warranty letter and her assurance it would be.

At this point Jenny said my issue was not covered and the diagnosis was on my responsibility. To my understanding it was to be at no charge. She disagreed and told me I had agreed to pay the fee.

From our earlier encounter, I was confident she had my best interest, so I thought. If she had taken the time to properly explain what was to be done to my vehicle, this would have prevented any misunderstanding. Instead I feel I was taken advantage of.

Furthermore, Jenny had and has a disrespectful way of communicating with customers. Her attitude was and is unprofessional and should be corrected. For this reason Jenny has turned me away from future needed services at courtesy kia of Brandon, FL.

I'm most disappointed and frustrated in the manner I was treated. In this case, the fee I was charged should be refunded.

KIA Motors The car guarantee in Saudi Arabia

My car. Bought directly from your agent Aljaber. KIA sportage 2017 Turbo engine. 70000 KM use. VN U5YPK8160HL177977. All maintenance done in KIA - Aljaber (The exclusive agent in KSA) still guarantee covered. Gear metal box base is cracked with no signs of accident or hit. They refused to cover it. They requesting 29000 SAR (8000 USD). KIA is a good and promising car but it is shocking to me to give up on me. Please maintain your good reputation and interfere please.

Im Egyptian worker with limited salary who struggles to have an acceptable life and trusted you. Please don't let me down I have the right please.

KIA Motors financing

As much as I like my new kia soul, I won't ever buy or refer anyone to buy a kia ever. The scams perpetrated at the denville NJ kia did me in. Showing me one price and putting a higher price in the contract without me seeing it ( they kept saying the computer wasn't working right) was the worst. Not telling me that the car was being delivered from Pennsylvania until after the sale was another long with all the usual tricks.

KIA Motors Services

I have my KIA serviced at KIA of Forth Walton Beach Florida when its due. I called last week to see if I could drop off and have a NEW tire mounted on a rim off of my 2015 Kia soul due to a blow out I was it will be three weeks before they could do it. Did not say they could sale me a tire are anything no help, So I order the tire through Walmart online the tire came in in three days and Walmart mounted the tire the next day for free. I place the tire back on my KIA, I call KIA today to set up a oil change was told that the could do it this Thursday 29, 2020, I ask could they do a Safety Inspection on the front end whiled they was under the car I was told they could not do a safety inspection until two weeks out because that is when the technician will be in. You mean to tell me that no car are getting a Safety Inspection on schedule appointment, and if you have a KIA and have a tire blow out we have to go some wear else other than KIA. So if you are going to check this out call1850 244-3878 and ask the same question I ask.

KIA Motors Dashboard coming apart

I have tried talking to several people about this problem wasn't successful over phone after talking to several customer service agents because my warranty had expired June 2020 and I noticed the issue in July 2020 and took it to stuart kia they took photos and wrote it up then I talked to two other on the phone with no assistance from any of them and from all my research I found that many 2015 k900 are having the same problem but since my warranty expired no one want to do anything about it I just would like for kia to stand behind there product being out of warranty only less than a month

KIA Motors Refusing to pay for car repairs.

I am hurt, disgusted, on March 13, 2020 Kia motors finance received my car repair check, put it towards my carpayment, refuse to send it back to me after i've contacted them back in March, letting them know what kind of check it was. Kia reported in July 2020 that I owed twice the amount of what was financed. Storage fees are mounting up everyday. They hangs up the phone on you to keep from handling your situation. I'm paying car payments and insurance every month for a car I do not have. I'm requesting the full amount of my car repairs and storage fees, plus the payoff.

KIA Motors Various. I will explain

I purchased my Kia Forte Ex 2015 at Lokey-Nissan in June 2019, in Clearwater, FL. It had at that time about 15, 800 miles. The salesman failed to tell me there was no spare tire, plus the accelerant expired. So, I had to buy a spare tire. The paint job is terrible. There is fading on the roof, trunk, & part of the bumper. At about 16, 000 miles the motor on the right side mirror stopped working. When I tried to lock the car the mirror clicks for about 15 seconds. The mirror on the left side needs an adjustment. I went to the dealer in New Port Richey, FL. & was advised it would cost $525.00 to fix. I cannot afford that. I went to a paint shop for an estimate on a paint job & was told it would cost about $325.00. Again, I could not afford it. I have no confidence in my car, & I would tell folks not to buy a Kia. I am very disappointed in Kia because I did research on your company. I should never have chosen Kia.

KIA Motors 2015 kia soul

I see that the main complaint about this model is engine failure. I would like to know why kia is not standing behind the soul. I have a friend that owns a 2015 kia sorento and the exact same thing happened to his vehicle as it did my soul. complete engine failure around the 80 thousand mark with no warning of any kind. No lights no low oil nothing. His was covered under a class action law suit. Is this the route that has to be pursued to get the Souls fixed? If it is I Have the time and the will to get this started. I want kia to replace my engine just as they did for the sorento. There was no warning at all that a problem existed. If not I will pursue other means

KIA Motors Telluride paint job

I have paint chips over my 2020 Kia Telluride of less than a year. The dealership said it must have been rocks. Sadly I look online at this forum to find Kia putting what sounds like the same thing off on sand trucks. Guess what, no snow in Texas . So I have a flagship car with spots.

Complained up to corporate. No response.
Im ready to just trade out.😡

KIA Motors Unauthorized work done

On the 7th of July I sent my vehicle in to KIA wonderwaters for a service and problem on my vehicle. The very same day I was notified that there is a problem with the turbo and a claim was submitted (MS-532442-C). The days following the 7th my vehicle was stripped, photos was taken, apparently a video was made of the noise and a report was sent to M-SURE with a quotation of what is was going to cost to repair. Days later I received a call form Angelique the service adviser to inform me that the vehicle was assembled and that Wonderwaters is waiting for M-sure to authorize the claim in order for them to order the parts. A promises was given that in order for me to get my vehicle back I need to pay for the strip and assemble and will be reimbursed when Wonderwaters are paid by M-sure. Not being very happy with the fact that I need to make a plan for R5000 to collect my vehicle I wrote a mail to M-Sure's complaint department asking them about this matter. I was then informed that M-sure did not gave authorization to strip the vehicle and sent me a actual recording of the conversation.

I phoned and went to see the manager at Wonderwaters (Bossie), who then assured me that they would never work on a vehicle without authorization and would ask Angelique the service advise to get her documents in order and sent me a E-mail so that we have this on record. I then ask legal advise from a lawyer and the ombudsman and cc Mr Bossie and Mrs Angelique of Wonderwaters in that mail.

Mrs Angeliques replied with an E-mail that said that she have phoned me on 10th of July and informed me that M-sure is not going to pay for the strip and assembly and that I gave her the go ahead with the stripping on my vehicle and gave them authorization to work 6hours of labor on my account. The lawyer then ask for any kind of proof to link me to this of witch they could not provide any. I know why nothing could be provided... there isn't any, I never heard from Angeliques telling me that M-sure is not paying the strip and assemble, I never agreed that I will pay for the strip and I never ever mention that I will pay for 6 hours labor and don not even ask what it would cost. Do you think I will go and speak with the manager at Wonderwaters, write a mail to M-sure management then M-sure's complaints department, ask legal advice from a lawyer and start a process with ombudsman, write a Hallo Peter review if I was the one who authorized this?
