Keurig Green Mountain keurig 2.0

I had an original Keurig for years and sent it off to college with my neice and bought a new one in December 2015.

We purchase a Keurig 2.0 from Target in December 2015. Every since I started using it, it is very noisy and clunks when pumping the water and I have had problems with no water coming out, some water and a lot of coffee grounds, too much water. This thing is all over the place. Each time I take it apart, cleaned it completely, unplug and let it reset itself hoping it will work properly. Now, it won't stop pumping the water! I only use it once each morning.

I paid more money for this coffee maker than I paid for my vacuum and it still works! This coffee maker should not be having all these problems after less than two years. I'm about to give up on Keurig all together and just go back to a regular coffee maker.

Keurig Green Mountain keurig 2.0

Hello, let me start by saying I have always loved my original keurig. I had it for four years and it worked every day. I decided to upgrade to the 2.0. After six months it just won't brew anymore. I have tried cleaning it and replaces the cartridge everything that could be done. I paid alot of money for this coffee pot and I am very disappointed. I have also purchased one for my company and clients, but I think after this experience I will be purchasing another brand. I am unsure what happened with the 2.0 but I loved my original. I recently purchased a new home and was looking forward to adding a new keurig to my kitchen, but I'm so upset, Nothing is more frustrating then not having coffee for a potential client while trying to make a good impression. I hope you work out the kinks with the 2.0. Best regards.

Keurig Green Mountain keurig k-50 classic series

I was first introduced to a Keurig at my sister's house. She has owned one for many years . I never had a bad cup of coffee from her Keurig. So I was very excited when I received my Keurig as a birthday gift in July of this year. It worked for a month and then it stopped working. It does not turn on nor brew coffee. I am very disappointed as I have no way to exchange or return the product. This surely cannot be typical because my sister has had a Keurig that has worked for years. Dawn McClanahan

Keurig Green Mountain contigo/autoseal hot cold mug

I would first like to start off with how amazing I think you product is. My friend gifted me a hot/cold mug that I can drink my coffee out of while at work. It has been great keeping my coffee hot/warm for hours. However, when I went to clean my cup I discovered there was no way to take the lid apart and the top had disgusting coffee mildew in it. It was disgusting. I had to get a sharp object to get further down in the lid and the amount of goo was mind blowing. This could really make someone sick. There has to be other cups that are top removable?

Keurig Green Mountain stop order

Keurig machine ordered within 15minutes tried to cancel the order and was refused. I made a mistake and now I have to pay?
Nothing was done nothing was mailed out and they would not stop cancel the order!
What kind of customer service is this?
I want my refund now.
Your CS dept is inept and unable to provide Any help. Just repeated themselves over and over. The computer had the info and they were not able to interrupt the process?
I would say it was poor CS but it is NO CS. Your representatives were rude and poor reflection on the company.
I want relief and my money back. What are you going to do? Let's see some real customer service like someone cares about the customer!

Keurig Green Mountain keurig coffee maker

I was given a Keurig coffee maker for Christmas 2016 by my son and his family. I was excited, brought it home and brewed my first cup. Great! But the 2nd cup would not let the water come out. I checked the manual and consulted with friends that had one for answers and tries all of their suggestions. It worked another time. Great! But only once. I called customer service and was walked through a number of steps to get it going. Good! It's working again. But only 1 time. CS sends me a. We canister and assures me this is the problem. I get that and it helps nothing. I call again and am told it is the "pin" that sticks into the cup that's clogged. Ok! I did everything I was told and it has not worked. I have had it sitting on my counter all this time thinking any day it may just work. Well today I summons the courage to chunk it. Yes, throw it away. I feel better now! Just hate that my son wasted his money. Thanks for letting me vent.

