KFC dirty restroom and overdone chicken and illness

KFC 2751 Columbus Street Ottawa, IL 2:45 p. m.
The ladies restroom needs a good cleaning. The corners and edges of the restroom were filthy. Someone needs to get down on their hands and knees with a scrub brush. Shame on you KFC for the filth. The toilet had a dark ring around it making it obvious that no one uses a toilet brush to clean it.

We both ordered the $5 fill up box. I choose regular fried and my husband choose extra crispy. We traded pieces and I ate a wing and a thigh that seemed to not be extra crispy. The coating was hard as if over done. It did not taste fresh.

I did not finish my potatoes and gravy because it seemed to be too much.

Today I left work around noon because I thought I might be having a heart attack. I felt as though I had something in my lower throat every 15 to 20 minutes. I would have episodes of dizziness and feeling faint.

I left work and called my husband who was driving a semi. He parked the truck to meet me at home in case he had to take me to the ER.

When I got home I took my blood pressure and took my daily prescriptions. Within 5 minutes of taking the meds I threw up. My husband told me he has had diarhea all morning. We both decided we were suffering from food poisoning from that chicken. I have been belching bad chicken all afternoon.

Another problem we noticed was that the KFC was not busy at that time. There were 4 tables of people. The KFC girl brought out the meals to a table with 3 senior citizen women and apologized for not having another food tray. She said they were all out.

I counted 4 trays in the whole place. Another embarrassment to KFC

I dont think either one of us will ever eat at another KFC again.

KFC food and service

My neighbor and my self visited KFC on 4/5/2018 bcuz I received coupons in the mail and had been there about 5 times each time the chicken wasn't redi. On this night I placed two separate orders and proceeded to pik up window to pay the mail attendant after takin my money asked me two pull over two the side and I said no bcuz no one was behind me as he begin telling me he would get in trouble bcuz they had a timer that shows how long it takes to serve each vehicle. The female mgr came to the window rudely speaking telln me how long she's been there etc in a haste to get me out of there apparently she gave me chicken that wasn't cooked fully. Abt 2am that mrng I bcame very ill nearly to the point of hospitalization . I was sick and could have been killed I take this very serious and would like to speak with someone in yr customer service department regarding this matter.

KFC service

I had to wait until today to submit this complaint because I was to angry last night.

We were told it would be 18 minutes and to please pull around to the front parking lot which we did. Another vechicle pulled in next to us shortly after we parked. They brought his purchase to him quickly. I have no idea what he had ordered. We waited 20 minutes and I tried to call the number on the receipt and it went straight to a fax machine. I then went in and was told it would be another 12 minutes and if I wanted we could have our money back. The establishment was not busy and very few people or cars came and went while we waited.
I told her I did not want my money back and wanted the chicken. After waiting 32 minutes we finally go our chicken and brought it home. Guess what no white meat.

Our ticket number was #2781.

KFC race discrimination

Dear KFC Customer Service

I couldn't help writing you this letter to share my terrible experience in one of your KFC franchise point located in an island called Curacao, as I do not know the exact place where to complain because it seems this island doesn't even have head customer service, that is why I choose to send this letter to the USA headquarter Customer Service, and I hope that you can direct me the correct place for this complain if I am in the wrong place.

On 6th April, 2018, Friday 9:40pm (UTC-4), I had purchased a KFC Chicky Pack Menu, in a KFC Santa Maria Curacao, Store Number is 5 for this selling point, Curacao, my receipt number according to my memory is xx2933, I had paid 9.95 Florin (which is equivalent to 5 USD) for a Chicky Pack menu, and it seemed that there is a local promo campagne that if a client fill in a survey online with the receipt number, the client will get a piece of chicken for free as rewards, it always has been, I think, or at lease its written on the receipt that GIVE Feedback Get REWARDS.

