KFC food/quality

Over the last month, KFC in Fitzgerald GA business has increased and the quality of their food has decreased. Just today alone, I have a raw, half done original chicken breast. No, this is not the first time. Why do I continue to visit Fitzgerald KFC? because there is a limited amount of restaurants in Fitzgerald. Every one that works in Fitzgerald only have 30 minutes to an hour for lunch. But if KFC is patronized, they have lost 45 minutes of their lunch waiting to be served. Lately, it's been raw, half cooked chicken. This is not good. The inside is so nasty. The floors behind the counter, in the lobby and the restrooms are awful. I rather go through drive thru than to spoil my appetite and see that filth. The managers need to manage. They need to hire respectable, clean, caring staff. People that realize that if they don't have customers, they don't have a job and Customers matter.

KFC plastic found in burger

Good Morning

I was supposed to advise you of my experience on the day it occured but life happened .

I could only find the opportunity to inform you now.

As seen attached...somehow a piece of plastic appeared in one of the burgers that was bought when we consumed our food.

This instance my daughter ended up with a peace of plastic in her food...which I simply removed and I had her eat the food since we were on route to our next destination.
Please view the pic attached showing the piece of plastic found in her burger...This could have caused her to choke...etc.

I am deeply disappointed and would not use this store again for food even thou it is situated close to my residence.

I hope someone can rely to the staff about the importance to check on food before it is given to the customer.

I have also sent this email to the assistant at the stores.

KFC how to get free chicken a scam

On facebook last week it had foe coupons for kfc and so I click on it andit has me lots of question if I or a loved one had diabetes idohave love one just thought I let u know that this site is using your company to herrass me about dibetes and I get call 4 or more times a day cause of this and I just stop filling it out didn't even finish it went to other coupons I thought this be helpful for coupons cause
u chicken is the best of all times but unless special price sometime too high that why I wanted coupons its sad medical had to interfere with the coupons

KFC buffet and store

My Family went to the KFC in Harrisonville Missouri. We ordered the buffet. While going through the line I noticed the corn was dry and brown around the edges. I got my son's plate done and there was only one biscuit on the buffet. By the time I got my son seated and returned to the buffet a employee added water to the corn and stirred it up. So now the dry brown corn is now mixed with the good corn. I asked about the biscuit and they said it would be 5 minutes. After 10 minutes the employee finally brought out them. They brought out 5 pieces of chicken at a time and there was 5 couples eating the buffet. No lids for the drinks! The front of the buffet said if you want grilled chicken ask at the front desk. I ask the manager and she said she wasn't sure if they had any and went to check. When she returned she said there was only 5 pieces left and it would take 18 minutes to cook. The whole time we were there the only thing fresh on the buffet was the carrot mix. Potatoes were never brought out. It cost us almost $40 for a family of 4. The restaurant was dirty and I cleaned my own table. Never again will this company receive my business!

KFC a meal I received

The young man at the register was great! But the chicken I received was horrible. I ordered a breast meal and received a thigh that had zero meat in it...I mean zero. I never like to complain but in this instance I just had to. What a disappointment since I was in the drive through 20 minutes waiting in line after a very long day for what I was hoping a good dinner.

i live near this kfc and would love to do business with place but the service has been consistently bad for a long time and i know many people in our area feel the same way ! examples ---- no chicken ready do u want to wait ----we do not have any of that item ------ long waits at the speaker ------ if two cars in front of you that is definitely a long wait ! kfc runs promotions like georgia gold but they do not have any ready

KFC food

March 29, 2017 time: 6:55pm, location, 149th street, bronx, ny 10451. I went in to get me a three piece chicken tender and the cashier was very rude. Telling me that I should get the entire meal when I told her that all I wanted was a just the tenders. When I tried to swipe my card through, nothing show up on the screen. Now, I'm looking at this and believe me, nothing registered. She said, yes after she did something on the cash register. Also, she tried to sell the coupon book to another customer. Since when did KFC start selling this. They are rude in this place. Chicken dried or too greasy. People outside begging. Please correct this

