KIA Finance KIA Vehicle

We have tried so many times to get in contact with you about returning auto back, since wife can no longer drive the car. We are in a budget that had to pay

medical bills, and etc. Plus my wife has health issues that does not let her see hardly to drive anymore. You gave us a case number [protected] about the car and yet nothing has been resolved.

You need to email us cause we do not have phones anymore. Email is [protected]@yahoo.com. Car is located at the same address we have been giving KIA Finance. 352 AC Drive, Dallas, GA 30132. Car has been here for the past six (6) month just sitting there. License plate has been turn in to the State of Florida back in September of 2023.

To Whom this Concerns, I am very disappointed with the service that I received today November 10, 2023 a little after 8 am. I called kia finance twice and they hung up the phone. I asked for two of my payments to be applied to my principal. The first guy hung up the phone so my request was never completed. I called again and the lady name "Sorrsa" claimed...

BE AWARE OF LEASE AT KIA OF LEASBURG I leased a 2023 kia ev6 on August 18 2023 at first the lease had 2 discounts the first was a rebate of 7,500.00 and additional 5,000.00 that's a total of 12,500.00 a week later I got a call saying to come in for additional paperwork for the dmv needed to be corrected and when I got a email from the manger saying it was a...

KIA Finance bad company

Let me start by saying that I have owned 3 KIA Optimas which i have been very pleased with. My background is that i am a widow of a disabled veteran and support myself on my own. I have a KIA Optima that was repossesed due to the fact that i was not paid on several contracts and got a couple of months behind on my payments which i was working on catching up. Instead of working with me KIA chose to reposesse my car in the dead of night while i was preparing to go to work at my new job. I could have been caught up on my payments by now but instead my car is sitting in an auction lot in Orlando with many fee attachments to it and I do not have anyone to take me to pick it up. Furthermore the auction lot is only open during weekdays which is when i work making it impossible for me to pick it up. I have reccomended KIA to may people who have purchased but i will not do that in the future. Now I am losing money and so is KIA due to the fact that KIA would not work with me and you have lost a customer because in the near future it looks like i will be forced to purchase another car due to the fact that i cannot get my car back from KIA