However, when I finished filling the survey online, I turned back to the counter to get my piece of chicken, one seller just reacted very rude to me and told me that the promo activity was finished and I wouldn't have my piece of chicken. I was unhappy and I turned back to my seat, I talked with one other client who also just bought a menu, and it seemed that that client also knew about the promo activity, and she was also about to go take her piece of chicken as rewards because she had also finished filling the survey online, indeed, it turned out that she had successfully got her piece of chicken without any problem, I was very upset and I asked the young girl to go together with me to ask why she had it, and why I didn't, because I think it concerns a kind of race discrimination, I am Asian and that young girl is a local resident. Indeed, when we both went towards to the cash counter to ask what happened, and why I didn't have that piece of chicken, that rude seller, her first reaction was unbelievably rude, she said to that young girl " you don't have to tell the Lady that you got a piece of chicken for free", and the rude seller also turned back to say to me, "the young girl had ordered it earlier than you", while in fact in wasn't true at all, I remember that young girl was just 2 or 3 orders before me, not much earlier as the rude seller said, and the rude seller did not only being rude, but also told me that if I want a piece of chicken I have to pay, without even a word of apology. Later another seller took my ticket and explained to me that to profit of that promo, it requires a minimum purchase of 10 fl. While mine purchase was only 9.95fl for a Chicky Pack.. I became a bit calmed down as that lady was at least police when she talked to me, and I also replied to that lady politely that " ok, but you need to explained to me my purchase wasn't enough instead of just sending me away with those rude words, although I knew that wasn't completely true, that young girl who had got the piece of chicken for free also had purchase a Chicky pack menu for 9.95fl, and I am a frequent client of that KFC point and I always purchase the Chicky Pack at 9.95fl and always get the rewards.

Although finally I also got my piece of chicken as rewards after the argument, but I wasn't happy at all about the KFC service, I really want a clear explanation from that Santa Maria, Curacao KFC point
1. On 6th April 2018, around 10pm (UTC -4) Curacao local time, that promo activity was still valid, and not finished as that rude seller said.
2. I am really unsatisfied about this Race discrimination, because this is not the first time I had problem in this KFC selling point, before I also had problem such as, they charged 0.35 cents for extra paper bag, and 0.25 cents for extra package of Mayonnaise. I really want a written apology from this KFC Store from Santa Maria Curacao, Store No.5, I believe all that had happened had been recorded by camera, so they can find out that rude seller easily.

Looking forwards to your response on this matter, as I believe that KFC Company treats every client equally and fair enough.

KFC skimpy pot pies (6)

On friday april 6th, 2018 I ordered and purchased 6 chicken pot pies. I have been quite fond of kfc's pot pies and I wanted to share the experience with my grandchildren. So I ordered six for the evening meal on friday and when we went to eat I peeled back the crust as I always do and seen there wasn't very much filling in my pot pie, so I had the children do the same. Each of the six pot pies I purchased barely had any filling in them. I am very, very disappointed! Tho what we had were still tasty it isn't what I was suppose to get for the price of $5.00 each meal. Also our soft drinks were very weak flavored and tasted like all carbonated water. I am again very disappointed, because I have not ever been before. I was quite embarrassed to brag on your product to my family and then this, not one but all six were that way!

KFC has gone downhill. The potpies come concave with barely any filling in them. Tonight i stopped after work to get an original bowl...mashed potatoes, chicken nuggets, corn, cheese, and gravy. What i got was a BOWL OF GRAVY. It had 3 tiny pieces of chicken. It was disgusting, and went in the garbage. I also bought a biscuit. Not surprisingly it was ROCK HARD. In the garbage that went. What a waste of money! I'm very disappointed, and done with KFC!

KFC rude employee that doesn't know how to bag food up correctly!

I just left your kentucky fried chicken drive through in cottonwood heights, I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal. The employee that was taking the order snapped attitude at me as I ordered my meal, was absolutely ridiculous! That isn't what i'm here to complain about though, she handed me my bag of food with gravy that did not have a top on it! Needless to say that it's all over my car. Also, I never did get any utensils to eat what was left of my food nor napkins! I am very unpleased and will never come to kfc again. Good night!

