KFC everything about our experience

On 9-9-18, at approximately [protected] hours myself and my wife went in to have dinner at Kentucky Fried Chicken in LaGrange Ky store #750013. There was approx. 5 cars in the drive thru and 2 sets of people in the restaraunt waiting for food. I ordered my food but had to wait about 5 minutes to order and I was the first in line. My wife and I asked for a #5 and a #11. At this time they told us they were out of mash potatoes and gravy. We werent shocked that KFC was out of their #1 side dish but said ok and went ahead and replaced the mashed potatoes with potato wedges. After waiting 20 minutes for our food they finally brought it to counter. They brought it in to go bags and I said I asked for dine in. The clerk said well your ticket says to go. Then when I got to table, the food wasnt right. Chicken was cold and small, I didnt have potato wedges in my box. Then when I complained the manager said this isjust the way it was and made excuses. My wifes food the popcorn chicken was overcooked and hard. Then when I had to wait for my potato wedges wifes were cold and awful. I tried to be patient but was getting frustrated. Then I asked for strawberry jelly for my biscuit and the manager said she was out. While in the store, 3 others asked for their money back and two customers walked out.

This is a major concern because the LaGrange KFC is awful more times then not. Unfortunatly I will not be going back to this KFC. I love Kentucky Fried Chicken but if this is what the company wants their store to be ran like, I will spread the word for locals not to go to this KFC.

I would like KFC to fix this by refunding my money and hopefully fixing this restaraunt for the people of Oldham County KY

KFC management

Richard that new manager at the perryville store is rude to all customers he talks to the employees like they are trash he has a guy training for a shift leader spot who has been in and out of prison for drugs and burglary he's bad news. I over heard him telling one of the employees a young girl to call him "daddy" that's kind of creepy seeing as how old he is and him being her manager and all it was unnecessary... The food always taste and looks like it's a week old when he's working I don't get it... Where's all your old managers that actually knew how to do their jobs and did them right and worried about us customers

KFC about kfc drive-through

First of all I love KFC chicken, eat it once a week but, every time I order 10 hot wings from drive-through, I Always have to wait for them to cook the hot wings Never Ready for the drive-through, why only hot wings Never ready, Maybe it's ONLY at the Bonita Springs FL. on I41 KFC. Maybe if I'm lucky they'll build a Popeyes chicken and I won't have this problem anymore. Please help me with this problem KFC, if you could just do a surprise visit I think you would be shocked and I mean that. So you are complaining because they make food fresh for you instead of wings that may have been sitting cooked and waiting for who knows how long, just in case someone comes in to order them? If you got some hard, stale wings that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, you would likely be complaining about the quality.

Ordering chicken pieces and ordering wings are 2 different things. The wings don't sell as quickly and therefore they have probably found that the wings just sit there and get wasted. So instead, they cook them fresh. The pieces of chicken move regularly and they always have them up. Don't really know how I am "acking" since I have never done that before. Also, KFC doesn't exactly sell peace of chicken. In fact, I'm pretty sure what they do is the opposite of that. Pieces of chicken however, well that's a different story. In which case, you can refer to my previous comment regarding freshness and quantities sold.
No need to be so rude. If you don't like having comments on your "complaints" may I suggest you don't post to public forums.

KFC cleanliness/missing health inspection rating

The cleanliness or lack thereof in the lobby was really bad. Tables and floors were filthy. The rating of the restaurant wasn't visible anywhere. It wasn't behind the registers or the counter. There was about 7 staff members in the back not one came out to wipe down the tables or check in the dining area. The chicken was hard and stale, my daughter was starving that is the only reason we stayed and ate. Not to mention we were traveling out of state and required us to eat.

KFC cleanliness, food

The KFC store located at Forest Lane and LBJ Freeway is the only KFC store in my neighborhood, Lake Highlands. I have only visited in the evenings after 5:00 pm. Each time I have visited the store was unclean...floors, and bathroom. The desk employees are usually unfriendly, and apathetic. Something is wrong about my order every time.

The employees are indolent and unmotivated. There appears to be no manager on board.

I would really like to see this store be successful, and the demographics support that for sure. My part of this neighborhood is not going to keep going to a poorly managed, unclean store.

I hope you heed this advice soon.

