KFC how they treat their worker with no respect.

Well working at kfc was an bad experience for me. Kfc assistance mger are so mean. It is bad enough they work you like slave. But they yell there heads off for nothing. Because they did not training you right and they wonder why they 10 to 14 workers. The way they treat and talk is horrible. For 7.70 wow. And you can't work there they hold your check. And also the workers get no breaks even when 6 hours or more. South county is a nasty place to eat if only people knew they make your food without washing there hands and there are no cameras.

KFC the entire experience

My girlfriend and I went to the Carmel, Indiana location on Michigan and 106th street. We ordered all of our food freshly made to start with and they said a 10 minute wait. So 10 minutes turned into 45 minutes! The shift leader Shone had about 5 orders come through and his staff thought it was a great idea to all simultaneously take a break. We checked on the food and had to correct them on the order several times before they included everything on the order to get it correct. Shone thought it was a good idea to get an attitude with my girlfriend. The food was cold! We had an overall terrible experience and will not be returning to that location. The meal was $20 for everything for fast food that took 45 minutes. I am hoping for reimbursement for the terrible service tonight.

KFC food service and cleanliness

My husband and I just ate dinner at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in York, Ne. I watched the food service gal make my sandwich without the use of gloves. I asked her to please remake my sandwichs using gloves. She did but wasn't extremely happy about it. We then sat down to eat and I watched her make several sandwiches without gloves AGAIN! The store was extremely dirty and as I work in the food service area with the Dept. of Health I was compelled to write you! I'm thinking this store needs some serious attention on educating their staff in the proper way to handle food! Thank you for your time, Julie Deepe

KFC not having food!! dry coleslaw

Yesterday, Sept.8 2017, I visited the KFC in Riverton Utah. We called in a pick up order for a 20 piece meal. When I arrived they had no idea where the order went several minutes went by while the gal asked other employees who took the order and then finally found it (strike One) then as she was ringing up the order a young man came over and stated "we don't have this "as he touched the paper with the tongs. pointing to the Coleslaw! ( Strike Two) When I asked why they didn't have any coleslaw he replied "the day shift didn't make any". (Strike Three, ) (why didn't the night shift make any?) My ticket # is 3062 Restaurant # S720191. The gay who took my money was clearly upset that there was no coleslaw, only sides they had was mashed Potatoes/Gravy and Green Beans. As we waited another 5 to 6 minutes I heard an employee say this is the last tray of Chicken( this is not the first time that this store has run out of chicken, ) When the young man called me up to pick up my order he said "I lied, I guess when they took your phone order they held back 2 coleslaw for you." I thanked him and left. I ordered and paid extra money to receive NO WINGS( Strike four) and when I got home we had WINGS and the coleslaw was DRY!( Strike Five). I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS KFC OR ANY OTHER IF I ENCOUNTER ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN!
I posted my dissatisfaction on Facebook and multiple people respond, it happens to them at different locations. My mother was a manager for KFC for many years and knew Pete Harmon personally, Im sure that if Pete was alive today this store would be making changes or be closed permanently. The cashier was CALIEM and was very pleasant to us. My total bill was $59.72 not worth it if you ask me!

KFC chicken dinners

I have been to kfc at least three or four times this month. A week ago went drive thru and paid for two four piece chicken wings was told the chicken was fresh did check box on top chicken was fresh didn't check second box got home chicken wasn't fresh was hard and dried out called back to store and was told if i came back they would fix mix up i live about four miles from restaurant so I told him I couldn't come back i wasnt given a receipt because they were in a rush and had four cars in front of me that were waiting on returns because car in front of me had to go in restaurant to get their order so I didn't have receipt. I went to the same restaurant which is located in Georgetown Kentucky and had the same problem food wasn't fresh had receipt this went back to restaurant spoke with manager which had an attitude wasn't my fault that order was wrong. I really don't know what is wrong with this restaurant here in Georgetown they use to be top notch but here lately its been messed up ppl getn grill chicken that wasn't cook right was raw person had that complaint went i was n restaurant with my complaint on this date Sept 9 2017. The store is NOT clean food all over floor were customers can see it. The drive thur not clean can see articles under cantor can see dirt on floor where it hasn't been clean can see build dirt on shelves were boxes are stored I am surprised that this restaurant hasn't been shut down because of unsanitary. I'm quite sure you should have more complaints if don't already have them. Some of the employees uniforms are not clean you can see where they have wiped their hands which has flour on them on their uniforms and plus you can tell the uniforms are not clean. I am just a unhappy customer. I have always thought kfc was a fantastic place to eat never had the problem that I am having how the employees use to nice and friendly but now they don't seem to take their job serious. You have one lady manager that works there is a nice person i don't know her name but she is a blond head woman but you may have more than one blond that is a manager working there. This kfc is not like it once were. I don't know what has happen to its not top notch anymore. This is my opinion its just not what it once was. Thk you Lucy Wheeler

