Kindly I want any one investigat in my issue as from about 3 weeks went to kia elshrouk city to make maintenance 80k . And adviced me found problem in قطمه الدريكسيون . And when asked about the cost tell me about 1400EGP . Ok . But when asked outside about the price was 120 EGP . that's un logic. And called me person from the branch to satisfy me . But his opinion and his speaking very un logic طبعا . And I take my Acton don't enter this branch another timeBut after about 10days suddenly . The airbag lamb in tablouh was light . And when aske about this issue in media . Tell me this issue related to the place made the maintenance in قطمه الدريكسيون and I am unsatisfied by shrouk branch to included a lot of other problem next time .
Finally I want to quick action please to solve airbag lamb to avoid any big issue after that
Second . Need to investigate about the spare parts and the maintenance price . As very very high comparing with outside maintenance camp .

My wife and me bough a car in August 2017 which in November 30, 2018 with 15.400 km was taken to the car dealer in order to check a noise in the engine. initially they did not know what was it. After many days went throught they told me many possible problems but after almos 2 1/2 moths they identify that the noise was a broken cylinder. The company told me they will change 3/4 parts on the engine but I don't agree with their decision to change that. I really believed and expected they will change the engine totally or the car and at least during that waiting time they were going to offer me a vehicle to replace that one. But none of this happened and besides when they told me to pick the car up they charged me with the 15.000 km car revision.
new kia niro purchase defects/damage upon possession
My friend purchased a brand new kia niro, from the onset they tried to rescind the agreement as they made an error on pricing, my friends options were to pick up additional costs or break the deal even though it was executed. This was resolved by the manager who stated it was their error and would have to deal with it but fro then on my friend has been mistreated. Upon taking possession the rear seats had indentation on the leather from the stock tire/rims being placed in the back seat and they would not go away. They also had a paint protection film applied to the hood, bumper and side panels, it was poorly applied (bubbling etc.) and scratches were inflicted to the paint due to the install. The dealership agreed to repair the damages/defects as they were caused by them, they are now refusing to perform the repairs as agreed and my friend now likely has to pursue via legal action for damages they caused! and kia canada is of no help, they take zero responsibility for their representatives, their only assistance is to speak to them! Do not buy from Kia!
Kia spain - sorento - corroded petrol tank
I write this because Kia Spain's response to a complaint has been totally unacceptable.
Just four weeks ago my Kia stopped abruptly in a highway, without any previous alarm and with a correct maintenance. The same problem happened one day later. Both stops were a very high risk for me and my family, as the highway has a lot of traffic.
I took the Kia Sorento to a car repair center and after two weeks of car checking they discovered that the petrol tank was corroded and it had affected seriously the car.
I call Kia Spain (Re: KMIB0548394 - Sorento 7141DPY) and they told me I should move the car to a Kia car check and pay for it, and not any word about they should pay the cost of repairing the car.
That position is totally unacceptable, because:
1.- I could have had two times a serious accident due to a Kia manufacturing fault.
2.- This problem is a known problem in the market (see attached note).
3.- It is not possible to move the car, because it has been dismantled to find the breakdown.
4.- Kia UK solved the same problem with customer satisfaction, while KIA Spain is doing nothing.
Being Kia one of the most reliable car brands I hope it will solve this complaint.

We have an o4 model, it had delamination of the fuel tank, ( A known problem ), I was quoted 1000 for a replacement, after a bit of research I contacted Kia and they replaced the fuel tank for free, very pleased as a good tow car :)
accidental repair
My KIA Car KUJ 214 AM was taken to KIA Shop, Abuja, Nigeria after an accident for general assessment of damages. An assessment fee was billed and paid and an assessment was done. We were informed that the damages could be repaired, "the bumper would be changed, and it will come out as good as new". A bill was given and full payment was made.
Upon completion of work, it was observed that the car was still in a very poor state. When the car was returned to the KIA Shop, the excuse given was that they did not factor everything in when making the initial assessment. This came after boasting that the car will "look as good as new".
I lodged a complain at KIA Lagos and KIA Abuja called me in for repairs. After 2 weeks, the car is still not in good shape, although the bumper has been changed.
Attached are pictures of the car after repairs.
I am using this medium as a last resort to finding a solution after which I will sue KIA Motors for repairs to the car and damages.
Headlamp issues

