KFC - Employment

Hi my name is Jazmine Barnes I was employed at your reistertown plaza location. I got hired in September 2021 for the cashier when I got there I received 2 days of training 1 for register and 1 for ringing up orders. Forcing me to learn how to work on my own within the second week of me working I was left at the drive through window by myself. Eventually I got the hang of working by myself I was taking orders, making drinks, repacking incorrect orders, and taking money. Soon my duties exceeded beyond that I was staying after hours hand peeling large trays of hot chicken, cleaning the floors. While my manager let others go home I was never able to leave the store at a reasonable time even during morning shifts. While he'd make me wait till others came in he would constantly call and text me when I was late. I was recently let go because I got something to eat at the end of my morning shift and he implied I had no energy and he didn't like the way I greeted customers despite me using the same greeting he does. My manager made me fight constantly to get breaks there was many times I asked him and he told me to wait and never gave me a break. I wasn't allowed to get anything to drink or step away even when there would be no cars in the line. I worked long hard hours starving asking for breaks to be told no. Watching these managers take food to the back and eat, standing in a window with no heat. He threatened to fire me if I started having covid systems provided no help in helping me get tested. this was my first job I'm 16 and I'm finding out he didn't take the proper measures in making sure I was well prepared for this job. Instead blaming me for my short coming and making me feel lesser despite him knowing he should have been training me. Sunday he told me he was considering letting me go and would call me the next morning he did not I had to call him to confirm I was actually fired and it's always been like that he fails to let me know the schedule and then gets upset when he schedules me on a day I had already asked for off.
Honestly I loved my job it wasn't hard and even when it got stressful I still made it through my shift. But the people you have running it are awful and only care for them selves. I will never apply here again and am thinking of opening a case because of the sheer depression I have been put through.

Desired outcome: Manager fired name donate smith
