KFC Ignored at store

My wife contacted the Birch Run location to inquire if their dining room was open, they confirmed it was. Feb 26 2022 @ 1:50p

After driving 10 miles, the doors were locked. When they noticed, they allowed us inside and then ignored us for almost 5 minutes.

Waste of our time and gas.

Desired outcome: That the staff and management receive training in customer service. That would be a great start.

KFC Fill up (8 piece and 2 large sides/biscuits) meal

I went to the KFC in Painesville OH (zip 44077) on Saturday January 22nd approx 5pm. I intended to order and extra krispy chicken fill up meal ($25) I was informed they only had dark meat if I still wanted the meal. I said yes and received 8 pieces of dark meat extra krispy. I would have though an adjustment of pieces since they were all small dark meat might have been in order but that's not my issue here. When my family and I went to eat the chicken approx 10-15 minutes later (I live within 4 miles of the location on Richmond street) we all had the same reaction (terrible taste which felt like it was sitting for hours) the chicken was so dark (almost looked burnt) and the breading was very dark as well. I have eaten at KFC many times and this was by far the worst quality food I have every received. The sides were fine cole slaw and mashed potatoes but the chicken was inedible. I almost wanted to take it back up to the store but did not as I was pretty dissapointed/upset.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund even if partial for such poor quality of food and for potentially being served unsafe food (it was that bad) I am not sure what your holding times are on cooked chicken but this was obviously a long time in holding.

KFC Very rude employee

Pulled up to the drive thru asked to order 8 chicken wings and the guy over the mic said he was out of chicken so I asked for how long and he said about 8 to 10 minutes, so I said I’ll wait he said ok well let me have your order I then said I need 8 wings and he said no ma’am I can’t sale you 8 wings and I said why not he then said because he was not gone run out of chicken saleing it all to me and then have to run out for other customers and he didn’t want to cook anymore so I laughed and asked how many can you sale me and he said only 3 so I said ok well can I have the rest in legs, he said fine can you pull over and I’ll bring it out, so I did and I sat in my car look you guys up to complain, well this young man came out mad and was giving me the crazy look cause I wasn’t pulled up close enough to the door and I asked him what’s wrong and why was he looking at me like that and he mumbled [censored] and from there we argued, I don’t understand why he got upset with me I told him from start this was a family member’s order that is in the hospital and was finally able to eat solid food and was wanting KFC oh he even said they were out of all desserts which I think he lied about that smh..

KFC Oh my tacos fall apart Taco Bell KFC

I received a coupon for five dollar Taco Bell / KFC corporate. They tell me they cannot use it because it’s Taco Bell only. (It’s a Taco Bell only coupon). At this location in Highland, CA 92346 on Boulder Cross Street Baseline I see the address is 7347 Boulder Ave., Highland, CA 92346 will not honor my five dollar coupon for a complaint of tacos they smashed a week ago. Every taco fell apart and could not be picked up.

Filing a complaint with this location obviously does no good.

KFC change to KFC operational procedures resulting in long wait and bad food

I placed an order, by phone, with KFC store #F036002 at 3:26 PM, on Feb.13, 2022. I indicated a pickup time of 6 PM, that same evening.

I arrived at the store at 5:58 and parked in the "pickup spot." The sign stated that I needed to come into the store to get my order. I made my way on icy driveway and sidewalks, to get to the door. Posted on the door was a piece of paper that said the lobby was closed due to short staffing and only the drive-thru was open. The drive-thru line circled the store.

There were two workers in the lobby, seated at tables. One was on his phone, the other was on his laptop. I knocked on the door loudly. One of the kitchen workers looked at me. I knocked loudly, again. No one responded. I made my way back to my car, on the slush-covered pavement, and proceeded to get in the drive-thru line. One hour later, 6:58 PM, I was at the pickup window. I asked about the food and was assured it had just been "cast." The cashier, Brooke, became rude.

And the food was terrible. The chicken was a blob stuff, no skin on anything. The mac n cheese was dried out and hard. Guests flipped it over to find moist bites. The cole slaw bowl was half-filled. See below: uneaten mac n cheese and chicken "slop!"