Keurig Green Mountain my keurig 2.0

I.received it as a gift 6 months ago. It was amazing for the first 3 months. Then less n less coffee was coming out. After cleaning per instructions it only got worse. It started making a hissing sound. Then a few days later the screen went out. Now it won't even make coffe. I am very disappointed that I now have no coffe maker. I purchased a 5 dollar coffe maker from dollar general and it seems to be more reliable that this high dollars piece of crap

Keurig Green Mountain keurig quit working

I am a teacher and am getting ready to head back to school. I use my keurig every day, so I was devestated when my keurig quit working yesterday. I've had it just a few months over a year. My husband looked at it and believes the pump motor is bad. I'm devestaded since my coffee is what I look forward to to keep me going all day at school. I tried going back to my regular coffee pot, but it's just not the same. Really disappointed my keurig only lasted a little over a year!

Keurig Green Mountain keurig hot

I have enjoyed my Keurig for years. The only complaint I have is that the coffee wasn't hot enough. When the Keurig HOT came out, I assumed it meant the coffee was hotter. After waiting for a year or so, my husband surprised me with one a few days ago. How disappointed I was that the coffee is NOT hotter. I certainly wasted my money' upgrading' to what I thought would be a hotter cup of coffee. I am very disappointed and feel like you used misleading advertising.

I'm going to tell all my friends about this, sending out a message to not bother purchasing the Keurig HOT.

I recieved my kerig as a gift for christmas, and lost warranty it doesn't work anymore, I loved it please if there's any way you could send me a new one. Angelica apicella 33 orange terrace west haven ct 06516. I loved my coffee maker it's a major part of my morning I wake up and drink coffee, I come home from work and drink coffee if you are a company that stands by its product then you will send me an replacement. I will be telling all my friends and co workers about the letter i'm writing to you, also on social networks. So please be kind and send me a new one.

Keurig Green Mountain keurig 2.0

When I bought my Keurig, nothing on the box noted that only newly packaged coffee pods would work. In fact local stores continued to sell the old pods and I had a stash of pods, so called the company to complain. Keurig replaced all the pods I had purchased with ones that would work. Since I like to grind my own brand of coffee, I was advised by the Keurig rep to purchase a micro-etched filter to use with paper filters. That system has worked for two years. Yesterday the "Oops" message came up on my machine stating I was using the wrong pod. Another call to Keurig I was told I somehow manipulated the machine all those years to get the micro-etched filter to work. "Pamela" from Keurig suggested that I don't look at online videos for help, because any company can make a filter system that they claim will work with a Keurig pot. Then she said I would have to buy a new Keurig filter for $14.95. When looking online, I noticed that the new Keurig filter says that it has been re-manufactured. That indicates to me that Keurig has been having problems; however, Pamela certainly didn't admit that possibility. Very disappointed in Keurig's tactics.

Keurig Green Mountain keurig 2.0

I'm going to make a video showing me smashing this 2.0 machine into millions of little pieces. My old machine would brew any pod I put into it. I will never buy another unit from keurig again! and maybe if my video goes viral...many other videos might appear. From now on...its 7-11 for me. Watch
for my video on you tube coming soon! How aggravating it is when you want some coffee you you keep getting this oops message.

Keurig Green Mountain I tried to place my order via phone

I received a promotional code from Keurig and decided to order coffee from them. I tried to place my order online but something went wrong and I got an error screen. I found Keurig contact number and contacted their support service. Woman who picked up the phone told that I could make my order via phone. She tried to place my order but was unprofessional and made many spelling mistakes. And when I told her about the code I had she said that she was not able to apply it. I asked her what was I supposed to do with the code and she replied - nothing, just don't use it. I told her that I changed my mind and disconnected. No way I'm buying anything from them! These people are absolutely ridiculous!

Keurig Green Mountain coffee maker

When I bought my Keurig, I did not realize that the useful life is only about one year. So many of my friends have had failures at 1 year and gotten a full replacement. Mine was 1 year and 2 months when I made my first call for help, so I would have to purchase my replacement for $99. How does a company up-sell their products through their customer service? If I have an unresolved complaint, do they think I want to buy their product again?