KFC rude manager

I went thru the drive thru of the forest park, Cincinnati kfc to order dinner for my family. When I got up to the window I was told to pull around front and they would bring my order out. It took them 26 minutes to bring my food out. When I got home after waiting for 26 minutes, I find that my order was messed up. I was missing most of my order. I called the restaurant to tell them. I spoke to a manager named Matthew and he said to come back up and ask for him and he would make it right. I went back tonight April 7th at 8:45pm. The manager said that Matthew no longer worked there and there was nothing she could do because I didn't have a receipt. Who keeps fast food receipts? I offered to show her the debit card transaction on my phone bank app and she wouldn't even look at it. I told her that they have messed my order up several times and I never said anything. This time I want it made right. She refused then walked away while I was still talking. She was unbelievably rude and I don't understand how she could even have a job there let alone be a manager. I want something done about this or I will never eat at any kfc location ever again

KFC 5 meal fillup

I visited Rosa parks kfc
The food was awful. Being I loved KFC chicken the potatoes and gravy were running and the original recipe was undercooked. I vowed to never visit that particular store again.

So two days ago I went to the clarksvills OK store and the potatoes and gravy taste scorched and the chicken was so overdone I couldn't get it from the bone the breast was crispy and had no taste.
So completely I am now going to Popeye for an enjoyable meal. That is hot, fresh, and tasty.
Goodbye colonial Sanders, I guess you didn't want to leave your secret recipe for the world to keep loving my used to be favorite chicken . I has flown the coop and I don't want to eat the new secret recipe. Oh and the great biscuit was dry and taste like baking powder. Awful

KFC chicken order

In Tacoma Washington in Lakewood I went to Kentucky fried chicken to get an order of chicken wings that this was At 9:45 pm and they gave me my order within a couple minutes the chicken was Burt dried out no good and I can't believe even served it to me and therefore I had to pay $15 for chicken that my kids didn't want. This is the fourth time I was served there bad chicken it doesn't matter what time you go there this always happens.

KFC advertising

Get rid of Reba McIntyre as Colonel Sanders. It's just plain bad advertising. Completely lost my appetite for your chicken with her singing about it. Sanders was and always will be a man, not a woman dressed like a man. Worst advertising stunt I've ever seen. Not sure what the whole point of using a woman was, but everyone I have talked to feels the same. Do the franchise a favor, find a guy who will do KFC proud and stick with him. I won't be buying any of your chicken until you do.

KFC service

Arrived at 10:30, the internet states it opens at 10:30 and it wasn't, the store hours on the door states it opens at 10:00, so i called into the facility and the employee stated they open at 10:00 but the doors didn't open til we called in and it was well pass 10:30 so i pulled up the drive thru only to find they're would be a 12-15 wait on chicken, the disappointment!

Someone has filled out a job application using my information illegally. I have never worked at a Kentucky fried chicken. I need the job application destroyed. This was in June or julyof 2017. KFC the chicken

I went to two KFC restaurants both places chicken didn't look like anything like KFC food. It was burnt at the first place an you couldn't tell the original from the crunchy, the second restaurant wasn't my much better. I think someone doesn't know the chicken doesn't even look like the commercial. It look like it was under heat lamps all day or was leftovers from the night before. We sit in drive thru at first place 20 mins thought we were getting fresh food. WROUNG..hope someone makes some changes so we can enjoy our favorite chicken again.

KFC unkempt parking lot / dumpster / trash can / trash all over the property

I am at the Dorchester Massachusetts KFC the parking lot is disgusting there's trash all over the place the trash is not even put into the dumpster, is on the ground in front of the dumpster. Dumpster is right in the parking lot so you can see how disgusting it is doors to the dumpster open. It has been like this since Monday and today is Thursday.

KFC order and food were not acceptable.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received on April 3, 2018. My order took 45 minutes then when I got it the items in the boxed were wrong. I took it back inside. Mind you I went through the drive thru. I got home and the Mac n cheese had burned crusty pieces and the chicken was suppose to be thigh and a leg it was a leg and a breast my sister don't eat breast. The tenders that my niece had was so hard she couldn't eat them. I myself purchased a famous bowl and the chicken in the bowl was all crunchy. I spent a good amount of money on these meals and I was not happy.