KFC breast box

I ordered a breast box meal with extra breast with extra coleslaw #1 the chicken was so over cooked and dry I could barely bite into it the gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted horrible I think they didn't use enough water cause I've never seen it that dark I normally love your gravy with my biscuit but not this time.then I went to get my cookie and guess what there was none total disappointment the older women boxing up the meals was to bust hollering out to the cashier what the orders where instead of looking at the screen right next to her.she had the cashier in such disarray she could even think straight

How in the he'll you still got your employees working in a state of emergency you need to let them people be home with there family and prepare for this disaster you guys in corporate are so money hungry you think the customers can't tell it's weird that they haven't closed or put a sign that they will be closed some people in zone a need to evacuate how can they get there [censored] together if there stuck selling chicken you guys I bet are home with your families safe just sad and inhuman.!

KFC complaining about drive-through service and not getting order correct

I went through a Drive-thru La KFC on East Main Street Rock Hill South Carolina. Number one I know it only takes five minutes to cook chicken livers and I waited approximately 38 minutes on my food. Then I check it out and my order is completely wrong what I ordered as large they gave me a small and the other I did not get at all I had to go back inside and get them to redo my entire order all over again taking approximately over an hour and 10 minutes just to get a large Tater wedges and a large chicken liver service has been not great at that location for quite some time somebody needs to do something about the timing and listening properly to the orders

KFC manager at kfc on mitchell in ceres ca

I was ordering my 5 Dollar fill up and the girl charged me 8.29 I said excuse me it's a 5 Dollar fill up I had to repeat my order 3 times and she kept asking what kind of chicken I told her 3 times original and The Manager came from the back and got very aggressive and rude in front of my 6 year old daughter saying she's new and wanted me to pay 8.29 for a 5 Dollar fill up she was Very rude and I left and went to other store How is it a manager can talk to customers that way I felt threatened and my daughter was crying because your manager was very aggressive and scared my daughter I'd like to know her name she refused to give it to me

KFC paycheck

I started working at the KFC on plank road on july 7th. I worked and didnt get a paycheck until july 31st and it was 174$ it had 23.2 hours on it that was the first issue. I basically got everything except for my first four days. The Manager contacted me and got the info and said she was going to issue a check for it. It was i believe 120-135. She said i was gonna get a check for the pay period i worked. I only got one full paycheck from them and i still had another check from 7-25 thru 8-07 i never got paid for it and i asked her and she told me i had no check from them and i tried to explain and told her the situation she said she could only give me a check for what time sheets i have and i just said ok even though i know she can look up the days. She said about a week ago she was waiting on a email and ive been messaging her and no response. I dont want her to deal with this she doesnt do it thoroughly i would like a higher position to. KFC manager at clermont, fl location

The experience my husband and I had at the KFC located at 590 E Highway 50 Clermont, FL 34711 was traumatic, to say the least. My husband, myself, and our 2 co-workers stopped in for a bite after work. While I finished eating, my husband stepped outside for a cigarette. The Manager, (Arden?), started screaming for him to leave, stating that he was "doing drugs outside". Made a big scene and used foul language in front of all customers, including small children. She kept saying she had surveillance footage of him doing it, however, there are no cameras where she claims he was doing it. My husband and I both waited for the police to arrive. TWO different employees stepped outside and said, "Im so sorry. Shes crazy!" The police arrived, and she was unable to produce the footage she claimed to have. She tried to have him arrested but was unable to being that he had done nothing wrong. She had the police tresspass my husband. We worked hard all day, and we spent our money at KFC. What did we get in return? Dry biscuits and the manager trying to have my husband arrested for absolutely nothing. I request a call from the owner of the store at [protected]. KFC deceptive marketing