My name is eileen morrissey and I bought a kia optima 2013 sxl a few years ago from kia mall of georgia. A couple of years later the head lamps started to dim. I took the car into kia of woodstock and they told me that the lights met the standards and did not need to be fixed. The lights kept getting dimmer and at one point I was not able to drive the car at night. I took the car to kia mall of georgia on 10/20/18 to have the lights looked at again. They admitted that there was a problem and that the lights were not working properly.
The car was then taken by them to a different facility for repairs and I did not understand that process but I did not question it. That facility (flat out auto) charged me 500.00 to fix the lights but they still did not work properly and I could not see well at night. 11/12/2018 hid kit was installed ro 58653. I'm not sure what this was but all I know is that it was dangerous to drive in the dark. On 11/16/18 I reported to kia mall of georgia that the lights were still not working properly and that they had not been fixed. They started off dim and then they got even dimmer again to the point where the right passenger side light was hardly putting out any light at all. I took my car to kia of woodstock to see if they could help me because what kia

On feb 19th 2019 I was finally able to bring the car back to kia mall of georgia and I was told that it would cost an additional 2134.69 dollars to get new lights so that I could be able to drive the car in the dark. I paid the money and got new head lamps that are only guaranteed for one year. I picked up the car on 3/1/2019. Now the lights are working but I did not have the money for this expensive repair that costs me 2634.69 total.
I am a special needs teacher for fulton county schools and I could never imagine that headlights would cost this much money to fix. On line I see that many kia owners have had this issue and it seems like is a manufactures defect. I am requesting a full refund of the money that it cost to fix this defect in the kia head lamp parts. I am disappointed because I love the car and wanted to have trust in the company.

I bought my kia last feb... Have driven it less than 2000km. As I only go out once a month to shop... Took it in a few weeks ago to get filters changed... Lo and behold they were so clogged, the mechanic flat out refused to put them back in and charged me for new ones! Since I drive on a highway for half an hour each way I dont see how that was possible... I am not a confrontable person... My son however did go over to the dealership an hour later and asked to see the filters which had already been "thrown out"... Long story... Manager gave my money back plus a $350 coupon for a car detail in the spring?!... Now... I have had to buy a new battery 2 weeks after I bought my kia because it kept not starting... Since then, I have had to use the charger on it 9 times... Last time I saw a long black strip hanging from my block heater cord... It was electrical tape... I had to pull it off, and wow... The cord is entirely stripped, the plug, and was taped up with electrical tape... I am just sick.. I dont want to deal with them again... rear braking system in a kia cerato 2017
3 days after I bought the car which is Kis Ceratos 2017, I started hearing a whistle sound whenever applying pedal breaks. I went to Al Qahira auto service centre, Cairo, Egypt. They told me that its a manufacturing fault from Kia and this problem is common on this car. They applied some lubricant spray in order to lower the sound untill they order the modified parts which are required ie. Rear (discs, brake pads and flunge nut)
Kia representive in Cairo has not brought theses parts for the nodification and the sound from the brakes is very bad as a truck.
We bought this car new in 2017 and since then we have almost 50, 000 kilometers and the representative "Al Qahira Auto" has not replaced the defective Parts.
We kindly request Kia company to send the modification parts to Al Qahira auto as soon as possible, since there is imminent danger of complete brake failure on the car, which will danger our lives and lives of others.
Kia company is serious and reputable conpany which I am sure does not allow continuous of defective parts of any of there vehicles.
All documents are present upon asking.

Fyi, I just bought a new picanto car in 2018. Im very happy with the car in terms of performance. So I went for first service at kia huat technical service at alor setar. Im very pleased and satisfied with the service and hospitality given by the staff. And then for the second service, I went to alor setar naza kia branch where I bought the car for service. The sales advisor is very friendly to me. However, after servicing, I noticed there are a ticking noise from the car when driving more than 100km/h. When I open the car hood, to my suprised, the battery cover was not closed properly. But its ok since I can close it by myself but for me the work was not so neat. I went back to the branch to figure out what was happen. They've checked the car but they didnt find the cause of the noise. Im quite dissapointed and went back home. But the noise still there. So I went to kia huat technical service where I did my first service and the mechanic checked and assuming the noise probably came from the infront cover screw that actually loosen a bit. So they tighted the screw and walla the problem was solved. I would like to thank to the mechanic (sorry forget his name) for fixing the problem fast.
gasket tail light
My husband brought my car in to have the back tail lights checked because it's constantely holding water. Water has been seeping in the lights for a long time. I brought it to KIA's attention when I first brought the vehicle and was told it would dry up. Well it has not and the lights still are foggy and holding water. I have an extended warranty on my 2015 Kia Optima but they said the tail lights are not covered. It would cost me over $800 to replace the gasket. This is a cost that is an expense I can't afford and should not pay for since there is a defect. I notice several other Kia vehicles have had a recall for this but not my model. I would like this resolved as soon as possible so that no rust or other issue occur due to this defect.
updating road maps