KFC chicken

2 days this week I have stopped at the Lebanon, tn location on hwy 231...Monday night about 840 pm was told no wings available, no legs available in crispy...then Friday night about 905 pm I was told only tenders n pot pie available...sorry this is not good customer service...I live 40 miles east from that location just to be told no chicken available...

KFC 12piece hot wings $10 share bucket

We decided to go to the 11st KFC in Rockford Illinois instead of Popeyes because of the add/banner on their window stating they had the 12pcs Hot Wings $10 Share bucket. I planned on getting more than one after a long trip back home. I ordered it, but was told that they no longer carry this menu item at this store even though the sign on the window clearly listed it as one of the choices. We left KFC without purchasing anything and went to Our Other Chicken Option. Very disappointed especially since your online adds also list them.

KFC poor service

I am writing to complain about the KFC in Carlisle Pa.
Yesterday I sat at the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me. I decided I was not going to wait any longer. I pulled up through the parking lot and saw two employees in the parking lot talking to someone in a car. I asked them where all the staff was. He said we only have two staff tonight. 2 staff and both were outside I couldn't believe it. This is the worst KFC I have ever been at. The facility is dirty. The staff is ignorant and runs in circles as if they have no clue what they are doing. They never have pot pies when we go there. Sunday's they alwYs tell us someone forgot to put them in the oven. My entire experience with thus place gas been a nightmare. Please look into it. S

KFC not product but service

I am complaining about the HORRIBLE SERVICE at our local kfc in Pocomoke City MD. I waited in line at drive thru for 20 min and still did not get my order I then called the number from the line and after 18 rings someone answered and I said I had called and was still in line waiting for my order 3 cars had gotten out of line and left others were complaining I could hear from the cars this is NOT​ a one time deal but always I was telling this story and 3 other people were telling the same thing it is just crazy that it would be like this when we want something from there we shouldn't feel like we need to take a Xanax before going just to take care of the stress of going . please check into this the management or something is wrong very! wrong. KFC bad customer service

I was being helped by a very courteous associate and they ran out of Cole slaw. I was able to chose another side order however the manager (Michael) was very rude at his associate and she didn't deserve the verbal abuse that she endured. He yelled at her on 2 occasions while I was at the counter. He made a rude comment on my selection change of the side order, to which they ran out of and as he wa gathering my order he yelled at the associate to grab my order. As a manager he should never yell at his associate or degrade her while the customers are standing at the counter. This is the store in Bougainville Rd in Honolulu Hawaii. I hope the manager will be spoken to and retrained on His customer service tactics.

KFC bad restaurants

KFC chicken is great the commercials are good but I've been to every KFC in Wichita Falls, Texas and Lawton, Oklahoma and within 6 months to a year of it being open the business declines because the restaurants are nasty and the smell of filth hits you in the face as soon as you walk in, who wants to eat there. I remember looking forward to eating at KFC, but now, never. I recently went to the KFC on north central freeway by Walmart in Wichita Falls, Texas I walked in stood at the counter for awhile a kid said she went to the bathroom she'll be right back, there was a trash can by the counter that was over flowing onto the floor and every table was nasty. the girl came out of the bathroom and went straight to the register. What happened to the double hand washing after coming out of the bathroom? Well I just said never mind and left. I really don't see how the health department hasn't closed them down 90% of the business has to be drive thru so those people don't actually see how nasty the restaurant is. Just thought you'd like to know

KFC old food

First we ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner two wings and one thigh and had to repeat it twice. Get home it was 2 thighs and a leg UGH called they had us go back and get home and yes the order correct now but the CHICKEN WAS OLD you could even see it had probably been sitting there all day. The more and more I go there the more and more I am hating your chicken.

KFC chicken

Why is it that you charge 40 dollars for a 16 PC bucket and the pieces are ridiculous. They give you 8 pcs. White. They are bad but the dark is a couple of legs and a couple of wings. No thighs. I always liked kfc but it a waste of money now. I like dark meat and I never get it even when they say are giving it. Other than the drumstick. Ridiculous. I wont waste my money anymore. 2nd thing was when you ask for original and you get crispy after you ask 3 times is also very up setting.
I go to the store in milford Massachusetts. I'm always disappointed there.