Desired outcome: I would like to speak to KFC Quality trainer. How are managers trained? What signage is available for managers to notify customers of operational changes. I also want my $51.19 refunded for an inedible dinner.

KFC Big Box Chicken Sandwich/ Price discrepancy & Rudeness of Employee

KFC Restaurant #K071292 594 West Plank Road, Altoona, PA. Ticket #1275 02/11/2022 at 7:08PM. We ordered the meal from a sale sign that was posted at the entrance to the drive thru stating $8.99, but when paying was charged $9.99. We asked why it was not the sale price. The girl said it's $9.99 here. We said, "Your sale sign says differently." She kept saying it is coming up $9.99. She looked at the other employee beside her for help. We said that is false advertising, since the sign states $8.99. The other employee yelled at us. "Well the price went up!" My husband told her, "Then you need to take your sign down." We paid $10.59 for the order and drove around the building and took a picture of the sign that was posted. As we snapped a picture, one of the employees was rushing to the sign and removed it. I know it is only a dollar, but right is right. We have been regular customers at this restaurant and can not believe that this ok. If you could send me a e-mail address I will send the picture & receipt copy. Your site will not let me add my pdf file. Thank you for your time & resolution in this issue.

KFC Incorrect order

To whom it may concern,

Hello on February 12,2022 I visited Kentucky fried chicken at 707 Hancock st Quincy,ma 02170 . the phone number is [protected]. I went thru the drive thru at approximately 7.00 pm. I ordered the 16 piece bucket meal with 1 additional large side item. While at the drive thru the employee stated that they didn't have enough of the original pieces to fill the bucket, asked if I minded some extra crispy pieces mixed in. I said that was fine, even though not a big fan of the extra crispy, I understand sometimes this happens. When I got home I had 6 adults to feed, when I took the chicken out of the bucket, there was only 1 breast, not 4 as what should be in the bucket. It was very disappointing, as instead of breasts, I received extra wings and drumsticks. This was never mentioned by the employee at kfc. I tried calling them to speak to the manager to rectify the solution. The first time I called, it rang continuously. I immediately called back and the second and third time it was a busy signal, the fourth time it rang continuously once again. I was frustrated at that point, and came to the conclusion that I was wasting my time.

KFC Charged too much/poor quality

I ordered 8 pieces of chicken. All they had was 6 wings and 2 thighs. Wanted extra crispy, but all they had was original. So, 6 very small wings, and 2 small thighs and they charged me over $17! That's crazy! The chicken was dry and hardly edible. I'd like this resolved. This happened on February 11, 2022.

KFC No chicken at 6;30pm on Friday night.

There was no chicken at the Cedar Park Texas location at 1431 & Bell ave. On Friday night. 2/11/2022 at dinner time 6:30pm. Who doesn’t have chicken ready for dinner time on Friday night?!

Desired outcome: Refund my money. I paid $28 for sides. That’s all the food they had. Ridiculous!

KFC KFC Food

We got a NEW KFC in Kirksville, MO and I must say, the KFC must have lost the original recipe for the chicken and chicken strips. It is not the same as it was years ago. It isn't extra crispy like it used to be. It certainly isn't worth what you have to pay for it. I ordered 4 extra Crispy chicken breasts it was $13 and whatever cents. It was very disappointing, didn't have much taste to it, I don't know where the 11 spices and herbs are. I have bought the chicken sandwich, it doesn't even look like the same sandwich the commercial advertises, which is misleading, and the commercial is rude. Saying if you don't like it this way then go somewhere else. I guess I will! I don't like pickles with chicken. Our last KFC closed. At our new KFC I had asked for the chicken finger lickin sauce, I found out it was discontinued. I really miss the chicken nuggets our old KFC had with its sweet and sour sauce, again something that was good is gone. I haven't ordered the brown gravy, I had heard some guy changed it, because it was faster to make. I guess I might as well give up on this place and go somewhere else just like the commercial says.

Desired outcome: Spice up the food like it is suppose to be and make the food that is good, and bring back the good food people want.