KFC not what I ordered was too disgusting to eat

All I wanted was 8 pc chicken - I ordered extra crispy for $15.99
Clerk was confused (I did not want any sides - just chicken) he tried a few times to 'upsell' me - all I wanted was 8 pc extra crispy 'bucket' to go.
...I got charged 19.99 - - ? Got home - with a plastic 13 x 9 black container and lid - - it had about 1/2 inch of red 'gravy' hot sauce on bottom - looked like 'red grease'! - - it was red hot sauce perhaps used on your hot wings - it was all over my 8 pc chicken. I looked at receipt... and for each 2 pc of chicken, I was charge $1.00 extra... so total of $4.00 extra ? for sauce I did not order... it took a long time and line waiting. 3 people running around one at window one at counter - and one female cook. I took survey - and it would not 'process'... I have not been to a KFC for many years - and I doubt if I will 'ever' - - - ever return to this store at 6611 Sawmill, Dublin, OH or any other KFC location for that matter. KFC not having chicken

I have visited the KFC on County Line Road in Ridgeland Ms twice on 3/27 /18 and 3/18 and were told there was no chicken or tenders ready and the wait time was 25 minutes. On both occasions this was around 9:25 or so and of course the store closes at 10:00pm. I never complain to restaurants because things happen and sometimes mistakes are made and corrected so there is no need. This situation however is different because the lobby is closed at 9:00 so there is only the drive through. I feel that if there is no chicken at closing time just close the restaurant. They had me to sit in line both times only to pull up to the window to say there is no chicken and the wait is 25 minutes. On both occasions the restaurant is empty and no more cars in the drive through at 9:30. I love KFC and was highly upset that this has happened twice lately. I work until 8:00 pm and wanted KFC to eat those nights. Is this a common occurrence for KFC and I need to eat at another restaurant or is it just this location that want to close before it closing time. I am very frustrated and wanted management to know of the situation. Thank you for your time.

KFC standard of the restaurant

We have visited the KFC Restaurant in Hedge End Southampton several times and every time including tonight the restaurant has been filthy with waste all over the floor and tables, tonight there was liquid all over the floor from the moment of entering. I fully appreciate it is a fast food establishment but every where you go to eat should at least be clean, we had to use the hand wipes to clean the table before we ate which is wrong. We also witnessed a female staff member empty the rubbish bin, drag the bag through the restaurant leaking liquid, made no effort to clean up after her and then she went straight behind the counter and started serving food, she did not in any way clean her hands or anything before serving food. All the staff had hats on but no hair nets. All the staff were young adults which is not a problem but there did not appear to be any senior person in charge which showed as they were larking around behind the counter, even throwing a bargain bucket box to a customer hitting her in the face. Had we been from the food hygiene agency then I really think they could have closed the place down. This facility is definitely not a good advert for KFC, we have been to the one in Thorn Hill Southampton which is always clean and tidy so why can't the one in Hedge End?

KFC service

I don't know what kind of people you've got running this restaurant if you can call it a restaurant. not only is it nasty as hell in there but service is terrible you have customers walking out the door because they can't get service. also if your lucky enough to get someone to come to the counter they tell you that they don't have that meal and that they upgrade to a more expensive meal when your standing there pointing at the menu showing them the meal. then they can't even tell the difference between crispy and original. or they will tell you that they don't have it. it was horrible we walked out along with other customers.

KFC very rude manager...

I went to the torrington kfc and omg what a huge mistake that was. Not only was i ignored by the gut that was taking orders but when someone else walked in that he knew he went right to attend to them and yet i had to wait even longer... But once someone did wait on me the manager there was very rude and starting making a scene yelling at me saying that i had to wait my turn.. But i dont need to go to a place where i pay there paychecks and be treated the way i was today. Aftet the visit i had today i will NOT ever go back to kfc period. This rude manager is ruining your name and making people not want to eat at your establishment so i want something to be done and fix the problem

KFC the manager and co-manager

The manager that work there is tereasa and her daughter shareka they having been making inappropriate comment to my boyfriend when I have been around and her daughter that also work there has been texting my boyfriend after hours and I find that inappropriate. Tereasa also comes to work smelling like alcohol she and her daughter is very rude when I come in and I don't feel comfortable going into kfc while they are working there. And she also uses profanity to her employees and she is so disrespectful to her employees as well and something needs to be done about it..

