KFC Seating Closed

After leaving GA and heading south on I-75 (returning to SWF), my son, 2-year-old grandson and I stopped at KFC as our 2nd choice. Popeyes, a few exits beforehand, was insanely crowded with a long line (combo gas station & eatery mini mall with no one buying anything from Subway or Pizza stand) so we left. We decide to try KFC which I stopped going to for over 15 years because the one in Charlotte Harbor was always dirty (tables & bathrooms) and expensive. We walk inside and the entire dining area is off limits with tables and chairs on their side to prevent customers from entering. No tables outside either. Thus, we were stuck eating crispy chicken in our car which got all over everything and even the milky coleslaw spattered around! Prices should be discounted where there is no seating because we know it's closed off because they don't want to clean the tables. You pay top dollar for fried chicken and no seats then have to trash your car by turning it into a dining room! I want reimbursement for having to clean the inside of my car and for paying extra for food to include a seating area that was off limits! This is outright laziness and using Covid as an excuse to cut down their workload!

We bought 2 large coleslaws, bucket of chicken, rolls and drinks. About $30.

KFC your products do not reach it's standards

On March 13, we purchased a bucket of chicken at one of your locations here in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, it was the worst chicken we had ever tasted, the portions were very small, the skin was falling of the chicken, some pieces of chicken were the size of a chicken nugget, we were so digusted with it, this is second time this happened to us, we will never order KFC again. I have posted a complaint and other people commented that they to have had same experiences and will never order there again. I don't know who runs KFC in New Brunswick but you are losing busy and will continue to lose busy, i heard of many people returning their product for refund. But we live out of town so we decided to pick it up on way home not knowing when we got home how crappy it would be. Very disappointed in your chicken.

Desired outcome: Would like a refund, also someone in management should visit these KFC outlets and retrain these people cause this is not the KFC chicken that everyone remembers .,far from it.

On March 3, 2021 between 1 and 1:30pm. I went thru Drive thru and ordered the Bacon Chalupa box with the hard shelled tacos lite lettuces and extra meat. And I always ask for extra meat and they always charge me for it and never give it to me. If they not going to put the extra meat then don't charge for it. I ordered a 12 piece meal today. They failed to seal the tops to gravy and it spilled all in the bag. I was very disappointed. My husband and I just got off work and really didn't want to go through the hassle of going back. Across town to replace the gravy. I usually never have a complain about kfc. KFC Online ordering

I ordered online. The website asked what time I would pick it up. I gave an hour before I picked it up. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for pot pies. Why does your website ask what time I'll be there, if the order screen doesn't pop up until I arrive? These employees have 0 time to prepare it. I won't use the online ordering again.

KFC Under cooked fried chicken

I am 60 years old and have eaten kfc since i can remember, however the last few times the chicken was under cooked, on the verge of being to raw to eat. I ate it a few time thinking maybe it's just me, , , , nope it made me very sick! so please cook your chicken as you used to please! i know of several people who told me the same thing "chicken was not cooked enough" and they also were sick from it... I understand that the lines get long, but please take the right time to cook it...People would rather wait for good chicken, thean under cooked chicken. Please address this issue it is most important not to make customers sick from raw chicken... By doing so maybe your ratting's would be better.. Thank you a concerned customer!

KFC Price and quality and service

Been going here since opening, wife and I. Have our usual, 2 pcs, drumstick and thigh. I get crispy, wife gets regular also mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and 2 med. Pepsi.. Noticed our bill was $2.25 higher than last visit, 2 weeks previous. Same order! Also chicken was terrible, mushy and very wet inside, did not eat it. When inquired to manager she said something about how it was ordered. Wth! Also snotty attitude. This sucks! Will not be back! You just lost a very loyal customer and will spread the word on how we got treated! Your place and product have really gone downhill the last 2 years. Smaller mashed potatoes, smaller cole slaw, chicken taste bad. Can't even get a plate to eat on. Good bye! Ticket #3928

KFC 49 Riyals Bucket that comes with 12pcs chicken

Every time i recieve my order, the fried chickens are totally wet. It's no longer fried and it lost its crunchiness. I feel so unsatisfied and no gravy that comes with it. Although there are option for sauces. But the normal sauce that is available for dine in is not included in the bucket. It's totally tasteless.

Desired outcome: Kfc must improve the way it delivers online purchases. They must let chicken dry first before wrapping up for delivery.

KFC Unethical behavior and cold food

Dear KFC headquarters, I have been KFC customer since 1991 in the USA when I was an exchange student from the former USSR country Uzbekistan Nowadays, I am back in Uzbekistan. sometimes I visit KFC in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, location of KFC International Food Chain ООО, KFC Yunusabad
Address: Tashkent city, Yunusabad region, Prospect Amira Timura 141. Last month, they messed up my order and the food was cold as well as french fries I kind of let it go. And when I visited with my friend again on 02.09.2021 I was really disappointed with their rudeness communication with us and also with our food order. First of all, after making our order I went to the restroom to wash my hands, the restroom was out of paper towel and came out and asked the personal for napkins to wipe off my hands since not finding paper towel in the restroom. The personal of KFC answered the didn't have paper and asked me to go to the restroom even though I told the no paper their and dry machine would't work. Second of all, Cheeseburgers deluxes were cold and in addition they gave us drinks called fanta instead of coke even though we paid for coke. The point is they didn't even apologize or anything like. I think my friend and I deserve apology at this time. Here are order information, Order number 246. Type of order in the hall. Date and time of order 2021-02-09, 20:21:33. My wife went to get a 20 dollar fill up. They started asking what pieces & sides she wanted. This is not a option as far as I can tell. They then changed her for a 12 piece meal and charged the $37.99 vice $20 + tax. This is deceptive. We tried to call but after 12 tries all we got is mailbox is full. I called Bremerton to verify price options. This verified my assumption. This hurt cause I used to work for KFC.