KFC Small Chips

Had Grandson (5yrs) on the back seat when he said he wanted some chippies, KFC up ahead so into drive thru. $3.45 for small chips that contained about 1 spud. Come on--that's just a rip off. Would pay to check competitors prices for similar product.

KFC KFC spicy fried chicken sandwich

I ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwich meals and an extra sandwich. I did this because I saw commercial advertising how the sandwiches were made to order so I was assuming that they would be really hot when we got them. I was very disappointed when we got the sandwiches they were lukewarm and tasted like they have been sitting out for a while along with the fries. The customer service was great at the window when we pulled up but the product was not up to the expectations that I saw on the TV commercial.

Desired outcome: I’ve gone to this kfc before and there always seems to be a problem with my order. Maybe retrain the staff because I feel like I’m wasting my money. My husband is of the mind not to patronize or KFC anymore.

KFC Incorrect item - Zinger Burger instead of Vegan Burger

My partner placed an order at 20:34pm on the 09th February 2022 from Brixton Road KFC. He ordered a variety of items, one item was a vegan burger for me as I am a vegetarian. The order arrived shortly after. I took a bite out of the burger and thought it tasted different to usual, I told my partner that the burger tasted different and he told me to check the box. I was alarmed to find out that I had been given a zinger CHICKEN burger as appose to a vegan burger. I have spent the evening throwing up and I am shocked a company such as yours has been so negligent to serve a vegetarian MEAT. This has made me feel extremely ill and I have now lost all faith in ordering from KFC ever again.

Desired outcome: I wish for this matter to be looked into ASAP and for this to never happen again.

KFC Deportation

We were having dinner at the Bodkin Street location in Pittsburgh, PA. The chicken was just ok for me, dawg. We started to have problems when my son began to struggle with his schoolwork. Management got upset and shipped him away to Maryland.

KFC Long delay in delivery

Dear KFC,

Sorry to say...It was a bad experience when I did the online order and the delivery.

Order placed at 8:30 pm, i received the mail saying the delivery will be in one hour i.e., 9:30 pm.

When I crossed the 1 hr waiting time, as the delivery was not done, i had called the given number...I was told that..."the online order reached the stores after sometime..I.e., at 9:17 pm in my case, the one hour delivery time is calculated from 9:17 pm. However, delivery person will call u soon in 5 min, if not you call back.."

Note it, no one called and i had to call 4 times again and again, listened to different persons with same answer.

At last, i got the delivery at around 10:30 pm...(after 2 hours).

By the time, due to the delay caused my family members slept, i had to sit alone with the delivered stuff.

Why..This is happening with KFC..

Where is the lag?

I am totally frustrated with the service, that i had experienced yesterday.

Anticipating your responsible explanation, not just an apologizes note.

Hello, I went to KFC Modesto, CA on Mchenry ave. I had ordered my daughter 2 chicken sandwiches on Saturday the 5th. They put a whole breast in one sandwich and the other sandwich had a whole chicken thigh, my daughter bit into the sandwich it stabbed her gum. She could of choked on a bone. KFC product

I went to the store D212087 on 1990 N,Nellis blvd las vegas, nv. This was the most horrible food I have ever eaten. My ticket number is #2015 at 4:39pm.

to begin with I asked the cashier if the pot pie was fresh, he said yes it was...well it wasn't. my mother took a bite and it was super cold and dry. second i asked for crispy chicken, it was so crispy it was so over cooked that when i took a bite there was dried chicken inside, there was literaly no meat because it was so overly cooked and it wasn't just 1 piece it was the entire 10 pc bucket, and the next thing is i did not get my 4 cookies and the worse part is that the Bkt lemonade was opened and replaced with water, I was so shocked that when i poured a glass and it was water. no taste of lemonade at all. i spent $41.71 for a dinner my family and i could not EAT. This is the most terrible KFC i have ever gone to. Last week my son stopped by this same location and bought the family feast and never got his bucket of lemonaid and did not get his biscuits and he even ordered an addition 4 biscuits and did not get them either. HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM I AM GOING TO POST THIS REVIEW IF I DONT HEAR FROM SOMEONE VIA EMAIL. MY EMAIL IS [protected]@YAHOO.COM