I am an owner of a Sorento Platinum 2016 model which I paid around AUd$60, 000. The car is one of the best I have purchased in 20 years of driving. Today I asked a local Kia dealer about updating the maps in my car. He informed me that it is at a cost of $320.00 per year to update maps.
Why wasnt I told about the cost of updating maps when I purchased the car. Over 7 years, thats a cost of over $2000.00. For a premium car, the cost of updating maps is disgusting and should of been disclosed before I purchased the vehicle. my contact details are [protected] - Steven
Brand new Kia Rio 1,4 L
At Jan. 25, 2019 I've bought brand new Kia Rio 1, 4 L, from authorized Kia dealer in city of Bydgoszcz, Poland. After couple of days I've stated, that engin's department cover isnt't assembled properly. I feel disapointed, becouse it is my socond Kia car. I cant belive, that such a production mistake occured at all. Don't know what to do with this scrap. I thought that cars "made in Korea" are best quality.
2005 kia rio wiring harness recall submission
We purchased our KIA RIO (2005) last year and have had problems ever since. We just got it out of the shop and now still need to fix the electrical issue involving the wiring harness, in find, costs over $200!
We are a young college couple who share this vehicle to and from work and school.

I did a command at the sarl gloviz algerian kia distributor and I was mentioned in the po that the delivery will be within 45 days, however I waited until the end of december and I paid total amount in december based on their engagement to deliver me the car in three days, it was not the case unfortunatelly each time I call them they give me stupid execuses which I believed at the begining but I realized that they were neglecting and ignoring me in the meantime I realized that my car has been given to another client however my request is an old one and they changed my serial number of my car in the system as to be delivered in another four months
I really chocked if kia which we knew became like that? I wonder if kia headquarter office and top management are aware about such none professional behavour which make kia name and reputation in dangerous from the client side

I just wanted to start out with Thank for such a great car I loved Bella! She had 192, 000 miles. Brought me from everywhere! I crashed it when my front end lost control after multiple attempts to fix it at my current dealership! Bella was perfect to me thank you for making such a great! Very safe had all the features I loved! My it car! I paid Bella off with my first job out of college, took me from state to star with my dog! But due to a move I was forced to switch dealerships when I moved to Florida at Kia West on West Colonial Dr in Orlando FL from Route KIA automobile in Swansea Ma where I bought the car. Kia in Mass was perfect their customer service and satisfaction convenience and overall support has been amazing! Although my experience in Florida has been a nightmare! I've taken my car back to Swansea multiple times just to even review the break down of my bill! Which they've been but supportive to sit down and review! I've been complaining to the dealership in Florida multiple times about the front end issues I was having with Bella. That there where sounds coming from her right! I was driving a lot but replacing a lot a lot of tires! At one point I was told I had flat spots I must leave my car sitting. With 192, k miles in all due respect I drive. My last experience was in November but before that October and the prior. With poor service all day just to be squeezed. My car not ready on time, to price descrencies it's been a constant battle just trying to maintain my vehicle! This last time I just replaced my tires in October did a bunch on stuff I continued to pay for a diagnostic issue on. I knew I had front end work I kept explaining to them something is rubbing. They said it was nothing. When I crashed my car I had been calling and complaining my car was making. Rubbing noise and I had a bubble on my front tire it sound like my car was wobbling. All I was told was we'll try to squeeze you in and had no appointments. That weekend on Jan 20th my car swirived right and hydroplaned left into a comente guard three times m. But I wanted at least say thank you for a great reliable car! I just thank God I was safe. I am extremely sad I had to let go of Bella just the feeling of my KIA and the overall brand! Please reward for Route AutoMall KIA for such a great car and service! I wish KIA West in Florida didn't just treat me like I didn't know anything! My KIA was great to me though all 192 of her ! Am dr ahmed amer from egypt and own an kia sportage model 2018 with vin u5yph814bjl433171 I bought it feb 2018 new but after 7 months I founf that there is a problem with the multimedia radio system regarding connectivity with iphone via usb cable (my model dont have apple carplay) so I complain this problem with the service center (eit) and they accept it to bring me a new one but still without carplay but I didnt know why they don want to change this system with the new one which includes apple carplay as kia motors every where all over the world begin to update thier system with new one which have apple carplay like usa & canada as I was living their for more than 10 years and when I asked for this upgrade to my car they told me its not possible so am a person who trust to kia motors and buy my brand new car which cost me at this time (11 months ago) about 30, 000 usd and now I cannot even use my iphone in the car which all the brands now in egypt have this option in thier cars regarding thst kia motors changed sll the old systems 2 years ago!