I am tired of paperclips, descaling and partial cups of coffee. You know what I am talking about! My last call with Customer Service informed me that I need the water reservoir filled to the max line to ensure the best performance. Really? My coffee machine is higher maintenance than my dog!

Build a better product, Keurig!

Keurig Green Mountain return/unopened/christmas gift

I received a Keurig elite K-cup coffee maker for Christmas from my daughter. I do not drink coffee anymore, so I tried to return the machine to best Buys for a in store credit, I had planned on buying a land line phone with the credit (not a cell phone) anyway I was old that the store did not give an in store credit over 35.00, I gasp and said everything in here is over 35.00, but that was it, the sales person said ''what is your Daughters name?'' I told her and she looked in the computer, I told to check her husbands name because he could have purchased it, and it wasn't found, well sorry about your luck we can't find the persons name in our computer, [WHAT IF THEY PAID CASH?] Do you give your name number in a cash transaction?

Shut up. I did not ask for your opinion. As a matter of fact this whole experience made me angry. I called my daughter stupid for getting me something I don't need. I told her she is my daughter and should know that I don't drink coffee anymore. I told my five year old grandson that his mother is stupid and because of this my daughter does not want to leave me with my grandson because it upsets him when I call him stupid. She did not want him in this kind of environment. She told me whenever I called her stupid as a child and blamed her for the divorce with my ex she felt bad and she did not want her son to go through that " verbal abuse" I also told her how stupid she was to pay cash and finally got her to return the gift and give me the money for it so I won't have a stupid Christmas gift.

Keurig Green Mountain thieves

I placed an order with Keurig on 6/28/2011. They tried delivering it and were unsuccessful so it was returned to the company on 7/7/2011. I called and they informed me that they cannot just resend the package out that I needed to place an entirely new order. I did. Now I have paid for two orders. I received the second order, no problem, however I still have not received my refund for the first order. Therefore I paid for two but only received one. I have contacted the company via email, no progress, and not one, two, three, or four calls but FIVE. Yes, I have called five times and still no refund. I'm just curious if this is a common practice for the company? I am appalled at their customer service !

Keurig Green Mountain stopped working

I purchased a Keurig single serving coffee maker for my son for use in his apartment at college. His roommate did not drink coffee. I though it was a good way to have a single service of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, etc. The B60 version was not inexpensive over $130. The unit stopped working after about 3 or 4 months. And that was not even with everyday use. The water pump doesn't always work. I took the unit apart and reassembled it and it worked once. The LCD screen doesn't always work. I descaled it with vinigar per instructions. And it still only works once, then must be emptied, shaken upside down and reset so that it will make one more cup of something. That's no way for a products to function. The manufacturer is not interested in repairing or replacing the item.

Keurig Green Mountain never again

This is a copy of the email I just sent to Keurig . Sure, they replace them, but 5 in 16 months? I don't make more than 1 or 2 cups a day. I am beyond frustration.

I wrote you a letter several days ago and never got a response. Here's the problem. I bought my Keurig from QVC 16 months ago. Today I got my 5th replacement (one was because you sent the wrong model, the others didn't work). First, after confirming my address, you promptly sent it to the WRONG address. It happened to be my son's old apartment, and the new tenant found my phone number on the packing slip and called me. I brought it home, unpacked it, untaped it, cleaned it, set it up, filled it with water, heard it pull water from the tank and then...NOTHING. So, I started over...4 times I reset it, 4 times I took it apart and cleaned it, and 4 times...NOTHING. Needless to say, I was a little angry. So I call Keurig who is very sorry about this (yeah right) and will send me a replacement AGAIN. Another week with instant coffee. I checked it every 15 minutes, nothing. Then, an hour later, it was ready to brew. So I brewed. It worked all the way with the wierdest noise I've ever heard (perfect for a haunted house). I was on the phone with a friend that commented on the horrible noise coming from it. I know a lot of people with Keurigs that never have a problem. I brew one stinking cup a day and look what I get. I have appliences that are 30 years old that work better than this. I Googled Keurig and found there are a lot of problems similar to mine...I'm just lucky I guess. So here's the deal. Go ahead and send the new one, and find a way to compensate me for my trouble and inconvenience and having to deal with condescending customer service people that are sooooo very sorry. Next, work on fixing this overpriced piece of crap. It makes fantastic coffee...I bought one for my son and his works fine. It would also be nice if I actually heard from you this time, but I won't count on it. Yeah, I'm pretty damned frustrated right now.