KFC biscuit

Date of incident: 3/19/17

I specifically asked for 2 fresh biscuits and I received very tough biscuits. I ordered crispy chicken and it was very dry. It seemed like this was left over chicken from a few nights ago especially when we requested it and they agreed. Nothing was fresh and hot from the kitchen. It was a very disappointing experience. We also paid cash and they did not hand us a receipt. Upon leaving, we did confirm the order but we couldn't confirm how fresh it was until we got home. By the time we got home and opened our food to eat, it was already close to midnight and the store closes at midnight.

KFC famous bowls

They said rhey where out of almost every and i ask for just a $5 dollar box famous bowl and they said the didn't have the stuff to make it so i got a large mashed potatoes small corn and 2 chicken strips to make it and got charge more just to make it and the boy who took my order kept laughing that i did it that way and told him if yall didn't have the popcorn chicken the manger always cuts 2 or 1 chicken strip to.make it i never had a problem but the little boy said i dont care and launched about it and told me have a blessed day. So i payed 10 dollars to make it myself when i could have got 2 $5 famous bowls

KFC waiting time

At KFC On nut I ordered my meal and waited about 10 minutes for them to finally tell me they were out of burgers. They said it would be 30 minutes further to wait! Why couldn't they tell me this when I ordered? Really bad service. I worked in KFC myself and zinger burgers take a maximum of 10 minutes to cook. There was no burger option offered as an exchange. Also, the staff could not speak English well. A customer had to help me converse!

I ordered a twenty piece meal with grilled chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy with corn..I got coleslaw instead of corn and two pieces of original chicken and the rest was extra crispy that was not fresh..I never order extra crispy because I don't like it..I ride the bus so I didn't realize this until I got home and I have tried and tried to call but all lines I try are not in working order...my receipt number is3009&the date 03/15/17&the time was 8:16 pm..Daniel [protected]@6500 w.Charleston#230 las Vegas Nv 89146

KFC 12 piece bucket

I went to KFC in Eufaula to get a 12pc bucket of chicken and some sides that cum with it and my breasts was so dry and my biscuits was so dam hard and i was so dissatisfied with my order my chickens wasn't right they gave me the wrong sides and after i call them they told me sorry we close and hang up in my face much as i go there to get chicken i love KFC CHICKEN . KFC quality of food received

On 3/13/17 @ 4:27 PM from the #E720372 KFC located at 8036 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, Wash Phone #[protected] I purchased 2 "Fill up Box" chicken strip meals & 1 childes popcorn chicken meal with a side of macaroni & cheese. I have never in my life tasted such nasty food. The chicken strips were thin, like they had been rolled out with a rolling pin & tasted awful. The biscuit's were like hockey pucks. The food was so bad we fed it to the dog. We lost our appetites but decided to try the mashed potatoes. So awful we tried to give them to the dog who refused to eat them. Talked to Melissa the store manager who was very sweet & offered to replace the meals but that is not enough. Cooperate needs to know about the nasty food served at one of their restaurants. If you can't get good chicken at KFC where can you? I will try the replacement meal but if the same thing happens I am done with KFC. I do not believe this is the stores fault as much as it is KFC changing the way chicken strips are now made ie--pressed after cooking. Also, the chicken strips were so small they were about the size of 1/2 a potato wedge. Absolutely terrible experience at KFC.

KFC chicken and biscuits

I got a 12 piece bucket of chicken with sides for my son and grandsons last night. After getting home we found that the chicken (extra crispy) was overdone and dried and the biscuits were almost as hard as a rock. I was extremely disappointed. Below is the information with regard to my take out.

I have KFC as a treat as I do not eat out often and I usually do low carb.

Once again very disappointed and If it would have been just the biscuits I probably would have just let it go, but every piece of the chicken looked and tasted like it had been under the heat lamp or whatever you use for hours.