Visited a Brisbane dealership on the 26th Jan and purchased a new car, and completed the contract and finance on a Stinger GT. Today I was advised by the dealership that the colour "Panthera Metal" is not avail in Australia.
NOTE, It's on your website as avail, the dealership states its avail and now at the final hour, apparently its not?
If this the case, I will likely cancel the order, as I don't want any other colour.
Please confirm correct info tmrw 31.1.2019, if you still wish to sell a me a car. I know I sound aggressive but I'm pissed off at dealerships who lie, don't know what they talking about and or the features if their car which was clearly the case in a number of areas with this sale and the people I dealt with. sorento break issue
I have a 2017 Kia Sorento Lease my 3rd one and would have leased another one after this lease ended.
This is my wife's car with 22, 929 mileage, she drives like an old lady.
we had the vehicle in for the yearly inspection only to find out the the New York inspection station said that the right rear caliper was sticking and the pads were 95 percent worn. Brought it to the dealer to have it checked out and were told that it was not a caliper problem it was due to faulty maintenance on our behalf. never have i ever had to deal with a break problem with 22, 000. miles . and then they charged me $52.00 besides for inspecting it, very disapointing . If this how Kia takes care of the customers, i guess i will find a new lease program else where.

Since then I have had nothing but aggravation on the following issues. I live 23 miles from the dealer. I have a dealership on the corner of my street but Transitown gave me the best deal.
* After I purchased the car I called the Finance Company for KIA to be sure they knew I turned in my car. Upon asking they told me I was able to take my car starter out of the car. I called the dealership and was told they would install a new one for $299. I told them I wanted my original starter and they said they were going to charge me $150 to remove it from the car. I spoke to the Smart Car department at Northtown KIA in Amherst, NY and told them my issue. They said they charge $75 to remove a starter. However, my car was at Transitown (where I purchased). When I contacted them again they said they were going to charge me $200 to take it out ( it went from $150 to $200). Because of that it cost me an additional $120 that I would have saved if I used my original starter. Northtown was going to charge me $79 to uninstall and $129 to install my original. Instead, I had to buy a new starter for $330.
* They did not have the second key to the vehicle. They asked me to come back and have the (locksmith) make me a key...yes, a locksmith. He had already left when I arrived, on time. I made another appointment to come back only to find the locksmith could not make a key and they would need to order it. Three months later after numerous trips they have my key. I made an appointment for 11:40 to have it calibrated. They said it could take up to 30 minutes which I was happy with. I arrived and was told it would be 2 hours or more. They were very busy. If I knew that was the case I would have made other plans. I have been inconvenienced enough with multiple trips to dealer all resulting in frustration.
I do not want to go back to that dealer, however, due to their losing the key I was told they had to be the ones to recalibrate or it would cost $130 at another dealer.
What I would like to do is go to another dealer and have it paid for by KIA. I do not want to deal with Transitown. With everything that has gone on I don't want to have to go back to that dealer and I am sure they don't want to see me. I believe this was just an issue that snowballed and an isolated incident. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.. My salesman followed -up regularly. There was only so much they could do.
Right now my car is at Northtown KIA to locate the problem why my engine light has been on since before I hit 50 miles.
What I would like is for KIA to pay to have it calibrated at Northtown KIA. It was not my error and I do not want to be inconvenienced any longer over it, I just want my key.
I know your company, like most, strive for customer satisfaction. I don't have a good thing to say right now. I love my KIA. There is not another car, at the same price point, that I would choose besides it. But after all is said and done I don't believe I will be feeling the same.

1- I have bought for my wife a brand new Kia Soul, model ‘2017' on 12/11/2018 from an official distributer for Kia called EL MASRIA Auto who got the car from the agent (EIM) on 12/1/2017. So my wife is the first owner of this car.
2- When I went to the agent service center in Abo Rawash industrial area, Cairo
To run the first maintenance for this car I have discovered that the guarantee for Our new car had been activated since December 2016 while we have bought as a new car from official distributer in November 2018 which means I have lost two years of my 5 years Kia guarantee.
3- I asked the agent to start the guarantee from the date the car was sold to
my wife in November 2018, but they refused and told me "Its Kia motors policy",
I feel so injustice because what I understand and please Correct if I I am wrong that gurantee starts from the date that the car is sold to its First end user not from the date that the dealer receive it.
I like kia cars which have a very good reputation so I bought it for my wife while I am driving an Skoda Octavia, even I bought the car who has The same name of korea capital soul because I belive that the soul is a good car and I belive that you are a very respectable esteemed Automoitve company KIA.