KFC chicken

I went to the Kentucky fried chicken on, 7245 E. Golf Links Rd. the chicken was overcooked and dry and they had no coleslaw to go with the family meals that they advertised. I was very disappointed in the product. I have always eaten at KFC and never have had a problem. This time big problems . The chicken was very dark like it had cooked too long. The family meal that I ordered was supposed to come with two large mashed potatoes and gravy one large coleslaw and 12 pieces of chicken. They argued with me and would only give me one mashed potatoes and gravy, and no coleslaw. It was $25 plus tax and I didn't even get what I wanted.

KFC service/food

On Sunday, 9/2 at 6:30 pm, we ordered food inside. They were having to tell people there is a 25 minute wait on chicken. I ordered a $5 fillup with the tenders. The cashier said there would be about a 7 minute wait. Then asked where the cook was and they said he would be back. The cashier then asked the manager on duty to drop some: her reply was my brother will when he comes back. So the cashier told me that it would be 10 minutes on the wait. When the cook came back, she asked him to drop tenders and his reply was that he had already broke the fryer down. This was at 6:40 pm. So she asked did I want a refund. I went ahead and chose a different meal because my family was eating. My point here is, why was the fryer already down that early and why do they walk around conplaining about the sales but they aren't cooking the food and therefore not making the money the restaurant could be making. Poor customer service and lazy employees!

KFC service/ food/ restaurant cleanliness

We went to the K.F.C on 653 East 9400 South Sandy Utah at 7:57 on Saturday, 09/01/2018. When approaching the restaurant there was a employee coming out, she was with a friend.
We went in one of the employees said he would be right with us we stood there for about 4 minutes before being serviced. while waiting for our order i looked around the restaurant and the debris all over on the tables, floor behind the counter on the floor . There was a broom and dust pan unattended in the restaurant . When the employee came back in to the store she went right behind the counter and started helping one of the employee with out washing her hands. They use tongs i feel they should also wear gloves. We do not live far from this K.F.C, Arriving home the chicken was warm, the mashed potatoes were cold a long with the gravy, the biscuits were stale, the only thing that was right was the coleslaw. I can't believe any one would allow their store to look that bad along with the employees.

KFC horrific food prep and lobby!

The store was filthy and discussing outside and in! Gloves laying on the ground and dirty and glcrumbs everywhere . This is the second time I have filed a complaint and nothing has been done about the horrible conditions, worse peoples are still eating in this place! If you say anything to management they roll their eyes and ask if there is anything else you want.

Order: 12 piece meal, mashed, wedges and biscuits.
I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes before even reaching the speaker. Took another 10 minutes to get my order. Which was also cold. My chicken had deep fried feathers on it. I have a picture. The staff was rude and shoved my food at me almost dropping it. Just very disappointed.

KFC i'm complaining about service.

To who may concern,
Yesterday August 30, 2018 I went to KFC located at 840 Highland Ave. National City, CA 91950 at 5:18pm to buy a $20 fill-up bucket. When I was placing the order at the drive-tru the employee sounded rude when asking me what I wanted to order. I told her that I just wanted the item that I mentioned above. She gave me the total and I proceeded to pick up my order at the window. At the window I gave her my debit card and the card got declined and I told her that I was going to park the car on the side while I transfer money to my checking account, because I didn't want to waste her time (I know that they have a time limit per customer at the drive-thru and I understand that). She made like a "uff" sound and she rolled her eyes and she said ok. I went to the other side to park my car to make the transfer but it came to my mind. Why am I going to spend my money in a business that is threating me like crap (sorry for the expression). Because this is about the business that doesn't see the type of people that they hire. Also, the drive-thru area smelled very bad. It looked like it needs to be pressure wash. I work as a office manager and I ALWAYS tell my employees that no matter what customer service is first than anything. I'm not asking for a refund because I decided not to purchase anything. All I'm asking for is to have better customer service. Thank you in advance for your time.

KFC customer service

We were waiting for our food for 45 minutes, I seen 4 people that ordered there food way after us they were only waiting for 15 minutes to get there food..I went to the counter asked for the manager he asked for my name to look up my order when I finally received my food they only gave me one order I had 2 orders, I was not happy at all. I told my partner to take over so I could cool down. He got the order straighten after waiting 45 to 50 minutes for out food. I rarely complain but that was a very long wait knowing other customer's got there