We had a very disturbing experience today at the KFC H Block Lahore outlet. My friend and I on our way to home were travelling on the road from Masjid Chowk Lahore towards Ghazi Road Junction on the Main Street outside H Block Market when we saw a KFC billboard on the left side of the road just at the corner of Burger King restaurant. Among other deals the advertisement claimed that a Sub 100 sandwich is available for PKR 100. This particular deal being the primary trigger, we drove to the H block outlet which was just a block away from the Billboard.

Upon reaching the counter to order we were met with surprise when the staff appeared to be clueless about any such deal and said that we might have mistaken Burger King's billboard advertisement for KFC. The person on the cash counter asked his colleague to accompany us to the billboard where we showed him the deal we wanted to order. The staff took up the concern with the manager who upon seeing the photograph of the same billboard told us that this particular deal is starting from 7th September and that he was not aware of the billboard but agreed to serve us the Sub 100 in 100 PKR. A while later he denied to serve us the order as according to him the POS system did not allow them to do so while the deal is not yet live. We asked him to give us a written refusal which initially he denied and showed us a copy of an official INTERNAL email stating that the particular deal we wanted to order will go live on 7th September 2017. We some how managed to get his written refusal(not up to the mark though) on a plain piece of paper after some argument during which the manager exhibited unprofessionalism and was least bothered to compensate for the frustration the situation has caused to us.

I would like to state that the billboard does not mention anything which clarifies that the deal is not activated or it is coming soon or anything like that. It was just a billboard mentioning a few new food articles at KFC and their prices. It is the implied from such advertisement that one can drive up to the restaurant and order any of the stuff which is being advertised by the restaurant on a billboard a block away.

The incident reeks of lack of coordination between either KFC corporate and its outlets or somewhere in between the supply chain. It also appears to be a subtle attempt of deceptive marketing whether intentional or unintentional as many consumers like us would give heed to such a prominent advertisement and are very likely to choose to go to the nearest KFC and get any of the AFFORDABLE deals and when denied the particular deal end up ordering something else and that too at a price more than PKR 100.

The incident has been very disturbing and loathing and we would like to hear how KFC Pakistan would like to compensate for the inconvenience caused, both monetarily and otherwise.

We look forward to hear from you soon, failing which we would like to explore other options of pursuing our claim in the consumer court and taking the matter to the social media.

KFC complaint cheating in offer and service

I have been to KFC outlet at Forum mall at 10pm on 6thSept 2017 .I ordered for Wednesday special which was displayed right on the big board above the counter .I have attached the picture .The cashier told me they do not have the French fries so would give me potato patties .He charged me RS.707.00 RupeesSeven hundred and seven only including taxes.When the order came they gave us 10pcs of chicken, in bucket Three patties, and two regular Pepsi .When I asked as to why they did not give me 5pcs of wings they cashier told the menu has changed offer has changed I asked him how come.He said that's all mam you can have.A company like KFC cannot cheat customers in broad daylight.Even the manager was not even helpful .He said I will refund your amount.They spoiled my family's evening.Can KFC give back our happiness.This is purely cheating customers with offers which entice but does not exist.We had to leave the food as it is and I lost.my money also.Very disgusting and disheartening.
I am sure if KFC still claims to be the best then I am sure there are proper authority to respond to this complaint

KFC chicken taste and size of pieces and terrible coleslaw

On September 2 2017 stopped to get 12 pieces of chicken with fries, gravy and 2 sides (coleslaw)...the chicken was dry, had 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 pieces of white meat, 1 thigh and 5 pieces of chopped up pieces smaller than the wings...the coating (which is the best part) had no flavour and I could have made better at home plus coleslaw (husband favourite) was not the regular kind but same made in grocery store with bagged coleslaw and dressing...spent almost 50 dollars for a meal I would end up throwing out...if this is the new KFC I think superstore chicken is a better deal

KFC chicken

Went through the drive through at 7:30 pm and ordered white meat chicken. I was told they didn't have any and I asked were they gonna cook more and she said we just cooked this and all the white meat is gone so no we're not cooking anymore. If the restaurant closes at 9 you still has an hour and a half before closing. I will never understand how a chicken place runs out of chicken.