Going on my fourth Keurig B-60 brewer. Trying to get the 800 customer service line to connect me with a tech. none are available and I never get called back. Been waiting for over two months now. Placed four calls!

Keurig Platinum Coffeemaker. 2 years old. Does not brew. Will not look at a paper clip anymore. Will not turn it upside down and spank it to make it run. Wished I had read the reviews on Keurig coffeemakers before purchasing. Customer Service cannot help. Paid $180. Now I buy Regal brand single cup coffeemaker at Walmart for $9.99. If it dies, I chuck it and buy another one, saving HUNDREDS of dollars. Thrift stores will be lined up with Keurigs one day! Do not buy into this Keurig hype. They do not stand behind their product. No company does nowadays. I just saved you frustration and money!

my complaint is that I purchased a new machine for my wife and I went online to regester it and it kept telling me I was not putting the right serial number in. I tried to phone the number it gave ne to call if I was having problems registering it and got no answer. My next problem was trying to go on-line to get my ten dollar rebate, and could not find the forms I needed to fill and send in.

I just got off the phone with the customer service department for Keurig. I was told that they would replace my 1 1/2 year old coffee maker for the reduced rate of $80! Seriously! Save the time, money, and aggravation.

Keurig Green Mountain customer service failing to assist

We purchased a Keurig One Touch Milk Frother via Amazon in July 20120 and in November 2010 it failed to operate.
We have sent 4 emails to Keurig and spent a long time on the phone with Keurig Customer Non Service and have been promised that a Keurig Rep will contact us and nobody has and that is over 2 weeks ago.
I really don't like being given the run around for a $70 item not cheap for a Milk Frother.

Keurig did eventually contact me and they did replace the faulty device. Once we were in contact with Keurig them selves then everything went well. It is my feeling that Keurig use a third party Customer Service firm that acts as a go between and I feel that is or was the issue. Sort of like the Peggy's of this world, sadly they exist and we the customers still need to be strong and don't let them win.

I going to have to agree with the rating of 1 star. I have called several time to change a simple coffee order and no one seems to care about getting to the bottom of my problem. I have even asked to speak to a supervisor and there seems to be none available to speak to. I run a small business using their machine and trying to get coffee is such a pain! Guess they won't be in business much longer if they don't change their customer service if they even know what that is!

I brought my first Keurig six years ago and after less than a years service to me (the only one who drinks coffee in my home), it stopped working. I called Keurig and they sent me another Keurig machine at, what they said was a "reduced price due to the problem I had with the first one. Now the replacement gave out a year ago and despite my advising them of the failure of the second machine, I have not heard anything from them. They sell the machines but don't stand behind their warranty. If the do, it must be miles behind where your machine is sitting on the kitchen counter. I, now, have : (a) a machine that doesn't work and (b) boxes of coffee that can't be returned. Very Terrible way to treat their customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING A KEURIG MACHINE!

The customer service is terrrible! They took forever to get back to me. I even call the VP of the company and left a voicemail! I guess I am no important enough for a call back. My Keurig broke several times, I was always able to fix it. Finally I had enough and called for customer support. They were rude, unhelpful, put me on hold, said they would call me back and took forever to do so. They did offer me a discount on a new machine, but I put alot of money into the coffee, and the machine. They said the brewer would have to be replaced every 4 years or so, beware if you think you are making a smart investment into a great coffemaker, you will always have to buy new ones and the expensive coffee to boot. Very disappointed.