KFC kfc on the corner of broad street & 13th street in phenix city, ala. 36867

I personally love the chicken that KFC is known for. But the restaurant closest to my house (the above mentioned) is the nastiest food I've encountered ever. I'm not raciest at all but I suspect that it's whites targeted in believe it or not, food poisoning. I challenge whom ever reading this, send a trusted white person in the KFC I'm speaking about, order a pot pie. I'm positive that the response will be most disgusting chicken pie ever. Please fix this. P. s. there are many more stories I've experienced in this particular KFC location.

KFC service

I went to the KFC at 720 Northwest 37th Avenue Miami, Florida at approximately 10 p.m. on April 1st, 2018 Easter Sunday. I waited at the drive-thru for approximately 5 minutes nobody said anything to me. The first window was closed. I went to the second window. The lady told me she could not take my order I had to get back in line. I explained to her I already waited in the line and nobody even said I'll be right with you, , nothing. She still refused to take my order and all I wanted was a one piece $5 fill up. Finally I asked for the number to the home office to complain she tried to give me the store phone number but I knew it wasn't the home office number. I said that's not the home office number then she told me it's 1 800- KFC. I knew that didn't add up either. Anyway that's a hell of a way to treat somebody on Easter Sunday and I hope you take some action to correct this problem. I asked for her name to report her and she told me her name was Mercy. Maybe it was Marcy, a heavy set woman up in age with white hair. Thank you for your help.

KFC chicken and chicken pot pie..

After purchasing a chicken Pot Pie that wasn't cook all the way, never recieved one that was gummy before..and I also brought a 12piece box of chicken with six biscuits that was hard..the chicken was just thrown in the box, with skin falling off, some of the chicken was moist and uneatable.. Check order after I got home, I call the Manager Jay, which had a nasty attitude when I try to tell him my problem concerning my order.. KFC #G135286.. 5852 S. Western Ave.. Ticket #2272 3/30/18.. 8:03p.m.after spending $32.55, what's wrong with expecting to get what you pay for.. Without someone in a management have a nasty attitude and not trying to solve the problem or make sure his staff do their job...😤😢😤😤😢😤

I was just getting some grilled chicken and a chicken pot pie and found a rusty penny at the bottom of the the manager wasn't concerned about the situation you if my child was eating this pot pie and it was lodge in his throat will sorry or management unconcerned be easy to say managers didn't care about the situation will i hate this place after loving it for so many delicious year and feeding my family I'm very up set your truly and lost custermer Michael Chinnis

I come to this store almost everyday. I am always polite and courteous(yes please...no thank you...etc) my only problem was that several times my order was wrong but i'd already be back at my job when i'd find out! So...i started checking my order upon receiving it at the drive thru window. This is when the manager would chastise me rather rudely and tell me to move it! I would try to tell her i was just checking my order because on a number of occasions it has been wrong but she would never listen or hear me...just rudely yell at me to move it, then she'd walk away.Checking my order could not of taken more than a few seconds! Today the apparently insane manager told me to "never come back to KFC"(thats sure good customer relations).All because i took a few seconds to check my order each time to avoid Their Careless Mistakes but i never once complained about that...(i understand people make mistakes)Obviously, your manager doesn't understand Anything! I found her to be Extremely obnoxious, incredibly rude, totally inconsiderate, and probably one of the worst "Professionals" i've ever met! I've been married for 34yrs. and worked in my profession for 38yrs. without interruption...I'm not bragging however, i do have a bit of a clue about how to get along with others...The way your manager represents you at the Atlantic City store should Most Definitely be re-evaluated...her people skills seem to be non-existent at best!

PS- i attempted to give her another chance to resolve this problem like an adult Professional but that was when she avoided my request to speak to her in the store and proceeded to call in the Atlantic City police department(Really?). So pathetic...i guarantee you that you will find what i found if you so investigate.Actually, i do feel sorry for her...she obviously has a deeper disturbance that's saturating her demeanor with hate and disdain. Good Luck i guess i will have to go to Popeye's Chicken now that i am officially band(per your manager & AC police dept)from KFC!