KFC verbally abusive shift manager

Jesus Gonzalez, experienced shift manager at KFC in Alton Gloor has continuously been taunting or mocking workers and comparing them to others who he personally dislikes. For example if he believes "John" always runs out of chicken, he calls another cook "John" to make them feel less of themselves. He also turned off the lights in the walk in while someone new to prep was looking for corn and he stated "you weren't gonna find what you were looking for anyway" and followed with laughter. He also has admitted to using cocaine while on duty and purchasing it in the parking lot as well. I am an anonymous worker at the same kfc who has had enough of him and is done letting this slide. Please take this seriously

09/05/2017 KFC at 120 Murtland Ave. Washington, Pa. phone # [protected].
My brother and I entered this KFC to get dinner for him and a snack for me. Tom's order came to 33.00 and I ordered a large Diet Pepsi and a large Pot Wedge. We paid and cashier said here is your potato wedges. I went to the truck not thinking anything was in the box other than the wedges but there were 4 biscuits in the box. We were on our way home and had to turn back to get the correct order. Got back to the store and I said I didn't get my wedges I got 4 biscuits. The lady said that the biscuits come with the order. I said I don't think biscuits come with wedges. The manager said did you check the other order. I said I did and I did not see them in the bag. She asked if she could see the other order to see if wedges were in it., I said go ahead. She goes out to my brothers truck and asked if she could see his order to make sure his order was right. But she did not say to him that she wanted to see if wedges were in it. I go out to the truck and she said the wedges were in the other order. I gave her back the other order of wedges that was given to me. I asked how do you mix up a simple order like potatoe wedges and pepsi, She said it wasn't her fault, she did not do it. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was one of the managers. She said again it wasn't her fault and I said as a manager you are the boss and if someone makes a mistake it is your responsibility. She said whatever, I looked at her and said " whatever" I am a customer and for you to say whatever. Bad image. And the potato wedges were not good. I told her I would not be back. Very bad customer service.

KFC no food available and customer service

I have tried on many occasions to get food at our local KFC that is located at 608 Hwy St, Madison, NC 27025. EVERY time I go there no matter what time of day they never have any chicken. This is not only me complaining, but everyone. I went in on this past Saturday evening (9-2-17). The employees gladly take your order after you waiting anywhere between 15-30 minutes, they take your money and then after the fact tell you they have no chicken. I am SICK of it. For god sake get some people in there that know how to run a restaurant or close it!

We all love KFC but this is unreasonable. We need some help from Corporate to get this straight.

KFC unfair treatment at the kfc location in huntsville, alabama, highway 72

To Whom It May Concern:

My father, who is elderly, recently attempted to buy a meal at the KFC Highway 72 location in Huntsville, Alabama. I was very saddened and deeply disturbed to learn about his recent experience there.

He attempted to buy a meal that he thought was a "$4.99 special" (with a coupon) and was erroneously charged $8.00 for it. When he questioned the cashier about it, the cashier brought over her manager, who immediately became irate and raised her voice to my father. My father simply wanted to know why he was being charged more for the meal that he thought was discounted. The manager continued to raise her voice, repeatedly saying "Is there something wrong with the meal? Is there something wrong with the meal?" Again, my father simply wanted clarification as to why he was being charged the higher price.
I am deeply saddened and disappointed that this manager would behave in such an unpleasant and discourteous manner. What makes it worse is that this unprofessional behavior was directed towards my father, who is 80 years old. (and was actually celebrating his 80th birthday that very day!)
I just thought you should know how your employee treated an elderly person in such a vile, disgusting manner.
